Inseparable

"Of course you can," answered Jack, smiling at me.

I'm so happy, somehow all the sadness and anxiety in my heart right now fades because I have Jack beside me. Maybe I've only just met him, but I feel like I've had moments with him for a long time.

In the library I couldn't stop looking at Jack. He is so sweet and kind. My heart is pounding, is this what is called falling in love?

"What's wrong, Anka? You've been looking at me all this time?"

"Ah...no, I just remembered a good joke," I answered forcedly.

"Oh, yeah? Tell me? That looks interesting." asked Jack while looking at me closely.

"Why are you silent, Anka? You said you wanted to tell a story?"

"Hahaha..." Jack suddenly burst out laughing.

I asked shocked.

"You're so funny! I'm glad I got to know you, Anka?" He answered sincerely, his gaze was so warm it made my heart beat even more erratically.

"Hey, you guys, don't be noisy in the library!" said a librarian.

"We're sorry!" Jack said.
I am really happy now to be able to get to know Jack, this is a very beautiful gift for me.

"Oh yeah, Anka, after school are you busy?"

"Ah...no, I'm not busy."

"Would you like to have lunch with me? Well, tell me about this city. That's if you don't mind."

"Of course I want to, I'm very happy!" I answered while smiling happily.

"Okay, I'll wait at the gate, okay?"

"Yes!"

I was very happy to be invited by Jack to have lunch together. I'm confused why I was invited? Why not just another girl. But I don't want to worry, the important thing is that today will definitely be a very enjoyable day.

After school I ran towards the school gate, I saw Jack's car parked in front of the gate. When I was about to approach him, suddenly someone grabbed my arm.

"Where are you going?" Bryan asked, yes he was the one who suddenly grabbed my hand.

"Jack?" I said.

"Who are you?" Bryan asked.

"I'm Jack Carter, son of James Carter, owner and founder of this school!"

"I want to take Anka out, accompany me to lunch. You don't mind, right?"

"Who are you? Just casually inviting him without my permission."

"Then face me?" Jack said. I was very surprised to hear his statement.

"Fight with me, if you win I won't approach Anka again but if you lose that means you have to break up with her."

"What do you mean? What do you mean by breaking up with him? Even if I lose we can never break up."

"Why not? Even married people can separate, especially if they are just dating."

"Bryan...! What are you doing?" I shouted as I helped Jack. Everyone surrounded us like they were going to watch a wrestling match.

"Listen, you idiot...! Neither you nor anyone else will ever be able to separate the two of us. We are destined to be together in this world. If anything can separate us, perhaps only death can."

Hearing Bryan's answer touched everyone but made things even worse. Hearing his sincere words, all the women hated me even more. I'm getting more and more afraid.

"Because we were born together into this world, from the womb of a mother who loved us very much."

All the girls cheered with joy like they had won the lottery. They scattered somewhere. Bryan sighed, looking like he regretted admitting it.

"Thank goodness," said Jack.

"Why Jack?" I asked.
