Chapter 22

Author s POV
NEXT look Maxine escorted the young man out of the room. What will he do? Suddenly he was restless. He had felt various emotions earlier when Luke said that; fear, diminution, and longing?
"Hays, what are you thinking, Maxine?" successively he made a shake and was caught in the sense. "He can't come in later ..!" dag-dag it still while walking. "Right!" it suddenly ejaculated and ran to the door. The girl smiled at the thought. He will be locked in the room until tomorrow.
After that he lay down on the bed and distracted himself with the fidgeting of the phone. He needed to talk to Hevo but since he no longer had contact with the young man, he decided to look for him on social media. He sent a message to the latter's facebook account before getting up and turning on the tv. He had to distract himself so as not to get bored.

Maxine's attention was immediately focused on the phone. She smiled looking at that. Hevo accepts.
[CHAT BOX]
Hevo: Hi! I m glad you re still on the track. How have you been?

Biting her index finger, the girl hesitated to kick. He doesn't know how to convince Hevo.

Maxine: It's okay .. Uhm can I ask for your number?

Maxine stared nervously at the phone screen. Why does Hevo take so long to reply?

The girl wasted no more time and immediately called the number.
"Hi! How are you? " Maxine immediately greeted on the other line. He actually missed it as well as his friend Meghan. He hadn t had a chance to say goodbye to the two before. Suddenly they leave his Mother.
? "It s okay. Why are you just feeling better now? " the young man asked with a sullen melody.
"Long story, eh. How are you now? I mean .. do you already have a girlfriend? Where do you work now? "
It was a long time before Hevo answered.
? "I ran our own company .." he let out a deep sigh. "And I'm getting married .. next month .."
"H-hah?" Maxine was surprised. It was very scratchy on the nape afterwards. "W-wow! Congrats! " its sincere greeting to the young man. He's happy for it .. it's just not a good idea for him to use it.
? "Eh, it's you .. if you answered me before, eh,' I hope you won't be my bride. "

TIME passed EASILY. The night came when Maxine did not come out. He locked himself in the room all day, and did not bother to go down.

"' Son? Are you asleep?" the Lady asked between knocks. "Go down. We will eat. "
At the sound of Mother's voice the door opened.
"Why' Mom? " asked the girl who had barely left the door. It even looked behind Mother.
"It's time to eat. And who are you looking for? "
"W-no. I don t want to go down, 'Mom. I feel bad."
"Why? What hurts you? " Perlita asked worriedly.
"Nothing. I'm just tired. It s just a little break, 'Mom." Maxine was still lying.
"Osiya is fine. Are you sure you don't want to eat? "
The girl smiled and kissed Mother.
"I'm going to take a half-bath."
"All right."
Lucas s POV
Mother Perlita returned to the dining room ALONE.
"It feels bad, eh. Let's rest first. "
"Avoiding of someone .. I guess." Noah smiled suggestively. It was on the other side of the table while I was at the end. "And it's definitely not me."
I gave him a 'Shut up look but he only shrugged his shoulders. He s teasing me.
"Fine. I m gonna go out, Alph --- Sir. " it stood up and never finished eating. I stood up as well.
"Oh, you're not going to eat either?" Mother Perlita asked.
"I'll just bring food to Maxine ..." I politely replied.
"It's still good. I'll wait to get ready. "
I slowly opened the door and immediately passed my eyes around, looking for her. The door is locked. Fortunately, I have the duplicate key. Nanay Perlita said that she didn't want to go down, because she felt bad and I didn't believe it. I know she s just trying to avoid me.
I automatically shifted a gaze at the bathroom s direction upon hearing its door open.
I was stucked.
Looking at her with those piece of cloth wrapping around her body awaken me .. and made me swallow for hunger. I could not help imagining the thing behind it. I puffed an air, trying to ease the sensuality I feel. F*ck, I could feel my growing 'BUDDY down to my crotch.
But to my comfort Maxine closed the door again. Her face was red as tomato anyway. Nakakatawa.
I quickly put the tray down on the bed. I stepped into the bathroom, sighing as my right arm leaned against the side of the door and knocked on it.
It was a long time before it opened .. but just enough to see his face.
"Why ---."
"I'm sorry I'm not done yet ..." he closed the door again. I wasn't even finished.
He avoids me.
I knocked again. She looked scared .. but why? Knowing she s working on that place and gone out with different guys, just wondering why is she acting like that ..
"You're not done yet?" I asked in amusement as she opened the door.

"Avoiding me, huh ...?" I slightly formed a smile.
"W-what do you need?" its question. I know it s just trying to be bold.
I finally went inside.
"I was thinking about that --- uhm you know."
It was suddenly alarmed and afraid to retreat. I stepped closer to it. I don t know, but I m happy to see his reaction.

But instead of answering, she threw her arms around my neck and kissed me back. I moaned again because of that sensation. I finally removed the towel wrapped around its body and did the same.
I lifted her right leg scarcely, placing my 'BUDDY against hers, letting her feel what she have done to it.
But I didn t expect the rumihestrong pain on Maxine s face. Damn! I was about to pull myself away but he stopped me immediately. The questioning eyes made me stare at his face .. but I didn't get an answer other than the blush.
"A-are you sure?" I was able to even ask. It nodded softly. That was all and I crossed its lips again. I gently move as far as I could not to cause her pain .. but I still did. I could feel it with each thrust of its nails on my shoulder.
Maxine s POV
BITE my lower lip I was held on Luke's shoulder, as if by that I could support the trembling knees due to their lack of strength. I also felt as if the paper had been torn from my delicate part, even the hot liquid that flowed from there.
"Sorry love .." Lucas said in a low voice. It buried its face in my neck. It didn't move. "But why didn't you tell me?"
I'm just up to the table and persevering with the commission I get on drinks. The first time I agreed to go out was on the day of the auction. I intentionally reserved the purchase for the money I would earn in exchange for one night ... but it seems like destiny is playing tricks on me.
"Go on please .." I seemed to have a fever despite the cold water coming from the shower.

A sad smile drew to his lips and he quickly kissed Luke's forehead. I got out of bed afterwards and got dressed.
Wearing a floral dress I went straight down to the lanay. Light and darkness are still taking over so I am still awake.
I went down to the beach for a walk.
I can t count how many times I went back and forth on both ends of the shore. Feeling tired I decided to sit on the sand.
"You've scared me."
I automatically turned to the voice. I can t figure out if the reaction on Luke s face is angry or worried. It came up to me and sat down next to me.
"It's still cold. You shouldn t go outside with that dress. "
"The cold is just right."
It drew air and smiled afterwards.
"You really scared me. I thought that's where you went. I thought you left already."
I smiled sparingly and averted my gaze. It was as if my heart was touched by what I heard. But how can I say here that that s exactly what I m going to do? I don't want to hope. I know compensation only in exchange for money I can get what happened last night.
"Mom and I are leaving later." but I whispered in a low voice. I looked at Luke again, and that's how he frowned.
"Huh? Is there something wrong? "
"Nothing. There is no reason for Mom and me to stay here anymore. I have already paid. "
Luke was silent for a moment. It stared into my eyes as if reading its contents.
"Why do you keep on doing this? Are you retaliating for what I did seven years ago? " I could hear the growl in its voice. Nor did I escape the buildup of fluids in the corner of his eye.
"No. It s been a long time coming. "
"Then, what's the problem?"
"I'm the one with the problem."
"Mahal---."
"Stop. Just leave me alone. "

"Luc ---."

Biting my lower lip I turned my gaze to the rising sun. Several times I blinked my eyes to keep from choking. But I didn t.
