And that was how it was...she was teary "Why do you want to cry?" Rae asked
"Why won't I...I don't want a baby" Kiera replied
"How am I sure this is true...I'd confirm in the hospital myself"
"Another expense!" Rae scoffed
"Its positive its positive, why visiting a doc?" she asked
"Just leave me alone...I need to think" Kiera sighed
"Think about what__" she trailed off
"Rae please!!" Kiera cut her off

"Fine...suit yourself!" she said as she left

What now...

Kiera then threw the results into her bag.."I'll leave with these tomorrow" she said as she zipped them up

Wilf then walked in..
"kiera...you sure nothing is wrong with you?" he asked as he sat on the bed beside her
"Yeah.." she said
"had something with Rae, she looked pissed off when I saw her" he said
"oh..no..I don't know" she replied as she laid on her bed

Wilf stared at her for sometime
"I something bothering you?" he asked
"Nothing...I'm fine" she said as she picked up her phone
"I know you so well and all these reply you're giving me __" he trailed off
"Just go to bed..sure you had a stressful day, Wilf just relax..no questions" she sighed as she dropped her phone and covered herself up

Wilf didn't lay down..he was surprised to hear Kiera's reply
"bae..." she called as me turned to him and pinned him down to the bed
"that's how to sleep" she said as he laid down

She then turned away and then his hands went around her waist
"Huh...!" she froze
"this is how to sleep" he said as he pulled her more closer


"My mom would be coming tomorrow" he said
"Wow...for real?" she smiled
"Yeah...hope you won't be going out" he said
"ah....I will but won't take time" she said
"Huh..where to again!" he asked
"I need to see someone" she said as she closed her eyes
"Don't talk again I'll leave early.. lemme sleep" she said

Wilf didn't know what else to say..he shrugged as he slept off too

Kiera POV
I was dressed up, more than ready, Wilf was downstairs with Ted, Rae was in my room again
"You're really going?" she asked
"Yes!"
"obviously!" I added
"Kiera...." She lowly said as I looked up at her
"And if its a yes...what would you do?" She asked
"That...I'd think of that" I replied
"I'll go with you" she said as she held my hands
"You're scared...I don't know why" She added

I looked down at her hands...yes I am

We both headed downstairs.."Ladies!" ted winked at us
"Talk later..be back soon" Rae said

I didn't bother to look at Wilf for no reason..
"Kiera?" he called as I stopped before the door
"I'd be back" I replied as I stepped out


That was kinda rude...
"that was not good" Rae said as she sat in the driver seat
"I know...I don't know why I did that!" I sighed
"you're panicking..." Rae simply said as she revived the engine
"Yeah...I know" I muttered
"Why..?" she asked
"He might reject the pregnancy" I blurted out
"Why would you think such..he's not gonna, not in his life time" she said as she drove away

"I spoke a little about having a baby.. his reply was he isn't ready to father a child" I muttered
"I don't believe you..did you tell him you're carrying his child?" she asked
"does that matter...child is child!" I groaned
"you better let him know"


The drive to the hospital was smooth.. I went straight to Dr Yvette, she immediately took me in
She's a family doctor..
"These stupid things I bought told me positive" I said as I showed them to her
"That's cos you are!" she smiled
"no no I don't believe... its China product.. it can be fake you and I know that" I sighed
"Kiera???" she exclaimed
"You're pregnant.. no need of a test!"
"Just run a test please!" I groaned
"Okay okay!" she said
"results an be out immediately right?" I asked hopefully
"Maybe.." she said




WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!!

"congratulations Miss Kiera.. you're 3 weeks pregnant!" she said as she handed the envelope to me
"or you're having fake_" I trailed off
"Kiera nothing's fake..let's go!" Rae butt in

"I'd advise you take healthy meals for your good and your child" Dr Yvette smiled
"Thanks Doc she will" Rae said as she crossed her hands around my shoulder
"Byeee!" she added

She walked me out..I was lost.. teary..I'm so done

We got into the car as she heaved a sigh
"Kiera Scott?" she called out
"Ahhhhh" i groaned
"What's your next move!" she asked
"Tell dad and mom!"
"Yeah that's true...."
"So all those while I was sick cos of I'm pregnant!" I asked myself





I stepped back into the house...it feels like the whole word is falling on me
I walked in and saw Wilf busy with his laptop in the living room.. his legs were on the glass table crossed
"Bae..?" he asked
"Hey...I'm back!" I faked a smile as I went to him

He then pulled me for a hug and starred at me
"So..how did it go?" he asked
"Dr Yvette told me you met with her" he said

"She did???????" I exclaimed
"yeah..."
"oh..uhm very well" I smiled
"Why did you see her?" he asked

Yeah..great she didn't tell him..

"ah..I didn't, Rae did" I lied
"Yeah..malaria" Rae said

"Oh..hope you're better?" he asked her as he pecked me forehead
"Yeah thanks" she smiled
"I'll go change" I said to him as he let go of me

I walked back upstairs with Rae "you're gonna tell him aren't you?" she asked.
"Hopefully!" I sighed as we went into the room

"Now I'll speak with mom" I sighed

I picked up my phone and dialed my mom contact

"Hey baby!" her voice came up

"How are you?" she asked
"I'm fine...I guess" I said and folded my lips in
"Dr Yvette told me you met with her"

Well I'm not surprised she told her
"yeah and uhm..." I paused
"Mom..." I said lowly
"Yeah...?" she asked

"I..uhm..how do I say this!" I muttered
"Go on dear!" she replied
"I'm pregnant!!" I said and bit my lower lip

"You're what?" she asked

"I'm pregnant!" I replied as tears welled up my eyes

"And who's responsible?" she asked
"is that supposed to be a question who else!" I asked

"Your boss??" she asked..I could sense tone of anger
"yeah.."

"When did you get married to him?" she asked
"we are not!" I replied

The call was on loud speaker.. Rae could hear all

"you're not married to Him and you're carrying his child??" she exclaimed in anger
"Mom calm down" I sighed as I wiped my eyes
"don't tell me that young lady.." she fired back
"and what did he say when you told him!" she asked

"he doesn't know yet!"
"OH he better..I warned you about him..now you're like those girls he has used..don't and better don't be dumped or you won't like anything at all..it won't be funny!" she yelled
"honey what's going on?" I could hear my dad ask

"Kiera is pregnant for a man that's not her husband!" he yelled with disgust
"What!!" he exclaimed
"my Kiera?" he asked
"our kiera..you come talk to her" my mom said


My dad voice came up

"What did I hear.." he asked

"oh no" I cried

"Dad..you don't have to react this way.." I managed to say
"yeah Mr Scott.. not like Wilf is a bad person!" Rae said
"so you're here and Kiera's pregnant.. sure you too you're pregnant!" he fired back
"Excuse me!!" Rae blurted out

"What I'm saying is Wilf will take responsibility I trust him" Rae said
"No..Rae shut up, its between my daughter and I probably when you have yours speak to her that way!!" my mom yelled

"You what I hate..disgrace and you're bringing me disgrace, no matter what..if its to cancel my business trip I will...I'm flying back to Florida !" my dad said sternly
"what!!... from Thailand to Florida!" Rae gasped
"by tomorrow or next expect me !"
"Kiera..."

Before they could a word next I ended the call and cried out
"no no no its okay..don't take what they said" Rae shushed me

Rae pulled me for a hug..."why would you cry!" she asked me softly
"They're flying over..my dad is coming!" I cried
"have you forgotten the type of best friend you've got?" she asked
"I'm Rae Tyler... you should know by now!" she smirked as I pulled away to look at her
"What do you mean..."

Something's fishy..
"Leave it to me..they won't fly down.." she smirked
"A plane to Florida from Thailand isn't easy to get and they know..they wouldn't want to miss their flight but don't worry bae... they will" she added
"How...?" I furrowed my brows as I sniffed in my tears
"Drew is over there in Thailand... leave it to me" she nods




After some time I was left alone... Wilf was downstairs
I was in the balcony... thinking..

"Kiera?"

"Kiera??"

I didn't knew I was called...
"Kiera?"
a hand tapped my shoulder..

I turned back and saw Wilf's mom..
"Oh my...heavens" I gasped
"kiera are you okay?" she asked worriedly
"Yeah I am..." I faked a smile
"your eyes look puffy..." she said

I couldn't hold it ..I cried on her shoulders..
"What happened?" she asked as she sat me down then I explained all to her

"Being pregnant isn't bad but being pregnant for the wrong man is bad and believe me if you tell Wilf you're carrying his child he will take full responsibility" she sps
"you love him and he loves you too..your story can never be like mine dear..promise me you'll tell him!!" she said into my eyes
"I..." I stammered
"Kiera__"

"okay I will" i replied as she hugged me warmly
