**Lana**

I watched him as he barked orders out to his warriors and goodness, did it turn me on. The way he commanded them as his muscles flexed through his shirt made me wet in my panties and made me want him to take me over his desk. He continued barking orders and stopped mid-sentence and sniffed the air with red eyes finding mine. “Everyone out!”
His wolf hasn’t taken over completely but wanted to come out and play. He swiveled his chair to face me and patted his leg motioning for me to sit. I could feel how wet my panties were and it only got wetter when he wanted me to straddle him.
I lowered my body and rested my legs on each side of his making him growl. I could feel his hardness through his pants as I pressed my panties against his pants. “You’re killing me!” Jaxson groaned, kissing down my neck.

I slipped my hand past the waistband of his boxers and gripped his cock as I rubbed the tip.

I loved it when he was at my mercy. It made me feel powerful having this fearless leader under my control. I pumped him, and he grunted with every jerk as I continued to pump him. I stood up and locked the door and unclipped my bra letting it hit the floor. Then I turned around, and slowly lowered my panties bending over giving a perfect view of my ass. “Go away! I’m busy!” He screamed out as he twitched, and released his seed deep inside of me.
“Shit! I’m coming!” He collapsed as he came down from his high and kissed my neck.
“I love you so much. Now tell me were you going to tell me you thought you might be carrying my baby?”
Did he know?
He knelt and kissed my stomach. “I saw the pregnancy test package.”
As we got dressed, another knock at the door startled us. “Just give me a damn minute!”
I pulled his face down to meet my lips. “Jax, be nice.”
I walked to the door unlocked it and opened it up to see Cole smirking. “I’ll bring you lunch baby. Maybe even something sweet.” I smiled innocently twirling a strand of my hair, but Jaxson knew better.
I wasn’t innocent.
I was being naughty.
The day drug on painfully slow, and so I went to take his lunch to him early. I wished I hadn’t though. I heard Jaxson on the phone and he sounded angry. “I told you to find him. He couldn’t have gotten far!”
Who the hell is he talking about?
I shoved the door open and crossed my arms over my chest full of anger.
“I have to go.” He tells me.
His phone dropped from his hand and fell to the floor.
“Who didn’t get far?”
His face paled, and sweat began to bead on his forehead. “Lorenzo, he knows where you are.”
Panic set in, and my body shook in fear. No. How the hell did he find me? I’ve only left the house once and that was to go have dinner at Jaxson’s parent's house.
“Lana! Look at me, baby!”
I pulled my hair pacing back and forth scared out of my mind. My vision blurred and felt dizzy. Everything around me spun, and then darkness came.
I tried to open my eyes, but couldn’t. I tried to sit up, but there was a force holding me down. I was completely helpless and it seemed like the more I tried to fight I became weaker. I could hear everyone around me and tried to answer them. They couldn’t hear my cries as I tried to tell them I’m here.
Jaxson was begging me. “Baby, wake up! I need to see those beautiful 'eyes again.”
I’m right here, Jax.
“Please baby, come back to me!”
I wanted to scream out to him. I could hear him cursing the pack doctor and then pounding his fist on the wall.

Jaxson
My finger brushes the hair from her face as she laid limp on my bed. It’s been three torturous days and she still hasn’t woke up.
Please baby, be okay.
“Alpha, when her wolf decides it’s safe for her to wake up, she will. Her wolf is protecting the baby.”
Did I do this to her?
Was I too rough when I had her bent over my desk?
“Jaxson. She’ll be okay.” My sister tried to make me feel better. It didn’t. “She’s been through worse.”
The thought of that made me want to track him down and kill him with my bare hands. How dare he hurt her! I think it’s time to visit my dear brother.
Duke raised his head and looked at me in disgust. “I should be the one looking at you like that, traitor.”
He smirked at me and growled out thrashing against the chains trying to get free. “Are you going to tell me why you’re here?”
“I can assume that you’re down here because he’s figured out where his precious mate Lana is hiding.”
I drug the blade across his torso, but never screamed. He’d always loved pain, even when we were kids. “You think that’s going to break me, brother? I know what would break you.” I waited for him to elaborate. “I watched Lorenzo torture her every day, and you know what?”
He broke out in laughter.
“I got off on it every day.”
I grabbed the knife and stabbed him in the leg.
“Fuck!” He screamed out in pain as I twisted it digging it even deeper. “You won’t kill me. You need me.”
It was my turn to grin. I grabbed the gun that had the silver bullets inside and pointed it straight to his forehead. “I wouldn’t be so sure about that.”
He visibly gulped as I pulled the trigger and the bullet pierced his head and his head swung back. I watched as he fell limp taking his last breath. Cole stood in front of me with bruised hands and a bloody face.
What did he do now?
“Lucas fucking knew she was my mate, but still went after her!” I snapped my head up.
“What? So, he lied to me? To us?” He nodded in confirmation that Lucas was indeed a liar, and a dirty dog.
“Lucas escaped along with Lorenzo. I’ve got the best warriors on it right now.”
I nodded not wanting to let my anger out. Not before I go see Lana. She still hasn’t woken up yet, so it’s making me worry for her.
What if she never wakes up?
No, Jaxson.
Don’t think like that.
I walked up to the door and turned the knob when the doctor cleared her throat.
“She’s awake, but we have a problem. Somehow, she doesn’t remember being here. Her last memory is after Natalia found her badly beaten in the ditch.”
What?
“That’s impossible!”
I ignored her and ran inside as she slept soundly. I breathed out a sigh of relief. She still had two heartbeats which meant the baby was okay. I had a big problem though. My mate doesn’t even remember me and the worst part was she didn’t remember we were mates. I was going to have to start all over with her for now.
Was this my punishment for killing my brother?
Her eyes fluttered open and spoke those three words I was dreading to hear. The words that were going to break me in two.
“Who are you?”
I broke on the inside. “I’m Alpha Jaxson of the Crimson Peak pack.”
What am I supposed to tell her?
“My sister found you on the edge of the territory passed out.”
It wasn’t a complete lie, but it wasn’t exactly the truth either. I just hope she won’t be too upset when she finds out the truth.
She narrowed her eyes at me. “I appreciate that you helped me, but I have to be going now.”
“No! I mean not until the doctor has cleared you. I would hate for you to pass out again.” She glared at me then blew out a frustrated breath.
“Fine.”
