20 - Followed Her

She went to a bookstore in Downtown and spent almost two hours confused about what to buy books or cats in the adjacent pet store. She's been a cat lover since then so even with naughty cats on the road, she pets them when she is still in the Philippines. The rest, she even brings them home.
"Zyd?" Her surprise was repeated when she saw him enter the adjacent pet store. There was only a glass window in between so she could clearly see that it was real.
She decided to look at him from her vantage at what he was doing. He probably won't buy another dog. With his pets, he has no time.
She was surprised when a woman hugged his back and kissed him on the lips. She was suddenly paralyzed. What?! Lianne adjusted the little bangs that covered her eyes, maybe she was just mistaken in what she saw.
She smirked. That man is really funny. She thinks he wasn't fooling in her relationship with Kate, who is this new girl now and it looks like he's been flirting for a long time? He gave a rule that it's not allowed to cheat on their marriage because he owns her- ewww.
She quickly picked up ten books without looking at the titles and directly paid at the counter. It's time to go home! Her day was ruined. She will just go home and will play catch -up with Lula and Tacu on the lake.
She faces Lula and talks to her, while secretly listening to her sentiment. Tacu, on the other hand, was too indifferent to her wickedness and just slept at her feet. The plan to go to the lake was cancelled because she remembered the man's punishment. She is not crazy to consent to the punishment.
"Answer me Lula, do you think I'm pretty?" She repeated her question but Lula did not answer. Even dogs are tired of her drama.
This is the last question before she went inside and hung out in any corner of the house while reading a book and didn't know the titles. "Do you think ... He ... Like me?"
She frowned as she yawned and fell asleep at her feet. That's it, it's exhausting that she talks. She walked out and let them sleep. She went straight to the kitchen and got some food there. One of her advantages is living in Zyd's house, she's free of food, she's even free of electricity and lighting! It's fun to live alone and have three dogs with you. Zyd was third.
Sometimes, because the house is big, she is always lost. Even in the kitchen, she will be upset just walking near the refrigerator. Also, ingoing to the bathroom, she is still exhausted and confused because of the high-tech equipment. The whole house is exhausting and also she is upset.
She was just sitting right on the stool in front of the breakfast bar, while she raised one foot on another stool that she glued to her chair and quietly read. Lianne laughed at what she read. He almost blushed as he imagined the scene. He drank water for a while and ate the cake he made last night.

Zyd quickly fetched water and immediately attended to her. She took a deep breath, instead of thanking him, she raised an eyebrow at him and frowned. She artfully walked out in front of him and flipped her long hair.
Cheater! Artistic shout of her brain and finally left. In her room upstairs she collapsed and rested when she remembered the book she was reading in the breakfast bar and he left it there. She automatically flew back, only to faint at the sight of the man reading it and his forehead furrowed.
"Give that to me!" she quickly snatched her book from his hand. Maybe what else to think of it. "It's not allowed for children. Rated spg."
"You're reading that kind of book?"
"Why not?" she replied.
"I'm thinking," he said and suppressed a silly smile.
"What?"
He turned around and laughed as he headed on the refrigerator. He took some water and drank it while staring at her foolishly. "Be ready," he said afterwards.
Hesitantly she raised an eyebrow. Earlier he was hanging to speak, ah. He's shivering.
"Ready to?"
"We're going to see my family."
She shuddered at what she heard. Of course, she forgot that he had a family and in that part she was nervous. Are his parents kind too?
"Y-you mean, now?"
"Tomorrow evening. And I need you to get ready. They're kinda ... Excited to see you."
She was even more nervous than the 'excited' he said. It looks like she really needs to prepare herself for tomorrow. Maybe tomorrow she will be slaughtered like she always watches horror or maybe tomorrow she will be paid double the amount of money - it's okay. She will accept as well. She laughed flirtatiously in her mind.
"What do you want for dinner?" Then he asked and sat down on the stool.
"Huh?" She was stunned and stared at the man. She notices that he is very tired and needs to rest but here, he is asked what she wants for their dinner.
"Hey?" he said again.
She squinted and immediately averted her gaze. She doesn't want to suggest; it just depends on what he cooks. It's embarrassing. "It's your choice."

"But I would love to have ... Chicken Fricot, Asian Salmon, Squash Soup ... what else? Ah, steak!" she said then smiled. It depends whether he will cook everything or not, but it's better if he will cook it all.
She immediately turned around and carried her book. She went to the living room and watched a movie. The real joy of her life, like a princess. She finished watching two Barbie Movies in a row when Zyd visited her.
"You're done?" She was shocked and could not believe it.
She just looked at him intently and without a word stretched in front of her. She was stunned by what he did but only for a moment because he immediately covered her mouth. The distance between their faces was so close, both of his hands were on his pockets while they were still staring at her intently.
"W-why?" he equipped his voice with a chuckle.
"Let's eat ..."
