Alpha Adams stepped into the bar to meet his wife, his arrival made the place oddly silent as people showed respect to him with a bow. It was not everyday they got to meet the Luna and also the Alpha in a common bar.
He was happily going to meet his Luna since he was missing her so bad, it was hard for him to stay away from her for as much as just two hours and this was almost three hours away from her and it was getting unbearable to focus on work concerning the pack. All he wanted was burying his manhood deep in her wet hole, till she orgasm over and over again.
But instead of seeing a smile directed at him from his wife, he noticed her attention was focused on someone else, almost eye fucking him with those of eyes of hers. That gaze was meant to him and no one else, how could she be gazing so intently at another male?. “Adams, what are you..” Ariel almost asked but was cut short when her mate furiously grabbed her arms so tightly.
“Never knew you could stoop so low to have an affair, Ariel.” Alpha Adam said with gritted teeth holding Ariel’s hands roughly. The people in the common area of the bar couldn’t hear what was going on in the vip section except if they was someone blessed with hearing ability.
“What do you mean?.” Ariel asked not getting a wisp of anything her mate was saying.
“You dare try to act oblivious when I caught you red handed. How much more shameless could you be.” He spat angrily.
“You are acting delusional or probably drunk on something Adam, I don’t even understand what you are saying. You just storm in here labeling accusations all over the place….. Ok if I may ask what have you caught me doing now, I have been sitting in this bar with Lorelei over here or do you probably think I’m now interested in ladies all of a sudden.”
“Stop twisting my statement, I caught you staring at the guy in blue shirt so lovingly a while ago and don’t you dare deny that.” Adams said his eyes showing the rage he felt.
Lorelei laughed a little, the Alpha of dead pull pack was indeed a jealous one and that too jealous of Roman… " Sorry to intrude in your conversation Alpha, but Luna Ariel here wasn’t doing anything of such. Roman is my mate and we were just talking about him before you stepped in." Lorelei had heard how Alphas were possessive about their mate but this was the first time had seen one this possessive. He got angry just at the sight of his mate staring at another male other than him.
“Really!!, The guy in the blue shirt isn’t Ariel’s lover?.”
“Not at all, Alpha.” Lorelei replied with a small smile, seems like the Alpha has some little explanation to do after all.
“I- I’m…” Alpha Adams cleared his throat, he was never good at apologizing but he knew he was wrong for judging his mate without confirmation.
“Finish stuttering then apologize, Adams.” Ariel said and folded her arms below her bosom.
“I understand you must be angry at my actions…” Adams paused thinking of what to say now.. “I know I must have misjudged you but it was because you were staring at another man and it made me jealous to the core and I couldn’t control my rage in as much as I tried.”
“That doesn’t justify what you did. What happened the no - judging without confirmation rule we made. It was because of this constant rage you feel and the way you become slightly annoyed at the littlest things that made us make this rule in the first place.” Ariel scolded her husband and Lorelei watched the duo, to her it was best they ironed out there issues without interference from anyone.
“I know, I know , I know and I’m sorry, okay. I promise this won’t repeat itself ever again.” Adams assured without hesitation, he never likes it when his wife even feels slightly angry at him.
“That’s what you always say, just promise, promise and more promises which you never keep to.” She scoffed turning her face away from him.
“This time I would keep to all of it. Please my beautiful Luna.” He begged with a smile.
“You are lucky I can’t stay mad at you for too long.”
“Does this mean you forgive me?.” He asked
“Stop being slow witted and just kiss me, Adams.” She said and laughed at her own statement. Adams grabbed her engaging her in a ferocious kiss not minding that people might probably be watching them.
Lorelei smiled a tear watching them, it was always nice seeing two people so in love. It made her realize that what she had with Damien wasn’t truly love but infatuation that he was the only one there for her at that moment. She admired the Ariel and her mate’s relationship, it was not perfect and all rosy but you could see the burning look of love in each of their eyes. . . . Roman and Lorelei arrived home after the day’s work, it was few minutes to none when they arrived at the front door of the house. Before they could both step in, Roman grabbed her hands halting the moment. He stared deep into those alluring eyes of hers with the intent of assuring her that he was here if she needed anything. She noticed how overly quiet she had been ever since the Alpha and Luna incident at the bar today and it made him realize that Lorelei also craved to be loved and that was why he was here for her.
His eyes wandered to her lips that was calling for his attention, begging to be kissed. she froze with eyes wide, when Roman smashed his lips on hers like a starved predator.
The only thing that had been on Roman’s mind for a while now was kissing those tempting lips of hers and that he did.
Her lips were soft, almost velvety, and wispy against his. He could feel the soft tickle of her breath beneath his nose, fingers carding through her hair as they breathed each other in, it was overly blissful and he could feel his mind at ease.
Warmth blossomed in Lorelei’s chest, sparks igniting as Roman kissed and devoured her lips. Lorelei didn’t avoid the kiss but kissed back though it was hard following his pace.
Just when the intent to fondle with her two moulded peaches came, the entrance door opened with the Nanny bringing Alexander along to come meet them outside. They hurriedly disengaged from the kiss. Lorelei’s mind was fuzzy, and she could feel blood rush all the way to her cheek. Roman couldn’t help but want to kiss Hazel over and over again, looking at her cute face that looked innocence, he couldn’t but want to lower his lips on hers again but was reminded that the moment had been ruined and they were people around.
“We heard footsteps of you people coming but didn’t see you come inside, so we said to come greet you ourselves.” The nanny informed her gaze fixated on that of Roman even though she was speaking to Lorelei.
“That’s nice, how’s my little baby doing?.” Lorelei replied, fondling with Alexander’s cheek lovingly.
“He’s fine, he couldn’t stop playing around all day.”
“Hmm.. I see!.” Lorelei hummed, lifting Xander of the ground.
“Ma’am since you are back now, I will plead to take my leave. My work is done right?.” She asked and Lorelei nodded “Sure you can leave. Thank you so much.” The Nanny stared at Roman not saying a word to him, one last time before leaving. . . . Lorelei was about going to bed when her phone rang beside her. With confusion on her face because she hardly got called by anyone she picked her phone and received the call.
“Hello!.” She said waiting for the caller at the other end to speak.
“It’s me, Ariel… Your newest friend.” Luna Ariel said giggling, she was surely a playful person.
“Oh!, Surprised to receive a call from you, Luna” Lorelei had totally forgotten she had given her contact to the Luna after her persistent request to have it.
“Yes, I called to inform you about a bad news.” Ariel said from the other end of the call.
“Bad news?, Are you fine?, It’s everything okay?” Lorelei panicked bombarding her with questions. She really didn’t like the sound of any bad news and whatever bad news it surely didn’t sound good.
“It’s nothing of such.”..
“Then what is the bad news you are talking about?, I’m really anxious right now”
“Well the location of this pack isn’t safe anymore. The Alpha just received news from Star moon pack that some Warewolfs were being ambushed over there and if e aren’t careful we will be next.” Ariel informed.
“What?, Why would someone even want to ambush this Pack, if it’s star moon pack I wouldn’t react this way because that deserve every wickedness in the earth but dead pull pack was peaceful and orderly.” She uttered.
“Probably for power, affluence and respect both in the Human and Warewolf society.” Ariel replied.
“Well you are correct, people would do anything if they are power thirsty in this world we live in.” Lorelei added with a nod from her head even though she knew Ariel couldn’t see that little actions of hers. " So what do we do now, are the whole of the pack going to move?."
“That’s the more reason I’m calling you, since you aren’t officially part of the pack and you have no mind link you might not be informed of the situation. Alpha Adams has made arrangements for us to move an entirely different location to start our pack at least till everything is fully sorted. Houses would be awarded to everyone entire free.” Ariel explained.
“Thank you so much, Luna. I’m really grateful that you informed me, may your reign be praised.” Lorelei appreciated.
“I guess I can’t stop you from calling me Luna again anyways you’re welcome. Make sure your ear us in the wall for any informations, incase I’m not chanced to inform you myself, okay.”
“Yes, Luna Ariel. I would. I’m thankful that you called. Permit me to say that you are the best and no one comes close” . . .
Lorelei laid sprawled on the bed with her facing up, after ending the call. To her knowledge both Xander and Roman were already fast asleep. She didn’t feel sleepy anymore after the news she just heard, they were going to move and that too to on an unknown place. Sleeping was far from her this night just by hearing the word “move”, she heard been living here for almost two years and a half and she was gradually attached to it. If she was reacting this way, she wondered how Xander would react besides he was born here.
Roman shut his eyes pretending to be sleeping, he heard all of the conversation that ensued between Lorelei and the Luna of this pack and it made him wonder who had leaked their secrets. It was supposed to be top secret and only just few people of crimson fangs knew.
Who then is the snitch between them?.
