Faith POV ??
On Monday, I went very early to the school to know if I would meet Jason as the queen mother suggested
Soon, Dorothy arrived
She stood at a spot looking around
I guessed she noticed my presence but she couldn t see me
She was still standing there when a car drove in
A guy stepped down from it
I recognized him as Bonny
He walked straight to where Dorothy has been standing
He hugged her from the back
I didn t get it well
So, I stood at where I was and stretched out my hand towards him to check out his life so far
I was able to calculate that they were close to each other
I considered him as the one that would be suitable for giving Dorothy the drink with gum
I smiled to myself but I had to inform the queen mother because it might be that it was destined for Jason to give it to her
After few words Dorothy and Bonny had, they went inside but Dorothy stood a little checking out if she could see me but it didn t work out
When she was gone, I had to leave

The following day, Jason didn t come to school that day as well
It was already half of the day when Jenny brought up Jason s sister death
I felt bad immediately
"She was his favorite sister" Jenny had said
"It is really bad" I contributed
"It s true that am not in a good term with Jason but I felt for him"
"Tessy, his sister was my very close friend, we became close when she noticed that I was Jason s girlfriend" she added
Tears were really coming out from her eyes
Soon, I was informed that someone was looking for me downstairs
I went for it
And it was Jason, with his father
"I guess you are new in this school?" Jason s father asked
I wondered where the question was coming from
"Yes sir" I replied
"I just want to know before I will start what I will have to do" he said
I was just confused looking at him
Just then, the wind storm started again
Jason and his father could not feel it
It was about to enter completely when I was drew from the back
It was Dorothy and she was holding a leaf on her hand
"Am sorry sir, for the interruption but please allow me to do this" Dorothy said bending her head
She raised it up and dragged me but not too fast
Going to one side of the school
"Dad please" I heard Jason pleading his father
I guessed, he was angry with Dorothy
"I don t want Jenny to hate me more" he added
I looked at the window and Jenny was standing there starring at everyone
"You need to stay away from people" Dorothy said when we got to the corner
"Do you see it?" I asked
"We don t have to be pretending" she responded
"Just stay away from people for now" she added
"He called for me" I responded
"Don t you know that it would be more dangerous if you had transformed before them" she said
"I wish to control it" I said
"We will see to that" Dorothy said and meant to walk out but I held her hand
"Have you forgiven me?" I asked
"I will when everything will be over, by then, Zita will be happy where ever she is" she said and left

…. Dorothy POV ??
I was still confused on what happened that day
The girl later waved at me and left the school compound
I pretended that nothing happened because I wouldn t like to let Bonny know about my gift yet until it is useful
"So do you know where David went to?" Bonny asked as we were walking back to the classroom
"How could I? I don t know" I replied
"Seems like you have hated him so much?" He indirectly asked
"Not really anyways" I replied
"So can you tell me why you stopped talking to him?" He requested
I wasn t ready to tell him because it would have to result to a very big mess
"I just wanted to give him space since he is mourning his girlfriend" I lied

After dinner that night, I went to my Uncle because it seems like I had lost my gift
"I know that there must be something" he said immediately I walked in
"Just let it out" he added, making me to smile
"I think I am doomed" I said and my Uncle turned to face me properly
"What do you mean?" He asked
"I can t tell but I think something extraordinary happened today" I replied
"Something like what?" He asked
"I think I have lost my gift" I replied
"What?!" My Uncle shouted standing up from where he was
"How is it possible?" He asked not believing it
"I think she collected it" I replied
"That s beyond her power, she can t" my Uncle said
"She was there, immediately I saw her, I turned to her direction but the demon in her vanished remaining the girl s body which was all I could see" I explained
"I won t believe it until I give you my own test" he said
"Which test?" I asked because I never thought there would be something that would go that way
"Don t worry, by tomorrow, we will see to that" he said
I nodded in agreement

….. Victor POV ??
After school, I went to my father s company where I was already given an office to be working, part-time
It s what I gained from coming from a wealthy family
Zita s picture was stood on my desk
The picture was her smiling face
I kept imagining her, being close to me
I was lost in thought that I didn t know when someone was knocking on my door
Since I wasn t replying, he had to come in knowing fully well that I was inside
And was also scared that something must have happened to me
That s what he said
"You must be?" I asked trying to remember his name
"Patrick" the man replied
"Oh yeah Mr Patrick, please sit down" I said, gesturing him to sit
"Thank you"
He sat down on the chair which was opposite me
"So what can I do for you?" I asked politely
"Take a look" he said and stretched out his phone
I collected it
"What about it, it looks like a picture?" I asked
Showing it to him
"Tap it to play" he said
I looked at him in disbelief
I had to check it out
Its contents was a fight of him between a demon
"This was my previous mission" Mr Patrick said
It was meaningless to me because I couldn t figure it out
"I have three questions on this" I said instead
"Go on" he responded
"My first question is, how can a cloth chases demons just because it has red and black color?" I asked referring to what I saw
"That s not an ordinary cloth" He said
I didn t respond, rather I bent my eyes in one side
"The clothes are spiritual, it was gifted to me during my birthday after they discovered that I had a gift" he explained
"Oh, I see" I simply said
"So what about the second question?" He asked
"How could a camera capture a demon?" I asked
"Everyone wonders it as well but you will get to know it in due time" he replied
I had to nod
"So the final question" he requested
"Why are you showing me this?" I asked while he smiled
"It s because about your future" he replied smiling
" What future?" I asked because I was confused
"That s what you will discover later" he said instead
"When I saw you, I concluded that the future which I was told, is near" he added
"Why don t you give me a tip?" I asked
"The best tip is what I just showed you" he replied standing up from his seat
"I will see you next time" he said and walked out
I was wondering what was happening all of a sudden
Would it bring back Zita
I was still thinking when my phone began to ring
It was my new female friend from school
She has been nice to me ever since I began school
She always make me to remember Zita because they had the same voice and nature
I was able to figure out that she loves me
But I couldn t love her back

…… Jason POV ??
The following day, I was calculating my time with the one of the other day
I had to get that picture as soon as possible
It was almost time, I got to my car and drove straight to the police headquarter
Just as I got in and parked, I saw COP Kelly s car at its normal spot
"What could he be doing there?" I asked no one to reply
I sat in my car to try my luck
I had to wait for some minutes and if nothing happens, I would go
I kept myself busy with my phone
It was still bothering me and I was getting bored be but I had to try so hard to endure
In few minutes later, I heard a sound of car from behind
I turned immediately and it was him, driving out
I waited for some minutes before getting down from my car
I was well-known, so no police delayed me
I lied that he asked me to wait for him in his office
So that I could pass them
I got to his office and brought out the master key I had
I was about to open it when the door pushed back, due to my weight on it
It shows that it wasn t locked
I became afraid a bit because I didn t know if he was in there
I gently walked in but everywhere was empty
I called him gently but no response
I walked fast over to his desk and started my search on the picture
I took out some files and searched them one after the othe
It seems like there was no pictures in it
But how could it be possible
I checked every possible places but I couldn t find it
I was about to arrange them back to where it was when a voice stopped me
"Are you looking for this?" The voice asked
I gently turned around and it was COP Kelly
In his hand was the picture that I was looking for
But how could he know that I was looking for it
"Yes" I replied
"You really don t have any fear, I would have just locked you up if you are someone else" he said
I wouldn t blame him
He was acting like that because my father always love to treat his relatives, nicely
Unlike other people
I couldn t tell why
And that was why he was able to talk back to me
"Here you go" he said giving me the picture
I reluctantly collected it and walked out of his office

….COP Kelly POV ??
Mr Luke has already told me about how eager Jason was, in looking for the picture of the demon s worker
The first time I saw him standing beside his car which was the previous day, I remembered what his father told me
Although he hides when I looked at his direction
I ignored that and went in
Then the following day, I was in my office checking out something when I saw Jason s car through the window as he drove in
I smiled and focused on his car
He got down and looked towards where I parked my car, my car was there
He got back to his car and waited for me to go
I knew that if I didn t shift, he wouldn t make any move
So I took out the picture which was what he must wanted
I left my office unlocked and went out
I told my fellow policemen that I would be back in few minutes, I also asked them to let anyone who came to see me, wait in my office
As I got to my car, I drove and stopped behind Jason s car, I accelerated the car do that he would notice it before driving away
I parked somewhere and waited for some time before getting down from my car
I waited for Jason to get up before I followed him but I maintained a big distance
Confirming what he wanted, I walked in to meet him arranging the papers properly
I handed it to him and he left
I just had one thing in my mind which was to keep my eyes on him
I must know the reason why he collected it
Maybe one of his friends is the demon s worker

….. Dorothy s Uncle POV ??
It was unbelievable hearing that Dorothy lost her gift of seeing ghosts
And I wasn t ready to believe it until I put her to test
The test was all about a rejected forest where demons do lives
It was very risky going there because not everyone who goes there would survive but I had the easiest way of escaping their death
It would only be in the weekend because it was a day journey
But it would be dangerous if she lose her gift because the future would be complicated and would be reset
If she truly lost her gift, then I have to find a way for the future to go as it supposed
That would be after the test

….. Jason POV ??
I took the picture straight to a Cyber Café not too far from the police station
I asked them to scan the picture maybe I might get a clue
A female worker who was there took it from me, I finds an empty seat and sat as I waited for the result
She was said to be good in that aspect
After the first scanning, she shook her head negatively because she was confused
I wanted to ask her question when she places it back again and began the scanning afresh
She did the same thing for like three times before giving up
She took it out and walked to where I was
"Unfortunately, that s not a human being" she said giving the picture back to me
"How do you mean?" I asked because COP Kelly has already said that it was a human being
"Am still surprised, because the blood is black in color" she replied
That was the most unbelievable and shocking part of it
How could he be sucking bloods, still his blood was black? I asked myself
"Strange" I said
"More than, but how did you get this, as in where?" She asked
"Never mind" I said and stood up immediately
I looked at the picture once more before walking out
I saw COP Kelly s car in a distance
It was parked beside the road
He was seriously following me I thought as I got to my car
I entered and drove to where COP Kelly was
I guessed, he wasn t expecting that but he never thought I would be that smart
I parked and got down
I walked close to his car and bent down following the passengers side
"Jason" he called slowly
"I thought you said that this is human being?" I indirectly asked as I shows him the picture
"Yes, ghost using human body, what s the problem?" He asked
"Just got back from that Cyber Café and they said that, this isn t human" I replied
"That s beyond you, it s not all human being that will understand that, computer can t show you all" he said
I was already getting confused
"So tell me how you did it" I requested
"Any problem? Do you have any suspect?" He asked
I wouldn t try telling him because I wasn t sure yet
"No, nevermind" I said as I raised up my head
I walked back to my car and drove away
Since I couldn t get it that way, I must try another way which was to kidnap David
I knew that he would surely like to free himself
And through the process, the thing would show up

….. Dorothy POV ??
The following day which was on Friday, I got dressed up for school
Since the gift was no more, I had to keep the leaf close to me because I don t when the demon would attack
I got to school and met with Bonny as usual already on my seat
We smiled and I sat close to him
"I love seeing your smiling face every single day" Bonny said
I blushed
Luckily, we were getting along and he was perfect
"Stop teasing" I said
I didn t know if I would say that I was pretending or not
"Am not teasing you, how I wish you can enter my heart and read it" he said
I couldn t stop smiling which was half laughter

….. Jason POV ??
Since my first strategy didn t work out, I planned on another way
I dressed up for school on that Friday
I needed to see David forgetting that David was absent that week
I drove to school on my own because I would be returning any moment after checking out how I would plan
I arrived at school and when I got inside the class, there was a teacher inside
I wondered what she was teaching, when it was revision period
I took permission and walked in
Everyone was surprised seeing me but I cared less
I remained calm until after the teacher left the class
My first eyes was at where David was sitting
The seat was empty
Neither David nor Jenny was there
My mind ran to what Bonny told us the previous week about him travelling
I was so disappointed
Andy came to my seat and we started chatting
Sam joined us later
I had to wait for some time before going, since I had gotten there

…. Faith POV ??
I was just watching Jason through my mirror
I wished to be close to him but that leaf in his car was disturbing me
Soon he got prepared and the next thing was him being at school
Since he wouldn t be close to his car, I had to go and feel his closeness
I smiled to myself and disappeared
I wouldn t want to turn into my human body because I didn t want any of them to see me
The most interesting part was that Dorothy wouldn t be a problem anymore since she won t see me
I got to the school and was about to enter the class when I felt something pushing me away
It must be Dorothy
Maybe she had the leaf with her
I felt like killing her
I stood at the door post looking at Jason as he was talking and smiling
His handsome face was killing
Soon, Dorothy stood up from her seat
I watched her as she took her bag
She carried it and walked close to the door
I felt the power coming out from the bag
I guessed that lead was inside the bag
I moved backward
But still, she kept coming
I kept shifting, until she walked out of the class and walked away
I guessed she was called by a teacher
I smiled seeing my opportunity, I walked inside
The guy who was sitting with Dorothy, stood up from their seat and walked to where Jason and the other guys were
They all stood up and walked out of the class
I followed them and they entered inside another room
I walked inside and stood before Jason
"I guess she went with him" the guy who was sitting with Dorothy said
They were talking about Jenny
The guy seems to be the only one who knows where about Jenny
"Why would she?" Jason asked
He was curious
I guessed, she was also the reason why he came to school that day
I felt jealous somehow but I knew that it was a matter of time
I was ready to take his life but I don t know when, because the queen mother hasn t instructed me
"Hi" I said waving at Jason
He was really busy with whatever they were talking about
"I know that you can hear or see me now"I continued
"I really missed you, I can t wait for you to come home, I am sorry in advance for I will take you out of the world very soon" I added

….. Dorothy s Uncle POV ??
It was Saturday morning and was the day for assurance
Dorothy woke up as usual and did what she normally does
She got prepared and was ready to go to the store
"Are you planning on going to shop?" I asked her
"Yes Uncle, today is Saturday" she replied and I laughed
She thought maybe I had forgotten
"I know but we aren t going to store today" I said
"Why?" She asked
"I have told you that we will go to where we will confirm your gift either lost or still intact" I replied
Just then, the car that I had booked for the journey, arrived
"The car is already here" I said pointing at it
It was just an hour journey, we arrived at the place where demons was said to be
I was fully prepared as required
It was just like a cemetery
It was very quiet and some dead body was littered everywhere
"Oh no, am scared already" Dorothy said
"This is just a little of what you will encounter in future" I responded
"You mean being this place?" She asked
"Yes, but that would be when you still have your gift" I replied
"Why would I be here again?" She asked
"That s future, the world is really in danger if things doesn t work out as I am planning it because by next weekend, am visiting my old time friend who is a ghost fighter, he have to deliver David" I replied
"It s about to start" I said and Dorothy stopped
I brought out something that looks like a powder, according to my old time friend
It raised the demons out from their bodies
I spread it on a particular body and the ghost bumped out of the body
I looked at Dorothy hoping that she would see it but she was just watching me
"Can t you see that?" I asked pointing at the demon which was flying around because it wanted a body to enter
And according to my old time friend, he said that the demon stays for one minute before reacting
Either to kill or to find a body to live
I was just calculating the time the demon got out from the body
Immediately it was the time for it to start reacting, I spread the one my old time friend said that do returns it back to the body
I tried it so many times, still Dorothy didn t see any of them
Then I concluded that she has lost her gift
"Unfortunately, you really lost it" I announced and she burst out crying

…. David POV ??
On Sunday evening, we arrived home from the burial
Thank God it was over and I was able to stay away from the demon throughout those days
Before we get home, our house help has already done with the cleaning and washing
I rushed to my room with a little happiness
Jenny was the first person I called
She was very happy to hear that I was really back
Since I was back, I thought it was not bad to let the demon visits me although I knew that must be angry with me
I kept the leaf far away from my room as I waited for it to come but there was no sign
The whole night came and passed but it didn t show up
I had to slept off peacefully
The following day which was on Monday, I got prepared for school and left
I was almost in the school gate when I remembered that I forgot the leaf
I wasn t that worried because Dorothy would surely come with the leaf
The driver drove in and parked
Immediately I got down and bent over to say a goodbye to the driver, the next thing I received was a surprising hug from Jenny
She actually hugged me from the back
"Welcome back" she said
Her voice was always sweet
She released me from the hug, so that I could be able to stand up
"Thanks" I responded smiling
"I hope you get something for me?" She asked
"I brought myself" I said while we laughed
We matched inside
My eyes went first to Dorothy s position but she wasn t there
