They stood up immediately and were about to leave, those burning eyes of Richard never left her, she could see the way he gawk at her constantly.



Even when she turned her back against Richard and Luke, she could still feel his glary eyes gawking all over her, surveying and exploring her body with just his eyes.



"Congratulations! I'm so happy for you", Luke spoke in a tone that stopped his erotic train of thoughts



Richard recollected himself and smiled back at Luke.



The news of the twins arrival was something everyone heard and knew about, but while some could come tender some form of congratulatory greetings to the Alpha and the Luna, some couldn't, they could rejoice with him in their secret places.



"Thank you!", Richard responded as he sip from his hot cup of tea.



"You came just right in time!", Richard said, this time, he used a little table napkin to clean off some dirt from his mouth



"Oh really?", Luke asked surprisingly



He had heard some rumours earlier in the morning about the birth of the twins, a few people were whispering about it as they carried on with their various businesses.



But at some point, it became the topic of the morning, this time not just whispering, but people really talking about it with every form of boldness.



"Are you hearing the news?", Vanessa walked up to him as he was lifting some heavyweights, sweating profusely and breathing heavily.



It was usually a duty for him to lift heavy metals in the mornings, thanks to his good friend Richard, Richard had also supported him by building a little gym at the corner of his house for easy working out.



"Is it about Emily?", Richard asked as he was lifting up barbells in his hands one after the other.



"Yes! You heard about it?", Vanessa asked surprisingly.



She never thought that Luke would listen to some kind of news spreading, especially when it came from some commoners.



Luke was really the type who never listened to rumours or stories being talked about every where, he was always very strict, always focused on the main point.



Since he was very close to the Alpha wolf, he got every information he needed first hand, since nothing that happens in the pack happens without his concern or his knowledge, thus adding an advantage to him, Luke.



"Yes!.. ", Luke answered in his deeply stressed voice.



He dropped the dumbbell on the ground and then looked at her and said in a deep tone, "Of course, I've heard"



"Everyone is talking about it", he continued with a smirk on his face.



He knew his wife was quite surprised at what was really going on, he listened to what other people were saying.



"I heard it was twins", she said readjusting her grip on the already done clothes which she placed in a basket.



He stopped lifting the dumbbell in his hand, mid air, looking at her.



With sweat drops dripping from his face and the veins popping out of his head and his arms, he stared at her, and in his mind, he thought of the possibilities of Emily having twins overnight.

It came as a shock to him and to everyone else.



"Twins?", He asked again. How could that be possible?

From the size of Emily's protruding belly, one could actually deduce it could be either a boy or a girl child, but twins? Even Luke gasped in awe at the thought of that



"Yes. Twins", she said as she kept on attending to the things she needed to do



"We have to see her today. Hurry, let's go", Luke said as he dropped the dumbbell and headed on to take a quick bath and put on a nice outfit for the visit.



"Oh really?" Luke asked surprisingly as he brought his mind back to the present time.



He used his fork to pick up a piece of the potato and the omellete and he drove it right into his mouth



At this point, even he couldn't deny how rich and tasty the meal was



It was heavenly, something an ordinary man couldn't do, the food went into his soul, and he close his eyes following the sweetness of each bite.



And the wine, oh, it was something worth talking about. Meanwhile while Richard was being served tea, drinking it despite the heat contained in it, he was served a very costly wine.



He knew Richard had great love for costly and tasty wine, but this, this was an epitome of the word, "wonderful".



"I love the wine!" Luke said as he drank and licked off the debris on his lips, he did it in a very coded manner.



"The food is so delicious. I love it", he further went on to commend the rich tasty meal which was also moving in his mouth.



"Thank Agatha", Richard said pointing the table knife towards Agatha who stood by his side.



"She made the meal", he continued as he kept on munching the meal in his plate.



Luke looked at her, she was just a common maid but she made something quite unique and special.



She gestured at him, smiling and her smile and body movement could mean, "thank you".



"So... As I was saying.. ", Richard cleared his throat as he wanted to say something very important.



Luke was paying attention, but still feasting on the meal while paying raot attention to what Richard had to say.



"I need your help", Richard finally said completing his statement.



That was something he never got used to saying, asking for someone's help was something strange and new to him, but it couldn't sound weird knowing very well it was Luke he was asking help from and not someone else outside.



Their friendship was something strong, something stronger than diamond, something unbreakable.



Luke sat to remember how Richard saved his life.

He was at the state of complete helplessness, he was stranded and almost at the point of death, he could feel his soul leaving his body that day, the cold hands of death holding on to him, dragging him away from the land of the living into the land of the dead, but then Richard came to his rescue.



He saved his life, and even when he thought Richard was going to be arrogant to him, or despise him because if his awful stature and physique, he was the complete opposite.



He was very nice to him, helped him retrieve his pendant, shook hands with him, took him to a nearby clinic where he got all his wounds and bruises treated and even trained him on how to defend himself in the days of danger.



Even if Richard would ask him for something that seemed quite impossible, he would put in his power and mind into making sure he shifts the impossibilities into possibilities.



"In what way can I help you Alpha Richard?", He asked wholeheartedly.



There wouldn't be anything that would seem very impossible for him to do for the alpha wolf, all he just needed to do was to just ask and he would see to it that it was done.



"I need your help in planning a party", Richard said with his deep bass voice breaking the utmost silence between them.
