I thought the first plan has been achieved but another thing was how to kidnap him from the open place
Lots of houses were there which means that if he ever screamed, everyone will hear him
That means there must be a change of plans
My phone began to ring
It was COP Kelly when I checked it
I wondered what he was calling for
"Sir" I said immediately I picked up
"Can I have some minutes your time?" He requested
"What?" I asked as if I didn t hear him well
"Come to the police headquarter, I will be waiting" he said instead and hung up
I thought for a while and sighed before revising the car
I drove straight to the police headquarter
I got permitted to enter
"Were you able to get his residence?" COP Kelly asked
I was surprised hearing that
"Were you following me up?" I returned the question
"I started suspecting you that day you came for his picture, I thought maybe you had a clue" he said
"Also what happened at the principal s office made me to understand that I wasn t wrong" he added
I wouldn t love to say what I wasn t sure yet
I had to find a way to prevent that
"I don t know what you are talking about" I pretended
"You don t have to lie, I have the same feeling and I will like us to work together" he said
It was very clear that he caught me red-handed
I wanted to find it out on my own and deal with it as I wished but I guessed, it has been changed
"Trust me" he added
My reason of not wanting to put him in the game was that I don t like the way police does their planning
I needed to make him suffer for what he has done to my sister
"How do you want us to work?" I asked
Maybe I should let him in but I will have to make it plan B
"Please my research so far, the first girl was his almost girlfriend, right?" He asked
"Are you concluding that it is him already?" I returned the question
"Am just trying to get everything right, it s already clear" COP Kelly said
"Why don t you arrest him then?" I asked
"You still can t prove it without a solid evidence and he might charge you, if he gets a better lawyer" he replied
"So what is the plan?" I asked
It was getting interesting
"Let me continue then" he said
"Yes" I replied
"The first girl was his almost girlfriend while this one is her close friend" he said
"Yes, so what sense does it make?" I asked
"We have to use a girl to trick him, am sure the truth will be revealed" he replied
"If you have any girl that can be close to him, so that we can track him with it" he suggested

I found myself in a desert where dead body were littered everywhere
Big Rocks were the only thing one could step on, unless you have to match on the bodies
I didn t know how I got there but I just found myself rooming around
I started hearing strange voices in every angle
Demons started flying around
I hides behind a bigger rock as I looked around seeing demons for the first time
I was really scared
A demon flew and pushed me from behind
I fell down and rolled over the dead bodies
They were really smelling
I managed to stand up and face the demon
It was a guy
His face was facing the ground
I wasn t able to see his face
Bloods were felling off from his both hands
He slowly brought up his face
To my greatest surprise, it was David
"David" I said but he laughed wickedly
His mouth was filled with bloods
His eyes were covered with blacks
His finger were claws
He licked the blood and meant to attack me but I screamed jumping up from the bed
I remembered my dream few months ago
"So it was David?" I asked myself
I was already getting scared
I remembered that Zita was close to him before she died
I couldn t believe my thoughts
My door got opened and my Mom walked in
"It s already morning and you are still on bed" I checked the wall clock and it was true
"Good morning Mom" I greeted instead
"You are running late" she said
I got down from my bed and rushed to the bathroom
In few minutes later, I was done
I got prepared and was drove to school by my driver
Immediately I got down from the car, my eyes caught David standing at the stairs smiling at me
He started walking down
As he was coming, my mind ran to what I saw in the dream
The moves he made in attacking me
I had to start avoiding him
I wouldn t want to die yet

I walked gently towards Jenny
From her look, it seems like everything wasn t alright
She wasn t smiling, unlike before
Ignored that look and spread my hand for a hug
"Better stop there" she said instead
Her mean face has became worst, I had to return my smile
"So it was you?" She asked
I was just confused because I don t know what to think
"I don t understand" I said
"So it has been you, all this while?" She asked again
"You are confusing me" I said
"You killed both of them" she said and my eyes widened
How did she get to know
"I didn t see your face clearly in the other one but this time around, I saw it very clear" she added
"What are you talking about?" I asked in pretence, because she saw Zita s death then
"Don t even think of pretending because I knows everything"
"You aren t human being, you are a killer" she added
That was too serious
"How did you know?" I asked
"Who told you?" I added, asking
She stargered back a little
"Your stay in this school is over" she said
"Let me explain to you first" I tried calming her down
"There is no explanation in murder" she insisted
"Am reporting you right away" she added and left to the principal s office
I tried calling her back but she gave me deaf ears
I couldn t think straight anymore
I turned and walked back to the class, just to wait for the principal s call

I was hiding behind a building that was close to where Jenny and David were talking about him being the demon worker
Just as Jenny for principal s office, David returned to the class
I wondered what he had in mind
I was very sure that the principal wasn t in his office, that s why I left Jenny to go
After some minutes, she returned, I was sure that she was disappointed
"Did you find him?" I asked blocking Jenny s way
"Who?" She asked
"Principal, I overheard everything" I replied
I could tell that she was surprised because her face changed
"How long have you know about that?" She asked while I smiled
"I suspected him right from the day Zita was killed" I replied
"And if you can remember, I told you" I added
"Why didn t you take it serious?" She asked
I couldn t stop smiling
After so many weeks of distancing ourselves
"I had to get the full evidence" I replied
"What of now?" She asked
"Let s still get the full evidence" I replied
"For how long?" She asked
"If you comply, it won t take long" I replied
I was no longer intending on having her anymore because I kept loosing interest in her every single day
"How do you mean?" She asked
I wanted her to be the girl COP Kelly suggested
"COP Kelly will explain everything to you" I said instead
"He is aware as well?" She asked

….Mr Ken POV ??
After Mr Patrick agreed to come for David s deliverance
That was why I was there
So I needed to go back
I took the morning flight and arrived at Paris at noon
I was so excited because I had a good news for Dorothy
I got home but she wasn t at home yet
I waited patiently for her
It was getting dark, still she didn t show up
I tried her line again but it was still switched off
Assuming I had Bonny s number, I would have called him then
I became more worried that I asked the neighborhood but they said that she hasn t been home for days
Assuming it was in day time, I would have gone to their school but it was already late
After much thought, I concluded that she would be back by the next day
I had to take rest for the long journey
The following day, which was on Saturday
I had to cancel market for that day
I made up my mind to visit their school like that
Maybe I would meet someone there
Even if it is their gateman
After cleanup, I got prepared for it
I was about to go when a car drove to our small gate
One could see everything from inside

It was a relief that I rushed out to check on him
He got down with a great speed when he saw me
"Where is Dorothy?" I asked because I couldn t find her in the car
"She is the reason why am here, I have been here for two days now but I couldn t find you" he said
"I traveled" I replied
"Okay, Dorothy was attacked by the beast" he said and my mind ran to David
But what about the leaf
That was what came into my mind
"Where is she now?" I asked
"At the hospital" he replied
I hoped she didn t die
"Let s go then" I said while he nodded
I locked the gate and got inside the car
"When did it happen?" I asked on our way
Just to be sure why she hasn t been at home since this days
"Up to four days now" he replied

I woke up that morning really tired
Thoughts of the previous day was much
I was still taking rest of the remaining sleep when my phone began to ring

I picked it up
"It s Doctor Mark" he said
I jumped up from the bed because it was the doctor who was in charge of the hospital where Dorothy was
"Good morning doc" I greeted
"Good morning, we need your attention in the hospital now because Dorothy will soon wake up now and her parents hasn t report yet" he said
I remembered that I dropped my number in the form I filled where paying for Dorothy s treatment
"Okay, no prob doctor, I will be there now" I said and hung up
I rushed to the bathroom and washed my face
I brushed my teeth anyhow and rushed out after taking my phone
My Mom was in the dinning room arranging the foods
"Good morning Mom, I will be back" I shouted and rushed out
I took the car key where it was being hung
"Where are you going, at least take your breakfast" my Mom shouted but I didn t reply back
I never wished to be delayed
I waved at the gateman and he opened the gate
I got to my car and ignited it
My Mom rushed out but I didn t stop
I drove off immediately
Rushing to the hospital
Thank God it wasn t far
I brought out my phone and texted my Mom
"Sorry Mom, a friend of mine had an accident, so I need to meet up before it s too late"
I texted but no reply
I smiled and dropped the phone
In few minutes later, I was already at the hospital
I parked and rushed to the doctor s office
I knocked and he ordered me in
"Doctor" I said immediately I got in
"Thank you for responding in time" the doctor said
He stood up and we walked straight to Dorothy s ward
Her was already blinking
"She needs someone to be with her at this stage" the doctor said
"Sorry for bothering you" he added
"No prob doctor" I responded smiling
He nodded and walked out
I brought a stool and sat close to Dorothy s bed
Her left finger has something that looks like a peck on it
So I sat at the right hand side
I took her hand and she held it tight
I felt something running around my stomach
She opened her eyes slightly but I guess, she couldn t see me clear

…. Bonny POV ??
We arrived at the hospital where Dorothy was
I took her Uncle straight to the doctor s office
We knocked and he ordered us in
"Good morning doctor" we greeted together
"Good morning, please get seated" the doctor said
We sat
"We are here for Dorothy" I said
"Oh, You must be her parents?" He asked referring to Mr Ken
"No, am her Uncle, she lives with me" Mr Ken replied
"I was worried, what you long?" The doctor asked
"I travelled" Mr Ken replied
I was even sick of the question
"Your name please" the doctor requested
"Am Mr Ken" Dorothy s Uncle replied
"What about her parents?" The doctor asked
"They aren t in town yet" Mr Ken replied
"Anyway, She is still in her ward, her boyfriend is already there" the doctor said
My eyes widened
Who could that be?
"Can we go and see her?" Mr Ken asked
"Sure, let s go" the doctor said and we walked out from his office
Straight to Dorothy s ward
When we entered there, David was already there, holding Dorothy s right hand
I felt jealous immediately
"I think she has woke up" David said while the doctor went closer to check it
"Good morning" David greeted Mr Ken
That was too much show
"Good morning, thank you my son" Mr Ken responded while David smiled
He waved at me and I forced out a smile
Immediately the doctor got to Dorothy, she opened her eyes gently
"Please go away" Dorothy managed to say
It was clear that she was referring to David
She removed her hand from David s own
I couldn t help it but to smile
Mr Ken walked closer to where Dorothy was and held her
The doctor brought his thestescope and checked Dorothy s body
Mr Ken turned and looked at David
"You must be David?" He asked
"Yes sir" David replied
I was burning inside
They were just recognizing him
I guessed, Dorothy has said a lot of things about him, to her Uncle
"Her system is getting stronger" the doctor said while we nodded
"Thank you doctor" David said
"You are welcome, just take care of your girlfriend" the doctor said smiling
That smile was pissing me off already
"Mr Ken, can you please see me in my office now" the doctor requested
"Sure" Mr Ken replied

We got in the doctor s office and he gestured me to sit
He took out a stainless plate
There was something inside it and it looks familiar
"I found this in her neck when I was treating her" the doctor said
"I discovered that it has been inside her and it looks strange" he said
"That s why I seek for her parents" he added
I took the plate and looked at the thing very well
It looks familiar
My mind ran a race immediately
"TP gum" I said slowly
"That means someone must have given it to her" I thought
" Could it be David?" I asked inwardly

"David please don t kill me" I said closing my eyes tight
After some seconds, nothing happened
I opened my eyes and he was just looking at me
Eye to eye
He groaned again with a great speed, raising up his claws again
He was determined this time around
Just then, a demon appeared before me
"Go back to your cave" the demon said as David groaned
"We hate love" I heard a female old voice saying from inside David
He groans again before running inside the bush
The demon turned to look at me
It was that same demon that was working with me
"I have saved you" she said
"Thanks, David is really suffering" I said instead
"Is there nothing we can do about it?" I asked
"It was your stubbornness that led him to that, I warned you" she responded
"Am sorry, just that I can t stand to watch his life being hunted " I said
"Anyways, that s the punishment" she replied
"I want to know his cave" I said standing up from where I sat
She was just looking at me while I walked passed her
"You barely survived the attack" she shouted from behind
"Am not going to stay with him but to know where he stays" I replied
"It is too dangerous" she said
"When you are here with me" I responded turning to face her
She didn t say anything
I turned to continue my walking
"Take your left" she said
She speeds up to meet me
"Don t try scaring me" I said
We arrived at a desert where only the sound of crickets were heard
I wasn t really scared since there was a demon with me
We didn t walk too far when we saw a cave at the right hand side of the area
"That s where he lives" the demon said pointing at it
"It is too far from the main land" I complained
"He has to, because staying close would make him kill more than he is doing" she replied
"It will be risky going there now" she added
"I know, am not planning to" I replied
What I came for, had been accomplished
The next thing was to meet my Uncle for another step
"I will be going now" I said

The following day, I woke up with lots of thought
Dorothy didn t update me on what she discussed with her Uncle
And also David s mother was still at the hospital
I did my morning stuff as usual and went to join my father in the dinning room
We ate as usual
"Why haven t you released Mr Ken?" I asked him
"Let s not talk about it now" he said instead and focused on his food
"You really don t know what this is causing" I started
"Every single night, there was always a record about those that was killed" I added
"At least, everyone has to taste what we tasted" my Dad said
I knew him as a strong hearted man but it was too much
"This is only killing Uncle Kelly s career" I said
"He never complained" he made a selfish comment
"This is about our family" I said
"Let s talk about this later" he stood up and walked away
I made a sigh of relief and left as well
Next place was to go and see David s mother
Arrived at the hospital and went straight to the doctor s office
I knocked and he ordered me in
"Good morning doctor" I greeted before sitting down
"Good morning my son" he responded
"Please how is she feeling now?" I asked
"Oh, so you were the one who brought a certain woman here yesterday?" He asked
"Yes doc, please how is she feeling now?" I asked
"She hasn t woken up, she needs sometimes because according to the test"
"She collapsed as a result of stress, high blood pressure and shock, what has she been passing through?" He asked as if I knew the answer
"I really don t know, her son is missing and she collapsed the very day she heard it" I replied
I had to put it that way
"Anyways, she needs someone by her side now, are you also one of her son?" He asked
Since she needed someone by her side and my mother has never treated me like I supposed, I had to take the opportunity to be with someone, at least for the main time
"Yes, am the younger one" I lied
"Okay then, let s go to her ward" he said and we headed to her ward
She was lying peacefully on the bed with her hand attached with drips
"She really must have missed him so bad" the doc said
I felt jealous somehow because I felt betrayed by my own mother
"You will have to be coming here regularly" he added and walked away
I brought a chair and sat close to her
I held her hand and she made a move, holding mine tight
She opened her eyes slightly
"Please save David for me" she said as tears rolled down from her eyes
Even though she was told that David was responsible for her husband s death, she still want him alive
That was the kind of mother I had ever wished to have
I brought close my hand and cleaned the tears
She then closed back her eyes
I had to do that for her
I noticed that she might die if David dies

Lots of thoughts were running within me
The woman who was David s mother looks so familiar
Despite that day I came when her husband died, I think I have seen her before but I couldn t remember where it was
It has to make it two things that I needed to handle
The way I saw things at that point, I was sure that the woman would be a great problem to me and Mr Luke
I forgot to meet Mr Ken as arranged, for his torture
I was still in thought when Jason s call came in
"Jason" I said as I picked it up
"I think I have a suggestion" he said
It sounds so interesting
He always come up with something interesting whenever he wants to do a combine business
"What s that?" I asked
"Putting Mr Ken aside, let s work together" he replied
"How do you mean?" I asked
"There is something I discovered about him and I needed to use trick to get the full details" he responded
"Which thing is that?" I asked
"Something related to the past but let s not go deep into it, I want to handle it, I just want you to do one thing for me" he responded

"Get Mr Ken out of the cell and leave the rest for me" he replied while I smiled
"Don t trick me first young man" I said
"I know that you don t trust me but I will prove it" he responded

I dressed up and went to the police headquarter for my Uncle
I would have talked to my Dad about that but my Uncle asked me not to disturb them about it
I arrived at the station
Just as I got down, I saw COP Kelly driving out
I waved it off and went it
I waited for my Uncle in the visitation room
I stood up when he gets in and greeted him
He was always smiling
"Always put on a smiling face baby girl" he said sitting
"You never felt worried staying here?" I asked
"It is your destiny and you are fighting for it, that s what matters most" he replied smiling
"So, are you able to see David?" He asked
I shifted his food for him first
"I discovered that he is living in a cave" I replied
"That s it, there are some things you need to discover about the demon before the appointed day, and we don t have time" he said
"I barely survived the last night because he attacked me" I responded
"He can never kill you this time around" he paused
"I have some secrets about it" he continues

"Whenever you want to meet him, always go with blood and that should be in a day time" he paused
"Don t show yourself until he drinks it, as in you have to drop it in a place where he could see it, then you could go and hide as you watch him drink it" he added
"How can I get the blood?" I asked
"Go to any of the hospital and request for blood, because they do buy bloods from outside" he replied
It was kinda confused hearing that

"Once he drinks it, you can go ahead and meet him, by then, he will no longer be tasty for blood"
"In case if he tried attacking you when he hasn t taken the blood, just call him by his name" he added
"So what exactly am I going to ask him?" I asked

It means that I had to use my brain because the demon must have a reason to kill

He was actually one of the things that lightens my days at the office
