His question stopped her from going away as she turned around and stared directly at him.
His each and every words and actions flashed before her eyes that caused her pain and tears.
"Maybe in the future but not right now",, She said and hated his burning intense gaze at her body
"Sunshine !! I L . L . O ... I like You",, Davis wanted to say that he loves her but suddenly changed to likes her because he wasn't confident enough to confessed his love to her after doing every worst acts with her
"Hmmm but i don't feel anything for you Davis that's why I am here not to run away from you.." ,, she smiled and hide her pain
"I apologized for my wrong deeds" ,, Davis pointed out the fact but she crushed it immediately
"And the acceptance is in the process" ,, She said
"When will you tell me about the baby ?",, word baby were a sore subject for her and she was trying to avoid the topic but he was not letting it go
"Why are you interested in it .. as far as I know you don't believe in love , relationships , marriage, babies and family" ,, She reminded him , his own words
"I .. I am just asking" ,, He said but in his heart he wants her in his life
"I'll tell you but not now" ,, She said
"But i don't have time Sunshine",, He said and knows that it's true he doesn't have time because her life is in danger in both countries .. in India and in NY too
"Listen Davis i don't want to talk to you do stop irritating me",, She glared at him just to change the topic
"Oh okay but at least cook something for me"... ,, He grinned
"And why do I cook for you ?"... ,, She was shocked at his demands
"Because I am hungry !" ,, He make cute but weird faces
"Cook yourself"... ,, She spatted
"But i don't know how to cook !!" ,,, Davis lied flawlessly and Porishma narrowed down her eyes
"Pretty please !!",, He pleaded
"Stop acting like a little girl" ,, Her stupid heart was fluttering at his stupid acts
"Okk but please Sunshine ! I'm famished now" ,, He pouted and she was stood at the door frame in her speechless form
"Ook what do you want to eat ??" ,, At last her heart melted at him and she asked to him
"Anything will be fine for me !",, He tried to hide his smile but failed miserably
Porishma thought for sometime and searched the kitchen and fridge.. she found items related to the dish.
"What are you making ?" ,, He was watching her collecting things that's makes him desperate and he was staring at her longingly
"I'm making a simple dish of Indian bengali style" ,, She said and shrugged her shoulder
"Aah what's it ?" ,, He was happy to see her cooking for him
"Maacho Bhaat !!" ,, She said (Fish curry with boiled rice)
"What ?" ... ,, Davis yelled at hearing the name of the dish.
"M . M . Macho bat but i don't want to eat Macho Bat" ,, Davis thought himself
Davis misunderstood the meaning of the dish . He thought Macho bat was Musculine Manly Bat ( bat = chamkadar)
Davis shouted and caused her to dropped off the wok and she asked him, "Why are you shouting ?"
"Aah !! Nothing !!" ,, He replied embarrassedly
"Oh Fuck how will am tell her that I don't want to eat Musculine Manly bat ... Aah wait can I ask Danny ? Nope, he is just like me and won't understand a bit of my problem . Then Neil ? No he is busy in the search of his mystery gal . Okay then who left ? Arjun ? Yeah" ,, Davis was talking to himself and Porishma was looking at him like he has grown two horns on his head. She shrugged again and busied herself in the kitchen
DAVISH called Arjun and he picked up his call in one ring..
"What's wrong Dave ?" ,, Arjun asked irritatedly because he was middle inthe romance with his wife and that's pissed him so much
"Arjun ! I'm in a big problem !" ,, Davis said in one breath
"What happens now ? Can't i enjoy my life with my all alone" ,, Arjun semi yelled at him and DAVIS rolled his eyes at his extra romantic mode
"Hey man ! Stop whinning. Just help me your sister is making a dish name Macho Bat !! How could I eat something like that ? are you hearing me ? she is cooking Musculine Manly bat and i don't want to eat masculine bat ... Help me brother !" ,,, Davis was ranting non-stop and Arjun was cursing him for his stupidity
"Hey ! are you there ??" ... ,, After didn't heard a word from Arjun . Davis asked him
"Yeah I am hearing you and just relax . She is cooking Maacho Bhaat means Fish curry with boiled rice not some stupid masculine manly bat .. are you dumb Davis ?? What happens with your Monstrous mind and extra sharp brain ?"... ,, Arjun said irritatedly and cut off the call.
Davis sighed in relief and smile at his own idiotic mind.
He went to see her, " Sunshine !! I'm hungry"
"Dinner is done !! Go make the table",, She ordered him
"Huh ?" ,, He said and confusedly staring at her
"What huh Mr. ? Go put these plates and glasses on the table" ,, She gave him work to do.
She knows that he has maids and Servants to serve him but she likes to makes him to do house hold chores.
His eyes were wide and mouth was wide open. She mentally laughed at his expression..
"Stop staring at me. Ansh is a kid but he is better than you. He always helps me in household work and most importantly in the kitchen",, She said while putting the plates on the table..
He whinned but do whatever she told him to do. He puts glasses and said I'll always help you inthe household works in the future Sunshine and it's my promise..
But she shook her head negatively at his words because she thinks that there'll be no future of them , together so why say anything like this.
After thirty minutes they both were seated at the dinner table and he eat the dish and moaned in delight. The spices and herbs were devouring the taste in his mouth. He ate double of his stomach and she was staring at him blankly but her heart was very happy to see him smiling and eating...
Davis's heart felt warmth as he wanted to stop this moment. He and his sunshine, together, forever, like this gave a new hope tomorrow and forever.
