CHAPTER 87: MARRIAGE, RINGS & GIFT (1)

The wedding finally started with Aries looping her right hand over Kairi's left hand. They walked into the big hall from the attached path that led to their preparing rooms before.

Their family and friends follow from behind. Aries' mother, Lyana, sniffed silently. She was so surprised that her daughter would be marrying the leader of the Bright Star and King of Syarantonia Kingdom. She can see her daughter was very happy when she saw Kairi at the door just now.

The future son-in-law also had only Aries in his eyes without looking around once she appeared. This shows how much they were in love with each other. So, she can only accept their match.

"Woah, I never knew they both would go for Elven style. It's so beautiful!" Agi commented from his seat.

"They look like a couple from a fairytale…" Gemini also commented with eyes brightened.

Same as others. They praised Kairi and Aries' beautiful wedding dress and their good look on it. The couple chose a silver wedding dress with a touch of gold. There were also light green and blue aurora lining up the dress. The auroras stir like a wave when they walk to the aisle.

Aries had a silver flower crown on her head with a white veil that covered her face while the back was long to her waist. Her hair has been styled to look like a flower braid while her white dress was a cowl neck with peekaboo sleeves and long ruched chiffon that flowed from the elbow.

There were auroras lining covering it and she also wore an extra-long see-through elven cape that hemmed to follow her slow movement. Her waist was the feature of an underbust line corset with spiral seal boning and auroras vine applique that lifted off the corset as though they were growing off it.

As for the bottom dress that covered her legs, the cut skirt featured a sleek slit and long decadent train. When she walked they showed her legs were wearing long white flowery socks to her thigh. Her white flowery wedding shoes also match Kairi's tall features.

Kairi beside her was wearing a majestic royal style suit. Adding to the crown on his head were auroras lining steel feathers on top of his ears. His silver gold mafela flows from his neck to the back with a long silver cape that reaches the floor. The cape was pinned on both of his shoulders.

He wore three pieces of suits. One was the silver silk undershirt, gold outer vest and lastly the silver blazer with gold pattern lining from his shoulders to the bottom. His silver pants were made from silk polyester which gives a glow when a light shines on it. The bottom end with silver elevator-style leather shoes with an aurora pattern covering the top.

Everyone's eyes were on them until they reached the aisle. A beautiful woman was waiting on it with a gold lining box in her hands. When Kairi and Aries reached her, everyone stood up from their seats.

Rafiz, who finally got released by Rafael, went to the left side along with Rafael and Dark Kurumi. Three of them had worn a black suit, indicating they were from the groom's side. The bride's side was Aries' parents. They wore silver-coloured suits and dresses.

The woman looked gently at these people who would become a big family today.

"My name is Saffrina, Goddess of Marriage and Love. I have come in request from my best buddy to oversee your unity." She begins.

Not only her who was present there. Andreit, Lisione and Visyilan were invited by Ziphoteninx too. The three have their seat in the front row before the aisle.

As for Ziphoteninx and Kironinx, they were watching from above the aisle without showing themselves. Still, everyone knew they were there except for Aries' parents.

Angelote and Rafael sense them because of their enormous power. They could only ignore them since the wolves didn't give any malicious intent on anyone there. However, they and Aries' parents were surprised by Saffrina's identity.

It was impossible not to know such a goddess existed since they have their wedding vows with her name. It was to have her blessing on their marriage life.

"Seriously?" Rafael glanced at Rafiz.

Rafiz grinned. "Yup."

Even Jaaq and Lyana felt disbelief but they had to believe when they saw Saffrina open the box. A small sceptre floats from it. It has a pattern of love and flowers. When Saffrina holds it, it turns bigger to her height of 1.85 metres.

A small thump from the sceptre bottom hitting the floor of the aisle changes their surroundings into a sky area instantly while the box earlier has disappeared. They were now standing on white and pink clouds. Behind Saffrina a love shaped cloud appeared too and they could feel a humming of power welcoming them there.

"I think I am dreaming…" Dark Lusophia said while looking around her.

"You're not." Dark Undria chuckled.

"I think I'm gonna believe that God exists." Dark Gomy gaped.

"You didn't before?" Dark Lusophia turned to him.

Dark Gomy shrugs. "Never."

"I see…"

While they were chatting, others too spoke at a whispering volume.

"Is it just me or does everyone ignore that Draco is there? Is it because he is a part of Knight Seeyer?" Eridanus asked because he felt it was strange.

"Oh, didn't you know? I guess you were sleeping during Draco's explanation before the wedding?" Libra sighs.

"Huh, did he say anything?"

"Tsk! Draco is Kairi's blood brother, you sleepyhead!" Cygnus scolds him.

"What?!" Eridanus was shocked and his yell got a glare from the others around him.

They shushed him because the wedding unification was going to start. As for Dark Kurumi's explanation about his relationship with Kairi, it has been told to them earlier. It happened after they stormed to the groom's room and saw him in his black suit.

Everyone except Eridanus was surprised to hear it. Ziphoteninx also cut in to explain that Queen Siarah has married Draco 500 hundred years ago which affirms Virgo and Pegasus guessed a long time ago.

"May I have the parent's agreement. If you do not like this pair to be together today, you may sound out now." Saffrina looked toward Rafael, Jaaq and Lyana.

The three shake their heads. "No, Your Honour."

"Alright... I hereby announce this pair would be united under my witness. I would like this pair to exchange your signet."

She made a short width and long length table appear behind the couple. Kairi nodded to her and brought Aries to sit on one side of the table while he sat opposite her. On the table, a few things appear. He glanced at the things before he gave a small chuckle and looked at Aries who also felt funny with them.

"Really?" He couldn't help wording it toward the goddess.

"What? I think it's interesting." Saffrina shrugged.

Everyone around them who saw the things already let out a loud hearty laugh.

"Haha, I am so glad that I'm not the one who marries in front of the goddess! She truly knows how to make this marriage more interesting." Lyra burst out.

"True!" Aquila and some others agreed.

The things were a stack of gold paddy, a cutter, some fresh flowers, a set of glitters, a type of hardened liquid, two couple ring moulds and an electrical fan which has no speed option.

Kairi rolled his eyes at the goddess prank but since it didn't disappear, he started to create the ring for Aries. Aries too started to make his ring. The reason there were no rings in this world when people ask for marriage was because they would create it on their own on the marriage day.

It would show how creative their partner was and entertain the people who come to their wedding. Though it will take some time to finish it and most need one to three days to have the rings complete. Still, it was a satisfying and enjoyable time for them.

Normally, the items for wedding rings should have gold or silver alloy, a type of diamond or any expensive stones, a high flame from a power stone to melt the alloys, a bucket of water with a cold power stone, some suitable pliers to shape the ring, a cutter to cut anything unnecessary, and some other tools.

Now, of course, everyone would find it funny with the things given from the goddess to Kairi and Aries because none of it would make them create a wedding ring. Instead, they guess the outcome would be some kind of flowery ring. It would still be beautiful but would not look like a high class one.

Kairi and Aries don't care about it. As long as they could create each other's rings, the faster they could become husband and wife. So, they made the rings with all of their heart while giving a few details around the decoration.

"Is this fan really gonna cool down the hardener?" Aries asked Kairi through telepathy.

"Well, let's just try."
