Epilogue

***Six months later....***

“Do you, Nicholas Alexander Parker, take Alexandria Zadie Danton to be your wedded wife, to cherish in love and friendship, in strength and weakness, success and disappointment, to love her faithfully, today, tomorrow, and for as long as the two of you shall live?” Alpha Trent smiled at Nicholas as he officiated the wedding.

“I do,” Nicholas replied as he squeezed my hand and slipped my wedding band onto my finger. Love, admiration, and pride shone in his eyes.

“Do you, Alexandria Zadie Danton, take Nicholas Alexander Parker to be your wedded husband, to cherish in love and friendship, in strength and weakness, success and disappointment, to love him faithfully, today, tomorrow, and for as long as the two of you shall live?” Alpha Trent turned towards me.

“I do,” I replied without hesitation before slipping Nicholas’s wedding band onto his finger.

“World's smallest handcuff,” Nicholas joked, making everyone laugh. I rolled my eyes and suppressed my chuckle.

“By the power vested in me by the Werewolf High Council, not only do I pronounce you husband and wife but also King and Queen of the South and the West. You may kiss your bride,” Alpha Trent gushed, taking a step back.

Before I could react, Nicholas cupped the side of my face and pulled me to him, capturing my lips into a long and passionate kiss. Electric shocks coursed through us, just like the first time we kissed. He wrapped his free arm around my waist and pressed my body against his.

Everyone clapped and cheered as wolf howls echoed through the forest surrounding us.

We pulled apart, and Nicholas pressed his forehead to mine.

“So, Queen Danton, shall we?” Nicholas whispered. His face was plastered with a big smile.

“We shall, but first, I think I like the sound of Queen Parker-Danton. Has a ring to it, don’t you think?” I pulled back a little so that I could see Nicholas’s reaction.

“You want to hyphenate Parker into your name?” He sounded shocked.

“I may be the Queen of the South, a powerful Female Alpha. Taking on the name Parker doesn’t take away my feminism; it actually makes me more powerful. It adds weight and makes me more badass. Now I can harass two territories” I laughed.

“fuck, I love you so much! Smart, beautiful, sexy, and cöcky. I’m one lucky man. Now let’s go take this dress off you!” Nicholas’s laughed and scooped me up into his arms.

We walked down the aisle as people threw rose petals into the sky. I looked around to all the happy people cheering and clapping.

My life finally felt complete....
