15| A niece or nephew.

Ruby.

I went through Toby's Instagram account for the third time, he had over twelve million followers and followed just thirty seven people including my account which was recently opened for me by Sapphire . I already had over three hundred thousand followers, and I knew that it was due to the fact that Toby kept showing me off on his page at the same time tagging me.

His bio even said,

Public Figure
💎Only Heir to Daniels Industries
💎Award winning Model
💎Rich celebrity
💎Husband to the most loving wife.

The way he misleads and deceives a lot of people into thinking that he loved me and all was just so unbelievable that I couldn't help but always wonder why he kept doing that, he seemed to seek validation from the public every time. Wanting to appear great, loving, responsible, amazing and all that good thing that he never was.

And our wedding was still on the most talked about list for the week on social media. I got tagged to lots of pages and invites to shows kept coming in. Even companies, both small scale and large scale were sending in emails and direct messages on social media, requesting me to be a brand ambassador for their products, it was too much to take in, honestly.

I got a post notification from @tobydaniels and I quickly clicked on it, a picture of his handsome face dressed in a graduation gown and cap popped up with a caption that says, 'last degree bagged.'

I already typed 'congrats' before I realized what I did and before I could even delete it, people were already liking and replying my comment, Toby himself replied by saying, 'Thanks boo boo.'
I slapped him mentally, boo indeed!

However, I was so astonished at the rate at which his likes and comments grew in seconds so I decided to put my own account to use too, all I ever uploaded was a picture of Sapphire and I. I went through my IPhone gallery and clicked on a portrait picture of me in my wedding dress, I looked quite beautiful in it or so I thought. I was about to continue reading the book I had in my hands when the doorbell rang.

I opened the door only to come face to face with Sapphire. I hugged her with so much happiness and excitement, that was how much I missed her. It felt like I hadn't seen her in years. Within a twinkle of an eye, we were already deep in conversation, there was never a dull moment with Sapphire and I mean none.

"How has marriage life been, sis?" She asked again despite seeing that I kept waving the question.

"Since you won't stop asking, my dear, marriage has been tiring! I'm starting to regret accepting this." I answered sincerely.

"Tiring? Regrets? You mean you guys haven't worked out your issues?"

"What we have is more than issues, my dear." I sighed.

"Despite how much he shows you off on his social media accounts? This is unbelievable! Your chemistry on TV and in magazines are so great too! How can you guys even have issues? I honestly can't believe it!" She exclaimed throwing her hands up in exasperation.

"We hardly communicate in private but in public, he acts like he can't do without me. That man deserves an award for the best actor, he's so good at it and it's rubbing off on me. I wonder why he hasn't considered pursuing a career in acting, you know."

Sapphire looked at me for what seemed like forever before she finally found her voice, "What is wrong with you people? When am I going to have a niece or nephew if you keep acting like this?"

"Wait, what! That's all you care about right now? You better don't even think about it, he doesn't even find me attractive enough to kiss me, just a kiss! He'll never lay with me and I won't even have anything with him too if he doesn't even try to like me a little. I want my first time to be special so I'm cool with us being just housemates." I shrugged.

"That's total bullshit, you should make him see what he's missing, sis! Make him think about you in your absence!" She snapped.

"I think he thinks about me already."

"No! Not for bad, for good! Make him want you! Stop covering up so much, you don't have blemishes, your skin is perfect, why do you cover up like the sun would burn you if you open a little skin? Wear sexy clothes, look good, make him look back at you when your paths cross, he's your husband after all." Sapphire said eyeing my outfit with disdain.

"This has nothing to do with my clothes, I like my clothes, they are comfortable. And if he wants to like me, he should like everything about me, my clothes and all." I replied hugging my self.

"Oh please, try and make some efforts! It won't hurt to try and win your husband over, the man you're in love with. Win him over, you do know how many girls throw themselves at him right, make him want only you and you alone, make an effort! Be nice and so caring to him too, stop being silent like a mute!"

"This wedding affected my life as much as it affected his so why should I be the only one making an effort?" I disagreed

"He didn't actually agree to this, Ruby, you did. Whether you want to admit it or not, a part of you did it because you liked him and the other part because you had no choice." Sapphire said the bitter truth.

"I don't care, we both have to make efforts!" I snapped stubbornly.

Sapphire shook her head before speaking, " I just want you to be realistic here, sis. Speaking of which, we are definitely going to turn heads today at his graduation party, you are going to make his jaws drop!" She jumped up with excitement.

This girl was bipolar.

"Graduation party? There's a graduation party?" I asked, confused.

Welcome to Hell, dear wife!
