Chapter 48

Morgan POV

Roxy sobs in pain from her memories. I hold my friend as she remembers her life before Soul and Damien. This part is the difficult part when you realize the things you did while under the spell of the witch and those bastards.

The things the three of them are doing to the women are pure evil. They have to pay for what they have done. Oh, and they will. There will be redemption for everything that has happened to the lives the three of them have damaged. If it kills me, I will stop Soul and the witch if I have to walk into hell and pull the devil out of hell myself. This will stop.

"Jasmine," I whisper softly in her ear. I hold her tightly. She is so upset, which is understandable after everything she has been through over the past few years. I can't imagine being with Soul all that time.

"Morgan, what have I done?" Jasmine says to me. She is beyond distraught. I hope she can recover from these memories and help us. Even if she cannot help us, maybe she can find a way to recover and help herself.

"Nothing that was your fault. Everything that happened was because of Damien, Soul, and that witch. Let the memories flow, and we will handle everything," I say to her, trying to bring her some sort of comfort in her distress.

"Rhea, are you okay?" Jasmine asks her. Jasmine seems concerned for Rhea. They were close when she was with Soul. I hope not as close as we were at one time. When Rhea recovered her memories, her first thought was to save Roxy.

Rhea comes over and kneels beside her on the floor. She touches her face so tenderly. "Honey, we are going to be just fine, but we need your memories to stop all of this. I only have some knowledge of everything that is going on but you. Honey, you have been there since the beginning, and we need to know how to stop them, all of them," Rhea says to her.

"You need to get the witch first. If you take her out, then Damien and SOul will have no way to control anyone," Jasmine says.

"We have Damien. We plan to take out the witch next, then Soul," I say to her.

"If Soul knows you have Damien, then he will come after the witch. She hardly ever leaves the compound unless it is an emergency. She is mean and vicious, but if you have something she wants, then she will help you," Jasmine says.

"Why is she helping them?" Rhea asks her.

"Because the devil has something she wants back. Her husband is locked in hell, and she helps them to get him back," Jasmine says.

"All that is true, they are working for the devil himself collecting souls for hell. This is way too much for me. I know there was a man that came to see me while I was with Damien. He was very handsome and polite. He came for contracts and to pick up some women from Damien. He visited the witch briefly on his visit. I wonder if that was him," Rhea says.

"It could very well be, but we have no way of knowing," Morgan says.

"The devil is beautiful and polite. He comes as everything you want and then steals your soul. It was probably him, Rhea. What did he talk to you about when you met him?" Jasmine asks Rhea. I can tell she is worried that Rhea made a deal with the devil. Hell, it seems like we all did, or we would not be here in the first place.

"We talked about my family and my love life. We talked about wanting a family, lots of things. It was an odd conversation. It all happened right before I got involved with Soul and started ditching Damien," Rhea says.

"You told him what you wanted, and he was giving it to you in a cruel way. That is what he does, and he manipulates you into believing that you need him and what he can offer you, Rhea," Jasmine says.

"I do not know about all of that. I damn sure did not want to be with Soul or Damien. Maybe Damien in the beginning, but not really. I do want to meet someone and have a family," Rhea says.

"Rhea, there is something you should know about him," Jasmine says.

As Jasmine begins to tell Rhea about the devil and his evil doings, Charlie comes into the apartment with Damien. Jacob and Jules carry Damien. There is a new person with them that I do not know.

"What is she?" I ask Charlie.

"That is H, and she is a badass," Charlie says to me. He looks over and the short spiked-haired blonde. She looks like a badass. Hopefully, she can help us get to Soul and the damn witch. I know we need Jasmine, but we also need an army; that is something we just do not have right now.

"Hey," H says to me. She comes over and shakes my hand and Rhea's hand. She looks down at Jasmine. "I know her," H says, pointing at Jasmine.

"How do you know her?" I ask H. The thought that this hunter knows her makes me nervous. She looks over at Rhea. "You too," H says.

"I do not know you. I am sorry. You must be mistaken," Rhea says. Her brow furrows as she is completely confused by this woman who claims to know them both.

"No, you do know me. I guess you have not gotten all of your memories back yet. We met at the club several years ago. I came in to get a peek at Damien and wondered why he had such an interest in you. I booked you for the night. We talked for hours," H says to Rhea.

"Wait, so you know me from the club; how do you know Jasmine?" I ask H.

"She worked at the club too," H says. H turns on her heels and goes back to help the boys with Damien. They take him to a back room and tie him to a chair.

"What are they going to do to Damien?' Rhea asks me.

"I hope to torture him and kill the bastard. I hope he suffers immensely for everything he has done for people. He has destroyed so many people over the years. It is his turn to be destroyed," I say to Rhea.

"I second the torture and kill the bastard, but first I want to defang him myself," Rhea says to me.

"Wel, that can be arranged, my dear. I am sure Charlie would love to help you with that," I say to Rhea.

We help Jasmine to the bedroom to rest for a while. She needs to sleep while she recovers her memories. It is a stressful event for her since she was under for so long. Rhea was not under as long as Jasmine. Her recovery only took hours. Mine was short also but very painful. I'm not too fond of all of this for Jasmine. She was a sweet woman once upon a time.

After settling Jasmine into the bad, Rhea and I go back to the back room where Charlie and the boys, along with H, are torturing Damien. His screams are music to my ears. I wonder how many women have screamed under him. He deserves all of this and more. I hate him, and I only wish for suffering for him.

Rhea opens the door. Damien lights up when he sees her. "My beautiful Rhea, my darling, have you come to save me, my love?" Damien asks Rhea. Charlie stabs him repeatedly as he taunts Rhea.

"She is so sweet; you should get a taste of her," Damien hisses at Charlie.

"I want his fangs. He used me as a blood bag, and I want his fucking fangs. I want to pull them out of his mouth myself," Rhea says to Charlie. She completely ignores Damien and his taunts.

"What don't you hop up to here on me, Rhea, and take them if you want. First, let me slide in you one more time," Damien taunts her.

Rhea still ignores him, which makes Damien angry. He spits at Rhea. "Stupid whore, you were a whore when I found you. I gave you everything," Damien yells at her.

Charlie retrieves some pliers for Rhea. He hands the pliers to her. "This is not easy. You have to really get in there and pull. The good thing is it will hurt like hell for him," Charlie says with an evil grin.

"Good, I want him to hurt. I want him to feel pain. I want him to suffer," Rhea says.

Rhea stands behind Damien. The boys pull Damien's head back and slide a device into his mouth to hold it open for Rhea. She takes the pliers and grabs the first fang. It is difficult, but she manages to pull it out. Damien screams, and blood begins to pool in his mouth. Rhea goes after the next fang, and she pulls it out easier than the first.

Damien is screaming in pain and spitting blood. Rhea leans over Damien. "Fuck you, Damien," she screams at him. She drops the pliers and leaves the room. She got her revenge.
