Chapter Twenty Four: Part 1

Emilia's POV:

"WHERE THE HELL ARE WE!?!" i yell at a frustrated Dylan,

"I DON'T FUCKING KNOW!! I WAS LISTENING TO YOU!!" he retorts, annoyed.

"I WAS ONLY TELLING YOU WHAT THE GPS WAS TELLING ME!!" i yell back frustrated now,

We were lost in the middle of nowhere. We obviously lost the others since we stopped at the gas station, and now were lost. Did i mention it was in the middle of nowhere. I guess i did. We were parked to the side of the road trying to figure out where we were.

"Call Jace." he says alot calmer than he was a minute ago, and leans over and places a light gentle kiss to my cheek, to let me know he's sorry but not in words but through his actions,

"I'm sorry." i whisper louder enough for him to hear, frowning slightly, i feel guilty for yelling at him. It wasn't his fault. He just shook his head thinking while i step out of the car trying to get a signal. Key word trying. Like i said we were in the middle of nowhere, on an empty road surrounded by only trees that looks like a forest.

"Come on!! Please be a signal!!" i say holding up my phone walking back and fourth with no luck,

"Dylan... we have no signal." i tell him slowly, with a frown.

He let out a deep breath and closes his eyes. "Look, maybe we should keep driving down this road. It can't be that far and plus Leon said 'lake house' right?" i nod, he has a point, "Ok, then hop back in so we can get going." a small smile plasters his lips,

"So are we going in the right direction?" i ask him, hoping not to trigger his anoyance,

"I don't know sweet cheeks, but i do know that we have to stop soon. If only we didn't stop.."

"If we didn't we would be stuck broken down without gas." i quickly cut in, "plus i get more alone time with you." i say sweetly and he just smirks,

"If you wanted to get down and dirty, you should have just said so," he winks with a smirk and i gasp loudly putting a hand on my heart,

"How dare you?" i say as if i'm offended in a joking matter,

"Oh but you do, am i right?" he asks and just as i'm about to reply i spot an orange with black stripes on the bonnet 2008 dodge challenger srt8,

Jace.

"DYLAN!! LOOK IT'S JACE'S CAR!!" i yell pointing to the car on the other side of the road, Dylan looks to the over side and a smile forms on his lips and the jeep comes to a sudden stop making our heads whip back,

"YO!! JACE!!" Dylan yells out the window to Jace who was thinking the same thing cause he did the same thing and U-turns, Dylan parks the car to the side of the road and hops out to talk to Jace, while i wait in the car for him patiently.

We finally arrive at Leon's lake house with Jace's help of course, and i hop out and see the girls looking straight out the window and as soon as they see me they give each other a knowing 'look', but they don't really know. Looks like they will want details. I walk to the door but before i can even reach it i was being squashed like a bug.

"Ca-n-'t br-e-ath." i let out and but they don't loosen,

"Emilia, where the hell were you!?!" Ava asks in a demanding matter,

"A-ir."

"Right." she says quickly letting go, but Phebs stays giving me a short hug,

"Well you want details i'm guessing, even though there weren't any" i mumble the last part and they nod furiously "well lets go for a walk, there is a lake here right, lets go down there."

"Yep there is and it's amazing." Phebs says and i nod, "we went there before since you guys weren't here yet." she clarifies and i nod again,

"Let's go."

OMGosh, this is such a good landscape for my portfolio. The lake has this amazing greenery surrounding it, the water is crystal clear and rocks are around the edges of the water. It was just amazing, and it made me feel calmer. I know i will be definitely coming down here later with my camera.

"WOW." i say out loud and the girls giggle,

"Of course it is, i just love it." Phebs says in a cheery tone and i smile,

We only just got here and i love it already, i'm still curious as to where Jace wants to take us for his assignment.

"Now, stop getting distracted about the landscape and get to the details." Ava says in a demanding tone, with a slight smirk on her lips,

"Ok. Ok. Well to be honest there's not much to tell" Ava finds a rock to sit on and crosses her arms over as to saying to continue and Phebs is standing by her with a small smile. "Well the road trip was long, fun at first well until we stopped at the gas station. After that we basically got lost, the GPS started going crazy every time we made a wrong turn and me and Dylan had a fight, well i don't know if it's classified as a fight but we were yelling at each other,"

"That's a fight," Ava says slowly and calmly,

"Did he at least apologize?" Phebs asks and i shake my head,

"Well no, but it wasn't his fault it was mine. I was in charge of the GPS and told him where to go and i started the yelling so he's not to blame. I did apologize though." i tell them and Phebs gives me a apologetic look,

"Oh Em,"

"I don't want sympathy, really i think it was nothing since he made a joke in the car," i tell both of them and Phebs rises a brow,

"And what was the joke?" she asks in a cheery tone, and i smile,

"I'm not telling." i say in a sing-song tone, and she rolls her eyes,

"I would have thought there would be more action, if you know what i mean." Ava says with a wink trying to humor the moment, which works cause we all start laughing,

"AVA!!" Phebs and i yell in unison, thinking how dirty minded our friend could be, giggling like maniacs.

A few minutes after we all settled down, we walked back up to the lake house, the guys all chose their rooms already but thankfully the girls saved me one of the best rooms well i am sharing with them of course and they obviously picked the best room.

As i walk into the room the first thing i notice was that it was large, and had two double beds in there with alot of room left over, that counts for something. There was a white nightstand beside the beds and a set of white drawers in the middle of the two white beds against the wall. The walls were a nice blue and the bed quilts were matching. The floor was white tiles and a nice blue rug set on the floor. It was nice and i love it. When Leon said 'lake house', i thought he mean't a small lake house but it was actually bigger than i thought. Even the outside of the house looks smaller but then again looks can be deceiving.

I walk over to the bed and grab my camera that the guys must have brought in with the rest of the bags. I walk back out bumping into no other than Leon, and he smiles,

"Hey,"

"Hey." i reply back with a cheeky smile,

"How you liking the place?" he asks politely letting his eyes roam behind me and i turn my head and spot Phebs talking to the rest of the group,

"Yea it's really nice, and big." i tell him, with a lop-side grin, "Hmm, Phebs was just telling me how fun it was being in the car with you and the guys,"

That made him snap his head to me and i smile,

"Got you... again." i wink and he shook his head and went to walk off but i stopped him, "aye Leon," i call and he gives me an annoyed playful look, "ask her out." i tell him with a genuine smile and his eyes soften,

"That would be the impossible and plus, the group won't approve." he says slowly with a frown, "wait, why am i telling you any of this in the first place."

"Actually Leon, i'm pretty sure i know my friend," i pause, "sister, and i'm sure she would say different. I honestly don't think she cares what her brother or anyone in the group thinks and i can tell you like her and this is just a guess, but the time you hit on her... you know the one where the guys stopped being friends with you," he nods,

"What about it?" he asks cautiously and raises his brow, and i simply smile,

"You liked her back then, didn't you? i can't be wrong cause if you had a crush on her back then and tried to hit on her and by the way you look at her the way you do now well that's gotta say something right?. Well that's my perspective anyways, now if you don't mind i've got a lake to take snaps of." i smile and walk away, happy that i gave advice to him. As i left i swear i saw him smile and his eyes were glisening with happiness, i just hope i pushed him in the right direction. Even if he is a player, he still deserves happiness and maybe just maybe Phebs could be that happiness,

"Oh and Leon." i say turning around and facing him, he gives me his attention, i smile wickedly, "hurt her and say goodbye to your precious set of baby makers." the expression of his face when i finished was funny as, since his eyes were wide and i take that as my cue to walk away.

I've been out here for a while now just taking photos of different angles of the lake and they came out really good, i've improved my skills from the first time my mom brought me my camera a few years ago. She knew i had the capabilities of creativity and said i should start experiments so she gave me a SLR camera for my thirteenth birthday and ever since i have taken heaps of photo's and even started a portfolio, i have given a copy of my portfolio to Ana since she asked for one and said she could help me get a job in the industry cause i have the capabilities to being a professional photographer like my mom, even with our home business that my mother has started years ago.

The lake is just beautiful and it's around eight-ish at night, well the drive was four hours so yea. But let me tell you it's amazing, the moonlight is shining on the clear water and the night sky gives it a nice effect along with all the trees and rocks, the sound of the trees blow in the slight breeze. It's just amazing and i just think this place able to calm me down just like the beach does, i guess anything with a water landscape makes me calm.

I start hearing crunching of leaves and i know that it is definitely not the trees or an animal. I start to panic but i calm down once i heard it stop. Thank goodness since it's like dark..

Crunch. Crunch. Crunch.

Looks like i was wrong. Crap. Crap. Crap. What do i do? run. Breathe Emilia, Breathe. And so i did. Once i heard it stop again i relax. I thought it was gone until my heart jumps out of my chest.

"BOO!!" A familiar male voice yells and i jump out of my seat and my heart was racing,

"OMGOD!!" i scream, holding my chest trying to calm my heart,

Wanna have a guess who it was? Dylan, of course it would be Dylan who would try and scare me like that.

"Did i scare you?" he asks softly coming closer and just as he reaches me we were a foot apart but i was still standing there holding my chest,

"WHAT THE FUCK!! I COULD HAVE HAD A HEART ATTACH!!" i yell at him, i didn't even realise he took a step forward until i stopped yelling and felt his warmth against me, i look up at him and he took that as an opportunity to lean down and wrap his arms around my waist pulling me towards him even though my camera was around my neck, my eyes went straight to his lips and he thought the same thing cause he was looking at mine,

His lips look so inviting, i decide to get straight to the chase since he was taking too slow. I snake my arms around his neck and pull his head towards mine, making our lips crash into a long passionate kiss. I had control and bit his bottom lip making him moan into my mouth, he licks my bottom lip and bit it hard, making me moan into his mouth and he slips his tongue in and our tongues were fighting for dominance.

When did i become so rebellious.

Dylan's hands went to my butt and grips it while i wrap my legs around his waist, our lips never braking apart, even for a second. Dylan could tell i was kinda out of breath and pulls away but not stopping his kisses from going down my jawline and the side of my neck, finding my soft spot and sucking on it for a few minutes, making me moan.

I bet i will have a hickey in the morning.

My hands roam his hair while doing so, after a few minutes he moves back up my neck across my jawline back to my lips. This whole situation is just making tingles run through my veins and its an amazing feeling. I decide to be even more confident and take control again by kissing down his jawline and neck making him moan, i smile against his skin knowing that he was loving this new confidence. I put random kisses around his neck and once i heard a loud moan, i knew i found what i was looking for, his soft spot, which was just under his ear. I thought it was about time i actually make my mark on him, so i did. I suck on his soft spot making a few uncontrollable moans come from the back of his throat. Once i thought it was enough to leave a mark, i kiss up his neck and aim back to his lips. Our lips were in sync for a few minutes then he pulls back.

"Emilia," he says in a low tone, from the make out sess, "will you be my girlfriend?"

OMG did he just ask me to be his girlfriend, well i already knew the answer.

I look up at him with the biggest smile on my lips, "Yes. Yes. Yes."
