42: Naina in Danger

So, before starting the chapter, I would love to thank all of my pretty and handsome readers. Because of all of you, I achieved something that I never dreamed of. This month was full of surprises.
We've reached over 1,000 followers on Instagram and Wattpad.

We ranked in the top 10 in India, and that too at number one on wattpad. You can't imagine how I felt when I saw this. I was checking again and again to see. What if I'm dreaming?

The journey started randomly without knowing what would happen in the future. I started writing not out of passion or anything. I started writing because the type of stories I like to read was not on Wattpad, so I thought to write my own for myself.

**Naina's POV:**
Today I'm feeling so special. This week I'm going home, and not the old one but the new one. Ohh, I forgot to tell you, after working for a year, I finally saved money. Money to buy a house and a vehicle.
Compared to India, the salary in New York is so high. That's why I was able to save this much money in just one year. I'm sure if I had worked in India, then it would have taken me more than 10 years to save money to buy a house. All this was possible because of Jack too. He was always there to correct me, to help me.

I was thinking all this when suddenly something hit my car from behind. I looked behind and saw some cars following us.
"Ma'am, please wear the seatbelt." The driver said and immediately increased the speed of the car.
"Hey, Mahadev, ye sab kya ho raha hai?" I whispered and held my phone to call him. But before I could dial his number. That car again hit our car, and my phone fell from my hand onto the carpet of the car.
I bent and started to find my phone. That's when someone shot my car window, and whole pieces of glass fell over me.
"Aaahhhhh...." I looked up and saw two cars beside me. Now my car is trapped on the side and behind.
"Please do something... please," I shouted at the driver. He nods and increases the speed. It was only some seconds when I heard the gunshot again, and my car stopped with a strong pull. Which made me almost fall on the carpet of the car, but because of the seatbelt, I was safe.
I looked up at the driver and saw him falling on the steering wheel. The blood was coming from his head. That means he is no more. But this is not the moment for reacting to this. I need to save myself.
I'm sorry, and thank you for helping me till now.
I looked around and saw they were coming toward me with lots of guns. I didn't waste time and immediately opened my seat belt and the door of the car. My car was crushed against the tree, and the whole area was covered with trees and forest. So I quickly ran inside the forest.
As I went a little inside the forest, I heard the sound of a blast. Which made me turn to look there, and I saw my car was burning in fire, as was the driver's body.
Hey Bhagwan, unki aatma ko shanti dena...
I was still looking there as if my body went into a state of shock.
"Look, here she is there," I heard a shout, which made me come out of the shock.
I heard the sound of footsteps. So I quickly turned and ran forward. After running for like 10 minutes. My breathing increased, and my heart was beating so fast.
"Nahi naina abhi....abhi weak nhi padhna hai tujhe bhagna padega... Warna... Warna, ye log tujhe chhodegy nahi." I motivated myself and started running again.
But again, after some time, I stopped and held my knees. Black dots were coming in front of my eyes. I can feel I'm getting an asthma attack. I can't run so much. I have to hide now.
I saw a small house-like thing. It was looking like it's not used by anyone. I quickly ran there and hid inside the house.
I sat there and started rubbing my chest to calm my breathing. I need to do something. The worst thing is I don't have my phone with me, and this dress is giving me another headache.
My whole dress is torn from the sides because it's made of net. It is also troubling me in running.
I was sitting there and praying to God to send Jack. Jack must be thinking I reached home, and I'm here. Trapped in the trouble. Hey Bhagwan, mujhe bacha lo...please.
That's when I heard the noise of footsteps.
"You look this side, and I will look this side." Someone shouted.
I look around and realize. How big a stupid I am. It's not a movie where the FL is hiding in front of them and they can't notice her. But it's not a movie. Seeing a broken house in the forest, they will guess very easily that I'm here. Why...why am I like this...?
I hope they don't look this side. But luck was not in my favor...
"Sir, she is here," I heard the shout, and the next moment. I felt someone grab me by the hair and pull me up.
"Aaaahhh....leave me." I tried to free myself, but the next moment I felt pain on my jaw.
He punches me.
"You made us run...now we will show you what happens when a girl like you messes with me," the guy said and again punched me. Which made me fall on the floor.
This guy was double my size. He had a very scary scar on his face. Big mustache and clean head.
I want to fight; I want to protect myself. Yes, I will protect myself. Saying this, I slowly, slowly stood from the floor and looked at him.
Seeing me standing on my feet. He smiled creepily and started taking steps toward me. As he raised his fist to punch me again. Before it could touch me, I held his elbow and turned toward his stomach, then I put my sharp nails in his eyes, making him blind.
"Aaaaahhhhhhh..... You bitch." He shouted and started rubbing his eyes.
Seeing this, his other people also came forward to me.
But before they could touch me, I took the gun from their boss and pointedit.
"If you take one more step, then I will empty all the bullets of this gun into your boss's body," I shouted and started taking steps back. I took some steps back when my body touched a wall. Before I could turn and see what it was.
I felt a very sharp pain in my head, and the next moment I was on the floor. I opened my eyes slowly and looked at the front.
Someone knelt in front of me and pointed a gun at me.
"You think you are brave, hmm... I think my son didn't tell you who I am." I heard these words.
Son...that means he is...
I was trying to figure it out when suddenly he took my hair in his fist and made me stand.
"Come, let me show you." Saying this, he lifted me on his shoulder and started taking me somewhere.
My forehead, jaw, and lips were bleeding, my head and chest were hurting, and my cheeks were swollen.

Third-person POV
On that road a car came there, and someone came out of it. He took his phone and dialed a number.
"Hello, Max. I'm standing on the highway road. When Ma'am didn't come after some time, I started to look for her, and here on the highway, the car in which Ma'am was coming is burning in fire, and there are some 4 to 5 cars standing here. There is no sign of Ma'am. Mr. Max, I think ma'am is attacked by someone. You need to inform this boss quickly," he said with fear and looked around.
He took the gun and hid behind the tree. That's when he saw some people were coming from the forest. He immediately got alert and hid himself properly.
Here Naina was trying to free herself from him with her remaining strength. That's when he throws her on the road so roughly, as if she is not a human but a rubber bag.
"You mouth works so much, na, then why are you silent, baby girl?" Saying this, he put his shoe on Naina's stomach.
"Aahhhhh....let...me...go, ughhh." Naina whispers this and tries to go back.
"How could I... I didn't hold you for letting you go. Do you know why all this is happening??..." Saying this, he looked down at Naina's face.
"To kill you." Saying this, he laughs and kicks Naina with his whole strength.
Making Naina cry in pain. Her painful cry was roaming in the air.
Naina held her stomach and closed her eyes.
"Ughhhhhh...." She was crying continuously, but no one was showing any kind of sympathy for her.
Here, when that guard saw this, he wasn't able to control himself, so he immediately fired on a guy who was standing behind Jack's father.
Jack's father, when he saw this, looked toward the tree and saw the guard.
"Get him."
That guard didn't try to run, but he started firing on them. He shoots 6 people and kills them. After that he started beating them continuously. He was a trained guard, so it was not easy for them to beat him.
Seeing this, Jack's father looks at the guard and nods at him. That guard also nodded, then went to the other side and came behind that guard. Then he hit him with his gun.
Naina was looking at all this, and she saw how that guard fell and fainted.
"No," she whispered in pain.
She extended her hand toward him and cried. That's when Jack's father put his shoes on her hand.
"Aaaaaahhhh...ughhh..." She shouted in pain. In pain, she was shaking and trying to free her hand, but nothing was working.
"Before I was thinking of tasting your body, but after you disrespected me, I changed my mind, so now you have to die, baby girl." Saying this, he took a step back and looked behind.
Naina was bearing the pain and calling Jack again and again when she heard a voice, a metal one.
With all her strength, she looked that way and saw a guard coming close to her with a big and thick hammer of metal.

Looking at that, Naina felt like this was her last time. Is she going to die now??... She didn't see her parents before, she didn't complete her dreams, she didn't enjoy her success, and she didn't...tell Jack that she loved him and wanted to marry him. It's her end??...
Naina closed her eyes when she saw the guard standing in front of her and raised the hammer to hit her.
"Jack, where are you??" She only whispered that when she felt a sharp air pass by her. Then she heard the voices of cars. Then she saw that the guard fall in front of her with great force. Looking at him, it was clear that he was dead.
About 20 cars were parked, and the guards emerged from them. Then, from the one car, a man came out. Red eyes like his body blood came to his eyes, veins on the forehead and arms. He looked like the devil of hell. Looking at him, every guard steps back and gulps in fear.
Jack William
He was not looking like Naina made him; he was looking like the arrogant devil who doesn't waste one second to kill anyone. Whose name is enough to shake the people?
Jack came out of his car without looking at anyone. His eyes went straight to Naina, who was lying on the road covered in blood. Looking at her, he immediately ran toward her.
Taking her in his arms, he tapped her cheeks.
"Amore, open your eyes, see your Jack came for you, please open your eyes, look at me for once, please, I'm sorry I came late." Saying this, he looked at her properly.
Swollen cheeks, blood coming from the forehead and head. Then he felt something sticky on his hand, so he checked his hand and saw that there was blood on his hand. Seeing her condition, his eyes became hard. There was a fear, maybe a fear of losing her.
That's when he heard her small and inaudible voice.
"Jack, please...s...save me. I...*-gulp* I don't want to...die now." Saying this, she raised her hand to touch his face, but in the middle, her hand started to fall on the floor. But before her hand could touch the floor, Jack immediately took her hand and touched her hand on his chest. He looks at her.
Her eyes were closed, which means she fainted in his arms. Seeing this, he hugged her tightly and said,
"Don't worry, Amore, nothing will happen to you."
"MICHEL, QUICKLY START THE CAR," Jack shouted and lifted Naina in bridal style and ran toward the car. One guard opened the door of the car. Then Jack made Naina lie down properly.
Then he looked at everyone. His guards were killing all the other guards.
"Don't kill anyone; I will do this with my own hands." Saying this, Jack sits on the other side and puts Naina's head on his thigh. He covered her head with his coat and tried to stop the bleeding.
"DRIVE FAST. IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO HER BECAUSE OF YOU, THEN I WILL GIVE YOU A PAINFUL DEATH," Jack shouted at the driver. Hearing his shout, the driver increased the car's speed.
Within 15 minutes, they were in front of the hospital.
Seeing this, Jack immediately took her in his arms and ran inside the hospital. Till now, he was also covered in blood.
The whole hospital staff stopped at their place and looked at him. After all, it's not normal for them to see the top billionaire of New York in the hospital. That too with a girl.
"DOCTOR, DOCTOR"
Hearing his shout, everyone came out of the shock and immediately came with the stretcher trolley.
Jack made her lie down on the bed carefully, like she was made of glass. Taking her hand in his hand, he started following them.
"Nothing will happen to you. I know my princess is strong." He said. There was fear in his chest. He doesn't even want to think that anything could happen to her. If something happened to her, then for whom would he is going to live? He had her give her promise that if she left him, then he would follow her everywhere. Even if he had to cross death, he would do that too.
He will follow her everywhere.
The stretcher trolley went inside the operating theatre.
"Sir, you have to wait here." One nurse stopped Jack as he was also going inside.
"Why do I want to be with her?" Jack almost shouted at her, making the poor nurse shiver in fear.
"S...Sir, if you came inside, then it could affect her. Please, sir, cooperate with us," the nurse said and gulped.
Jack looks at him, and Naina joins hands. He is feeling fear. What if he left her hand, and she left him?
"Sir, please, if we wasted more time, then maybe her condition would be worse, sir. That nurse said, seeing him making no move to leave her.
Hearing her words, Jack finally loosened the grip on her hand, and with this, they took Naina inside, and the door closed on his face.
