He offered for them to have a small dinner date that evening to which she accepted and everything was arranged when they got to the caterers everything was going on well so they made some small adjustments before going back home and when they got the Jessica was in a better mood than she was that morning and she was pleased everything had turned out for the better.
Giving everyone what they had bought for them at the shop she began preparing for her date that evening with Blackwood she couldn't wait to see him they had not seen each other in the past one week since his mother had taken all of her time and as for him he was on business meetings and fitting his suit with him being a mother was not easy for the newly wedded couple but they were trying and she was understanding of her mother she hardly ever cried and she could be kept with the baby sitter and when they came back she was well fed and fine. helping her friend with the wedding one could think was her who was getting married with how excited she was it wasn't long until she and he began quarrelling about who was going to be Jessica's maid of honour seeing he'd two best friends bickering as to who was going to be the maid of honour exhausted of hearing them go back and forth with no specific conclusion and also having them call her name out when she behaved as though she wasn't hearing what they were saying she finally concluded she was going to have two maids of honour and when they both asked if it was possible and that they had never heard or seen a wedding which included two maids of honour she told them hers was going to be the first to which they both stopped bickering and he finally had the peace she was looking for putting on her dress and then putting in some silvered heels to match it she entered her car and went to the location which he had tested her to meet him at the name was funny and she had never heard of it so when she arrived using her GPS coordinates she finally got to the place.
She was ushered by a lady to a secluded area where he had arranged a few red candles and he welcomed her with a red rose to which she was honored when he told her he was the one who has taken out the time to arrange those things the way they were just hearing that alone amazing to know that he could go this extra mile just to make her happy it didn't matter how much it cost for him to make things okay for them but it was the thought he put into it that mattered.
Seeing her after a week was like seeing her after a year he gave her a long kiss and told her he never wanted to stay away from her again. She smiled and they had their dinner before discussing a little about the wedding then he laughed at how his mother had become so fond of her that she didn't want anyone else to have her time and to think a few years back she didn't want to see Jessica around her because she was a leach in his mother's words but now it was a tug of war to have his fiancees time because his mother wouldn't let them be she always wanted to be discussing away with her and for some reason, she had become so close for that she made her house and would stay hours on end there was even a day she spent the night in her house it was hard to please her because she didn't know if there wanted things the way they did there plus she didn't know if things were going to be to her taste but to her surprise, Alpha Blackwood had even gone as far as eating their leftover food and that was very exciting to see that the almighty Blackwood had come down from her high horse but it was great to see that she had also come to terms with the happenings around her.
Excited about what was happening at the wedding and all it was exhausting but she loved every bit of it and would always want things to be the exact way. He was the happiest as he jumped up and down saying he was the happiest kid his teachers were around as he had invited them to the wedding his friends too were around and he couldn't help but show off a little bit since he was his parent's ring bearers at the reception he had his first dance with his mother as he tried to match her dance steps and dance with her to the beat of the music then it was time for the speech to be made and having a friend like Jessica she was out to make had life a little miserable with the embarrassing things she told everyone about her but did sure she had expected it because yes she was his best friend and that was what best friends did.
The night was far from over actually even the night was still young looking at her daughter as she looked beautiful in white in church as she looked gracious in her silver dress for the reception she was happy her daughter had finally found the love of her life for the sacrifice her daughter had made that day for her to stay alive she wished everything would stay that way forever and ever she wished her husband was alive to watch his daughter walk down the aisle to make her feel great and know that she was a rare gem for all those who were around her was glad to finally have everything figured out and she knows that her son was in the great hands of her and she was going to make his life living heaven because ever since she had come into his life it was great to see that he has taken the plunge from when he had never wanted to be a family many to now he was a family man planning to have more kids than he would ever dream of.
She said she was going to her at the house because she was the only one who understood her and has helped her in every decision she had wanted to take.

Landing finally very late at the hotel they left to go take their bath before finally falling into the bed it was something she has wanted to do so a long time ago because she was exhausted from all the wedding stress she was happy it was finally over because she couldn't handle anymore of the fittings and good tastings.
