**Stephan POV: **

"Alpha, everyone and packed and ready to go", Gator my Beta informed me.

"Okay, we will not all go at once ten at a time five men and five women", I say looking at the map of old mines.

"When would you like for us to start moving?", he asked.

"Once it is dark there is a mine entrance at another house. This one is abandoned at the edge of town", I say pointing to the way they should go.

"As you wish Alpha", he says with a bow.

"By the way, clean yourself up and go to town in an hour and see if the hunters are still in town", will do Alpha he said.

Fucking hunters I didn't think we were that obvious. We take about ten women a month from different towns. I have been able to add more men to my army with the promise of women. Rogue or not they all have the primal need to procreate and no she-wolf would ever want to breed with a rogue.

So, women are necessary for our survival. Our numbers have increased we have a lot of pups aging from newborn to five years old. My men are happy, grateful, and loyal to me because I gave them what they yearned for. They will fight for my cause in order to keep what they have.

We have been living under an abandoned barn in the woods since the hunters found us eight weeks ago. Soon we will not be living in tunnels. But we will be living on my ancestral lands. If I don't have any pups which I doubt I won't have any. Danny will be my heir. Either way, I will take great care of him. He is young enough to forget his father. I owe it to my love to not harm her pup. I hear Sherry in the bedroom puking her heart out.

"Alpha, I am sick I need a doctor". Sherry said.

"You are not sick Sherry you are with child. Relax, we will leave later for our new temporary home", I said looking at the map.

"WHAT! I can't have a were child", she said scared out of her mind

"Yes, you can, and you will. You are carrying my pup your future Alpha. I will make you Luna if this child is a healthy boy", I say rubbing her stomach.

"What if I die giving birth as Cynthia did?", she asked worriedly.

"Cynthia did not die in vain, she gave birth to a healthy pup. And my Beta is happy beyond words. And he will find another woman to satisfy him and take care of his pup", I say as I hand her a bag so she can start packing my room.

"Is that all we are to you a way to satisfy your pleasure and to give you children?", she asked.

"Yes, but you will be Luna if you give me a son", I said as if she knows what a Luna is.

"What is a Luna?", I forgot most humans don't know we exist.

"She is like a Queen to the pack, and she rules beside the Alpha", I explain

"You want me to be your Luna", she asked excitedly.

"If you give me a son yes, I will have no choice. Don't get it twisted, I won't love you or be faithful. But you will have power", I said.

I needed to make that shit clear. She is a means to an end. And as the mother of the future Alpha, she must be respected by all including me.

"Oh", she said surprised.

"But I have to be honest to you if I find my mate, I will have to push you and that child aside. And if you cause any trouble, I will have to banish you both male child or not", I say making sure she understands her situation.

"What is a mate?", she asked.

"A mate is like a soulmate, the one person the Goddess made for us", I explained.

"If you have a mate what is the point of all of this? Taking us women from our homes our families", she asked in a tone don't much care for.

"Watch your fucking tone and if you must know it's because I don't want to wait for a mate. I have a goal. And if my mate is alive, which I am sure I would have found her already. I am pushing forty I can't wait any longer to accomplish my goal", if she wasn't with child, I would punish her badly.

I study the map while Sherry packs up my things. Since she I with child I mind link Gator to get her human vitamins. So, my pup is healthy. Whether she dies during childbirth or not it is not any hardship on me as long as my pup is a healthy boy. If it's a girl, I will name her Yvette and cherish her.

She will never know a man's touch other than mine. Sherry will also need new clothes, the best thing about these mines is that we dig for gold and many precious stones we can find and sell them. Money is not an issue for us. If I wanted, I would create my own pack, but I want my ancestral land.

**John POV: **

"John wake the hell up. Your phone won't stop going off", uncle says as he wakes me up.

I look at my phone, it's the heat sensors I left in the town picked up a wolf. It is weird they rarely are active in the daytime. I look at the recording it's a man he doesn't look like a rogue he looks well kept. He goes into the pharmacy leaves with a bag. Then goes to the clothing store and comes out with two bags.

I quickly hacked into the pharmacy register and saw that he brought prenatal vitamins, first aid supplies, as well as women's hair care products. And baby care items were brought seconds before the wolf left the store.

It was easy to hack the clothing store register and surveillance. The man brought dresses, underwear, baby clothes, and some men's clothes. The items purchased do not surprise me, the total that was paid in cash surprised me.

The man paid over one thousand dollars in cash, to my knowledge rogues are equivalent to a homeless person. How in the hell would he have access to that kind of cash? I text Bastet as I hop in my car to get to the association.

Me: Therma sensor went off heading to the association now.

Bastet: I want a full report waiting for me when I get there.

Me: I already sent it to you sweetheart.

Bastet: I just texted the team to me us in the conference room. Most of them are already training.

Me: Who do we have to wait for?

Bastet: McKee and San.

Me: Okay, see you in five minutes.

When I go to the conference room, I see Bastet and McKee talking and he is showing her some documents. Everyone is already seated and is looking oddly at me, Bastet and McKee. Bastet gave me the go-ahead to start talking. I told them what I found they all agreed that the amount of money spent is a lot for a rogue to have.

"Gentleman, I had McKee and San looking to some other things for us", Bastet said which confused me she didn't inform me about other information needed.

"And what is that?" I asked?

"When I notice there was a woman who just gave birth it downed on me that there have to be more women than the ones that we know were taken from the town. Since the mission was cut short, I had to do more research once we got back", Bastet said.

"What we found out is that ten women from towns leading to the town we were, at last, were taken", McKee said pointing to the make that have five towns highlighted

"If they have that many women. Why haven't we noticed before?", Michael asked.

"It's because the women that were taken were from larger towns and didn't have families. Most were strippers, prostitutes, run always, and loners", San said.

"But that's fifty women within three months' time", Zest said.

"Yes, which means this rogue pack is much larger than we thought", Bastet said.

"What if the women have another purpose as well as breeding", McKee said.

"Like what", I said.

"Like a reward or an incentive", McKee responded giving me those I want you eyes.

"I don't understand what you are getting at," Pell said.

"Animals wolves or another wise have a primal urge to procreate. What if the women are the reward or an incentive for other rogues to join this mystery Alpha", McKee said.

"That makes sense, but to what end? We need to do a full-on rescue mission. I will have to talk to dad about it first. But with this information he won't say no", Bastet says.

The meeting ended and I am sure Bastet is going to run to her father and ask him. While I on the other hand have to figure out a way to propose to her before it's too late and McKee asks her. I won't lose to him.

I got it. I will take her out to dinner and pop the question. I will pick the most romantic restaurant there is. I will wait until she talks to her father before I ask her out to dinner. Bastet is going to be mind. And McKee can eat shit and die for all I care.
