Chapter Twenty Nine-I Don't Love Him
I woke up in Logan’s arm, cuddled close to his chest. The heat of his body made me close my eyes and imagine that I was back in my home in Savannah. “Morning, Sweetheart.”
“Good morning.” My lips met his bare skin, then I arched my back and reached out behind me, but where the other hot body should be, there was just a cold sheet beneath my fingers. “Where’s Jacob?”
He sighed as he tucked me back into his neck. “Making breakfast.”
His lips pressed against my hand, then he purred as he placed it over his rock-hard morning wood, and I smiled against his throat. Maybe because he’s an Alpha, and his body was designed to be the best, but this man was a machine when it came to sex. He was always ready to go.“Really?”
He squeezed me tight against his body and rolled his hips against my hand. “Please.”
There wasn’t an inch of my sex that didn’t sting from all the attention I got last night, and I had no intention of doing anything today but sleeping. “Aren’t you tired?”
He shifted underneath me, then his leg swept over me, and he was straddling my body. There wasn’t a pair of boxers designed to hold back what Logan had packing, and his cock poked out of his waistband to find me. “You being in heat means that I’m along for the ride too. Every time I get a whiff of you, it makes me crazy.”
I groaned at his dick digging into my belly and slapped his ass. “Alright, but be gentle.” I fisted his chest hair and lifted myself to be nose to nose. “Don’t fuck my brains out; just make love to me for once.”
Logan looked down at me, and his eyes were dark with disappointment “Tess, I do make love to you. All the time, every time.”
His hand pushed my hair from my eyes so he could look into them. “I’ve been in love with you since the day I saw you. Before then. The first time your brother said your name, I felt it here.” His hand went to the center of his body. “You and me, it’s everything I ever wanted. More than that.”
These two throw around the word love like it means nothing at all. I’m not sure either of them even really knows what they’re saying, but it sounds cute coming from the scary man’s mouth. I wrapped my hand around his jaw and squeezed. “Oh Logan, you old softy, kiss me.”
While his tongue explored every crevice in my mouth, he slid inside my chapped and battered entrance. Like a belly dancer, his hips rolled into mine in every direction, and there was no space inside me that wasn’t properly rubbed or poked.
From somewhere near my feet, I heard a frustrated puff of air come from Jacob’s nose. “Well, shit.”
I felt his nostrils flare against my ear and his jealousy in the pit of my gut as Logan snarled out his warning. “Sit down and wait for your fucking turn.”
My whole body thumped along with Logan’s, and I rested my cheek on the mattress as I let it wash over me. When I opened my eyes, I locked with Jacobs until the Alpha’s giant hand covered my face and brought me back. “Un-un. Don’t do that.”
He balanced on one elbow as he brought my knee to my chest. “It’s just us right now.” I didn’t think it was possible for that man to be able to get even deeper inside me, but that move did the trick. I swear I could feel Logan’s cock in my soul.
Over and over, I shuddered underneath him, and he took his sweet time bringing himself to the edge just to retreat again. I was getting laid continuously, and Jacob couldn’t be any happier about the three of us. But deep inside, it made Logan sick, and I knew he was doing this just to prove something. I don’t know who he thought he was hurting, but he was only poisoning himself with his bitterness.
When he finally gnashed his teeth and filled me again, the shower taps turned on, and Jacob’s t-shirt landed on Logan’s back. “Come on. We got to leave by noon.”
Logan flipped himself over and collapsed to the bed, and when his arm covered his eyes, I knew the storm was brewing.
No part of my body Jacob ignored as he rubbed me down under the hot water. I pushed him to the bench and rubbed my ass into him. His cock slid between my cheeks with every twist of my hips until it sank deep inside me.
I rode my Lycan hard, but all I could feel was the sting of Logan’s hand against my cheek the night he marked me. In the steamy mirror outside the glass walls of the shower, I noticed the dark form in the reflection, and I realized he was watching. As soon as Jacob opened the door when we were finished, Logan was there, and he put his hand to my chest to keep me in the shower.
He backed me to the wall, and I washed Jacob off of me as the water soaked Logan’s hair. “We’re going to be late for that funeral.”
“That guy's not going anywhere.” Logan brought me to the bench and pushed my shoulders down until I was spread out before him. “He can wait; this can’t.”
The wet hand met my skin, and I sucked back a breath through my teeth. “Damn.”
His throaty laugh was almost sinister, and his fingertips dug into my ass cheek as he shook it in his hands. “You can’t hide anything from me. I know what my woman wants.”
With his thumb curled up inside me and my ass cheek squished under his palm, he used it to steer my hips. He teased me with his long, slow strokes and bending of his thumb like he was deciding if I was worthy of what he had to offer. And that made it even hotter.
I don’t know if he was punishing me for being with Jacob earlier or punishing himself for allowing it. But every time I tried to push myself back onto him, he’d refuse it, and I nearly cried. “Logan, please.”
“Do it yourself.” His thumb left my body and circled my hole. “Just like that. I want you to show me how you do it.”
I reached between my legs and did as he wanted. I’d touched myself a million times, and I knew the combination by heart. When I unlocked it, and I pulsed around him, Logan pulled out and finished himself on my backside. His hand gripped my hair and raised me to his chest. “Did you tell him you love him?”
The sudden gasp of air he took let me know there was more than water in those drops of liquid pouring down my back. “Do you remember that dirt road? What you promised me?”
I could feel every ounce of fear in his core that I’d broken my promise to him, and halted breaths met the space behind my ear as he awaited my answer. I shook my head as much as I could until he released my hair. “I didn’t say it. I don’t love him.”
