The guests were arriving in masse, the rich, the wealthy, the powerful, even the commoners, all came out for the celebration.



The letters which Luke and sent and pasted on various walls in the pack had attracted ablot of visitors both from far places and close places.



The dedication of the twins was something to celebrate with Alpha Richard. The celebration had brought back a lot of people and old memories to him, including his brother Leo who was always trying to seek attention from different ladies in the party



The different men and women who came for the ceremony dressed exquisitely to fit the occasion, the ladies dressed to meet the standard of the ceremony, the men also dressed according to their standards and reputations.



But then, there were some set of visitors who dressed totally out of point. Some were already wearing some designer masks, looking as though it was some form of costume party

.

Richard was quite uncomfortable with the way some dressed with their masks, he turned over to Luke and without saying a word, he used his forefinger to draw a big circle around his face, and he did this constantly, hoping that Luke would understand the meaning of his gesture.



But Luke was smart enough to understand, possibly that was another flair of his that made him fit to become the Alpha's beta.



He understood that Richard wasn't quite comfortable with the fact that some of the guests wore some masks on their faces.



"Hello kind sir", Luke approached one of the men who wore a glittering mask on his face, stopping him before he entered into the Hall.



"Good evening..", Luke greeted the man who wore the mask. The man was accompanied by a woman who also put on a mask, but hers were quite different from his.



"I don't men to offend you.. but my alpha seems quite uncomfortable with your masks", Luke said in a polite manner.



Luke wasn't the kind who offered off polite comments, his masculine looks and physique, with his deep bass voice was enough to scare anyone.



"You want me to take it off?", The man behind the mask spoke out. His voice was very light, and the mask which covered his face affected the output of his voice, making it a bit shaky.



"If you would sir, it won't be a problem", Luke said as he watched the man remove the mask from his face.



He was a fair skinned man, with a light voice and characteristic brown hair. He had dimples on both sides of his cheeks with his light pink lips



The lady who also arrived with him took off her mask, showing off the beauty which the mask covered from the eyes of people.



They looked like a gentle couple with no form of suspicion written around them, Luke looked at them closely and smiled at them.



"I'm very sorry for any form of inconvenience, please, do enjoy the party", Luke spoke out as he showed them the direction to the hall.



The music was heard from afar, slow and tender, the sounds emitting from the violins, they were so calming to the soul, it made the atmosphere so warm as guests were drinking and discussing with each other.



"The party has begun Alpha Richard.." Luke said as he walked towards Richard.



"I know... It's time", Richard said as he cracked his knuckles and stretched the muscles of his neck, making some pop sounds that were very audible.



He walked majestically, he saw Emily standing still having some form of lengthy discussion with Vanessa.



He pondered on what could really be the centre of discussion with Vanessa, making her smile and laugh beautifully, showing off more of her beauty.



But he considered it to be some girl talks as he kept walking closer to the entrance of the hall.



He kept his gaze on Emily hoping she would finally have some form of eye contact with his, and as if Emily had heard his thoughts, she finally locked eyes with Richard.



He smiled at her, with his hands still behind his back, he motioned for her to join him as they walked down the red carpet.



She quickly bidded Vanessa goodbye as she walked elegantly to meet Richard, standing waiting for her to arrive.



She intertwined her hands with his as both of them walked down the red carpet.



The music became a little more energetic, the crowd clapping and cheering them as they counted their every step.



While Emily waved her hands to greet the guests who were cheering and raising up their glasses in honor of them, Richard only kept on a smiley face and bowed in very few occasions.



"Callum, Frederick..", Luke called the men who stood at the entrance he walked over to them



"Keep the security tight. I need to join Alpha Richard now", He continued as Callum and Frederick both saluted with deep voices while Luke walked away



Richard and Emily kept on smiling and greeting guests as they approached a well decorated chair made specifically for a king and a queen.



While Richard helped and watched as Emily sat on her seat, Richard stood to address the guests who came to honour the event.



"Welcome everyone", his deep voice uttered out in a quietly filled room. Once he stood to talk, the music stoped and the guests stopped clapping and cheering immediately, giving rapt attention to what Richard was about to say



"I am so honored to see a vast multitude of people joining me this evening to return thanks to the moon goddess. I could recognize a few of you, some friends, Family, Foes..." Richard said as his gaze fell on Leo who was still drinking till stupor.



The frown on Leo's face, somehow sent some waves of knowledge, stating out loud that he was guilty in one way or the other, but he acted naturally or less concerned about what Richard was saying.



"This celebration is centered around my two sons, and as we progress, I'll name them, dedicate them and name an alpha", Richard continued his statement.



"So enjoy the rest of the party", Richard said with his hands raised in the air, like a form of greeting and then he took his seat beside his mate, Emily.



Emily smiled at him as she placed her hands on his own hands and said to him, "That was great".



"How was that..?", Richard asked again as if he didn't listen to her previous statement.



"Quite short but it was nice", she replied as he tucked in some strands of hair behind her ears and the said again, "Next time you want to give a speech, tell me to write one for you".



Her words caused him to frown jokingly, but then when he saw her laughing beautifully, with her hands covering her mouth, he couldn't help but also burst out laughter from his mouth.



The music continued as most of the guests who came began to hold hands of the opposite gender in a bid to dance to the music.



Just then, Leo took a last sip from his glass of wine and then dropped it on a table close to him and walked over to where Richard and Emily sat.



"May I have a dance... My lady?", Leo said bowing slightly in the air and extending his hands towards Emily, but then, he got no response.
