chapter 32- Hi mom!

Rae and Ted went their ways, headed back home after the laugh and chat they all had together

Kiera was left alone with her boss.. her boyfriend

"Uh..I ...I think I'll need to get something to eat!" she said as she stood up to leave but he held her hands stopping her from leaving
"You're not hungry are you?" he asked

She looked away from his eyes and cleared her throat
"Are you in my belly?" she asked
"I'm hungry" she replied

"Kiera I know you, you're only trying to excuse yourself" he said and that was the truth

She still found it awkward

"yep..." she slowly replied as he let go of her hand
"why...?" he asked
"cos of what happened earlier?" he asked

She looked up at him and then looked away

"yep.." she muttered

"Oh kiera it wasn't your fault!" he slapped his forehead
"So were you gonna avoid me or something?" he asked
"yep..!" she replied

"And what's with this YEP!" he groaned as busted into laughter
"What else are you expecting as my reply" she shrugged
"you for real...?" he asked as he clicked his tongue and tucked his hands into his pocket
"well....it has happened already.. seen it already!" she shrugged
"Don't worry.. I'll forget it..won't say it to anyone!" she nods her head and turned to leave but then he swept her feet off the ground and placed her on his table
"Ah...!" she exclaimed
"Why did you lift me!" she groaned as she sat on the table

He stood between her laps and spread his hands apart on the table
"You said you'll forget it!" he said
"yeah...?" she furrowed her brows

He scoffed..

"Kiera..something like that..you can't" he said
"look at who's talking when you're not me..I can if I want to" she replied
"and you can't!"he said as he went closer to her face

She gulped down at his lips before her
"What are you trying to do?" she asked as he leaned closer being only few inches away from her face

Kiera already closed her eyes waiting for his lips..
"I'm trying to pick up something from your face!" he laughed
"Better open your eyes!" he added

She blinked rapidly as her eyes went open
"How could you!" she glared at him and slightly pushed him but he grabbed her hand and pulles her closer to him

Crashing his lips on hers
"What you wanted right?" he said between her lips
"Mmmm..." she moaned



Rae and Ted stepped into the house..
"That car...!" Ted said lowly as he noticed a familiar car parked
"What's the problem?" Rae asked
"uh..nothing let's go in" he said to her as they went in

"Ahhh!!!" Rae stretched her body

Ted then gave her a hug from behind
She held his hands around her waist and turned to look at him

"I think you need a new name!" he said
"Why?" she smiled
"Cos...you're a changed person.. not that you won't bear the name Rae but a nickname from me!" he said as she gave a slight laugh
"oh really?" she smiled
"yeah bae..what's your favorite fruit?" he asked as he folded his lips in
"Raspberries.. why ask?" she laughed
"That's it..raspberries it is!" he exclaimed
"as what..my nickname??" she laughed
"yup !" he laughed
"you__" she trailed off


They heard a familiar voice behind
"oh lovey dovey!" the female voice said

They both turned back to see..

"OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!" Rae screamed



Kiera crossed her hands around his neck and pulled him more closer
"Excuse me Sir Mr___" a female employee said as she walked in but stopped as she gasped and turned back to leave
"Uh..so..sorry for invading your privacy!!" she said and hurriedly left before Wilf notices her or she gets fired

Wilf then pulled away and adjusted his neck tie..Losing it a bit
"You're in the office!" Kiera said
"and so..who said I can't kiss my girl the way I to anywhere?" he smirked as he was about to lift her up

her phone rang!!

"Arrgh...what now!' he groaned
"and who's that!" Kiera groaned as she picked up her phone and saw it was Rae!

"what now he grabbed your boobs?" she asked as ke answered the call
"oh really you were f**king making out with your boss right?" she asked
"I wasn't!... about to!" Kiera smirked
"well so sorry to interrupt but your mom is home!" Rae whispered
"MY MOM??!!!" Kiera exclaimed in disbelief
"yeah hurry...she wants to see you" she added
"c'mon my ____" she trailed off
"Tell her I'm here!" She heard her mom say at the background

"Oh my f**k!" she gasped and ended the call
"What's the problem?" Wilf asked as she packed up
"Let's go home..uh..I need to go home!" she said as she picked up her bag
"Why?" he furrowed his brows
"My mom is in my house!" she said
"I thought she's in Thailand" he said
"Me too.." she groaned

Kiera suddenly became confused... She doesn't know what's next

"Oh heavens !" she sighed

"I'm so sorry but I need to go!" she said as she walked close to him
"And I'll go with you!" he said
"That's not necessary!" she smiled
"doesn't have to be!" he shrugged as he held her hands and walked out with her

"I never said okay!"
"you don't need to!" he smirked as they both got into the elevator



AT KIERA'S HOUSE

"Oh ma I'm sure you enjoyed so well!" Ted said as she sipped a glass of her wine
"yeah and by the way I wanted to ask" she said
"Oh sure!" he replied
"I need nothing but the truth...!" she inhaled deeply

"Oh...ohk" he replied

"What's kiera boss like?" she asked
"Are you kidding me!" Rae exclaimed with a laugh
"He's every girl desire..a full package!" she said


Kiera mom was surprised.. Rae talking this way about a guy??
She knows Rae so well..she hated guys

"Rae..?" she called
"Believe me ma" she said as she took her hands in
"Actually... I don't know...I've been thinking so much about her!" she said as the door went open

"Thinking so much??" Kiera asked as she stepped in

"I've told you several times...don't think too much I'm fine" she said

A wide smile appeared on her mom face
"my Angel!" she cooed sweetly and exchanged hug with kiera
"I've missed you a lot!" she added
"like seriously!" kiera laughed as she pulled away
"sorry your dad couldn't come..he's busy with work and all!" she said
"its okay..we'll talk later..but why the sudden visit?" kiera asked
"Can't I come to see you?" she asked
"off course you can..anytime!" kiera smiled

She then turned to Wilf.. he bowed his head in greetings
"and who's this young man?" she asked
"uh..."

"your boss?" she asked
"yeah..!" she smiles
"so you're the one that made my daughter say no to Liam huh?" she asked as she walked to him
"What..me?? I never made the choice for her!" he said
"yeah you didn't but how on earth did she fall deeply for you?" she whispered to him
"Well that I don't know!" he whispered back
"look.. forget that I'm kinda aged..as far as it has to do with my daughter.. I'll GO far and if you hurt her I'll make sure your ball turns square and fester at each corners!" she said lowly to him

Wilf eyes sent wide
"S...sure!" he gulped down
"Mission accomplished.. but I won't leave so soon!" she exclaimed
"Maybe dinner tonight would do!" she said
"yeah at my grandma house.. good right?" Wilf asked kiera
"Exactly.. nice idea!" she replied
"Wait wait..who's Granny?" Her mom asked
"you'll love her!" kiera said to her
"ah...so sorry I'll miss my flight.. I'm leaving" her mom shook her head
"What!!" Rae and all exclaimed
"just kidding!" her mom laughed
"so what do you say...we go now?" ted asked
"look at you..still need to talk to her!" kiera fired back
"yea yeah!" he rolled his eyes

She then went upstairs to her room to start the discussion with her mom

And it went well

"So you're in love with him?" her mom asked
"yeah" she smiled
"Children of these days!" she rolled her eyes
"I won't say anything... don't want to butt into your love life again.. and yeah I shouldn't have picked a groom for you" her mom said
"I'm sorry!"she apologized
"Aww its okay mom!" kiera said as she hugged her
"And what's with Rae and Ted?" her mom asked
"lovebirds!" she winked at her

"OH MY GAWD!!!!" her mom eye went wide
"Rae??" she asked
"yup!"
"When's your flight?" kiera asked
"tomorrow morning... 7am" she said
"ohh" she nods
"so sorry I'll leave so soon!" she said
"c'mon it's okay..!" kiera laughed
"Look at you!" her mom sweetly said as she hugged her once more

"I love you baby!"
