Chapter Nine

Emilia's POV:

Beep

Beep

Beep

I woke up to the sounds of loud beeping noises, and the voice of Ash and Jace? My body started to shift slightly on a very uncomfortable bed, and my eyes started to flutter open only to see bright lights and a white room. A hospital, why am i in a hospital. I looked around and to my left Ash and Jace were sitting down, i turned to my right and saw Aiden walking in the room. I looked down at my arms and saw wires attached to my arms. What the hell am i doing here?

"Ash? What am i doing here?" My voice was hoarse and as i spoke my throat felt really dry,

"Water!" Jace said,

"Here," Aiden passed him a bottle who opened it and passed it to me, i took a large gulp and my throat felt better instantly,

"How long have i been out?" i asked them, confused,

"About an hour," Jace replied, looking at Ash. "Do you remember what happened?" he asked,

Well yea, i remember that the girls were saying Dylan liked me or something which isn't true at all, and something about him making a deal with Layla.

"Yea i remember. I was talking to you about Dylan and the girls said that he doesn't like me as a friend, he likes me more cause he's a player and you said something about him being jealous." i confirmed, and he nodded,

"Yes and do you remember what the plan was?" Jace asked,

I thought about it and i remember, mission get a 'fake' boyfriend,

"Yep, is that still going to action?" i asked and he nodded with a slight smirk,

"And your bro here is going to help," he said and i looked to Ash and he too had a smirk,

"Really now. I would have thought you would have opposed," i said with a raised brow, and he shook his head,

"Exactly what Jace said." and i started laughing, "anyways, i know someone who might be willing to help!!" i looked at Ash and only one person came to mind, Parker,

"Ash, i don't think using him is a good idea." i explained,

"No, if your talking about Parker he will be more than happy to help, he's like a brother to you." he told me and i gulped, Parker kissed me but than again i could pull it off with Parker, but i really don't want to use him,

"Hang on i'll call him," Ash pulled out his phone and dialed his number,

"No Ash, i don't want to use him..."

"Hey Park, it's Ash... yea... well i kinda need your help... well it has to do wi... yep, i need someone to be her 'fake' boyfriend... yes, are you... ok thanks bro, i owe you... fine, have it your way... talk soon...kay bye." As i listened to their conversation i noticed that Aiden and Jace were talking,

"Hey, Aiden you have barely spoken to me. Are you ok?" i asked him, and he smiled,

"You just took me to hell and back, i was worried when you fainted so yea but i told the others your awake and Phebs said they will come by, but i'm pretty sure you can leave as soon as you sign out," he said with a half smile,

"Can you go check for me Ash?" i asked him and he pouted,

"Why me?" he said annoyed,

"Plweese Ashy!!" i said in a baby voice and pouted,

"Fine," he mumbled and left the room,

Once he left the room i spoke first,

"So what happened once i blacked out?" i asked and they looked at each other,

"Dylan came by," i gasped,

"Why?" i asked totally confused,

"Well he said he wanted to apologize and also wanted to come here when he saw the state you were in," Aiden said,

"Oh and Em, he broke another window,"

"WHATT!!" i yelled, argh i'm so going to get him for that. That's two fricken windows, damn him. And mom's meant to come home next week, i better get that repaired,

"Yea, don't worry we'll make sure he fixes it," Aiden told me and Ash came back into the room,

"Yea your free to go, just pack your stuff up and go sign out." Ash smiled,

"Ok," i quickly got up and collected my things, which wasn't much and left with the boys to sign out.

"Em, Parker told me to tell you to expect a call from him later," i nodded,

"Ok, i'll see you soon then bro." i told him giving him a quick hug and kiss to the cheek and left with Aiden and Jace,

We were half way home and it was a fun ride home. Jace was singing really loudly along with Aiden (badly may i add) and i even recorded it, i even joined in. The song was 'Wiggle' by Jason Derulo ft Snoop Dogg, funny stuff i get up to with the boys, people in other cars gave us weird looks but like we cared,

Soon later we arrived home and then i remembered,

"Hey guys... where is Dylan right now?" i asked, and they looked at each other,

"Uh... he could be still here, SHIT!!" Aiden told us,

Damn it, looks like i will have to see his face even though i don't want to but i had to happen sooner or later,

"Don't worry, were all here with you so if you want you up to your room and we can deal with Dylan." Jace suggested,

"Nah, it's fine i'll deal with it. It's my house anyways," i told them closing the passenger door,

"THE CLUB CAN'T EVEN HANDLE ME RIGHT NOW!!" Jace started singing and i joined,

"I own the night and I don't need no help

Stunting go wild can't handle this plan

I yelled out the lyrics with Jace and Aiden, and bobbing our heads and moving our hands about to lyrics in the process while walking up the driveway, i'm sure the street would have heard our horrible singing and when we got to the door it was already open and the girls waiting there and when i got closer they ran to me and hugged me really tightly,

"We were sooo worried, Em. Are you ok? Omgosh, you need to rest..." they blabbered on,

"Girl, i'm fine i'm here now aren't i," i said trying to get out of their death grip, wriggling around, "can you please let me go," i asked and done as i asked only to look at the doorway and saw Dylan standing there,

"Emilia, can we talk? Please." He asked and i looked to the others and they were just trying to concentrate on something else,

"Um, i just got out of hospital and would like to rest" i told him but he shook his head refusing,

"No, can we talk now. It's important." he stated, yea like me coming out of hospital is,

"This is my house meaning go home, i'm not feeling it tonight and would like to rest. Please." i said barging in the doorway,

"Em, please. Once i've said what i wanted i will go." then i looked to the window beside the door and it was most definitely broken,

"You did that?" i asked pointing to the window and he guiltily nodded,

"Yes, only cause i heard..."

"NO EXCUSE, you realise this is the second window you have broken and still haven't paid for the first one." i exclaimed and sat my arse down on the couch,

"I'm really, really sorry,"

"You have 5 seconds to say what you want then leave." i explained counting down with my fingers,

"Fine, i'm really sorry. Really i am, i didn't mean to do that to you.."

"5 seconds is up,"

'Isn't it funny? I like to dance when I'm on my own, And whenever it's sunny (yeah), You know I don't wanna stay at home' blasted the room and looked down at caller ID and saw Parker, written across the screen,


"Sorry, gotta get this. My boyfriend is calling me, talk later," i let the word 'boyfriend' drag on and i saw Jace and Aiden snicker behind him at his expression, i even felt like laughing to but i held it back,

"B-boyf-friend, you have a boyfriend." he asked surprised and i smiled,

"Yea i do," i answered the phone,

"Hey babe," i said and quickly jogged up stairs letting the giggles coming out,

"Hey, Miss Photographer. I'm hearing i'm your boyfriend," he confirmed,

"Yes you are and i think the plan's working darling, you should have seen his face." i paused, "I'm really sorry for using you..." and he cut me off before saying anything else,

"Actually, you'll also be doing me a favor, since were 'dating', i have this chick i hooked up with last week and she's like calling me and texting me all the time, so we will be going on a date this coming Friday night, i'll text you the details. Ok babe, talk soon mwah."

"Haha, kay. Bye." i said and hung up and started cracking up laughing at his last few words, 'ok babe, talk soon mwah." lol this is going to be so funny especially with my 'brother' like friend of my brother's.

Soon later Jace came running up the stairs and barged in my room along with Aiden, Phebs and Av, Hunter and Cory trailed behind them,

"You should have seen his expression once he left, he is most definitely jealous." Jace told me and i was giggling since i did in fact see his face when i told him i had a 'boyfriend'. Although i did feel bad, why i didn't know, he was the one sleeping around with different girls, but honestly it hurt.

Emilia, you don't like him. It doesn't hurt you, remember he's the one that went around kissing and fucking other girls. He's a player and nothing can stop that. My inner voice told me and it was true, he is a player and i don't fall for players,

Monday mornings are soo annoying, i hate getting up because i love sleeping in especially on weekends. But today was most definitely different, because Parker was picking me up to take me to school and on top of that i had to wake up 15 minutes earlier to put effort in my outfit.

Once i got up i went to the shower drenching myself in warm water, i stood there for about 30 minutes thinking whats about to happen. After that i did my usual routine of brushing me teeth, doing my hair and getting dressed in jeans and a nice white khaki bat sleeves shirt that had written on it 'Dream Big' on it with blue letters. I ran downstairs and quickly grabed my things and grabbed a apple and then he honked his horn. I locked the house and ran outside to his car, which was a black BMW, sports convertible.

"Hey Em," he said with a smirk, and his eyes a brighter blue,

"Sup," i said with a smile, and entered the sexy beast, "Sexy car you have here," i told him which made him smirk more,

"Well anything for my girl," he winked and i giggled,

"Well this is only for a week or so, did Ash tell you what happened and what the plan exactly was?" i asked him,

"Actually in fact he did, all to make this Dylan guy jealous. He sounds like a jerk so listen to me Em," he changed his tone to one my brother would use on me in situations like these, "whatever you do after this plan is not to fall for him. I'm kinda like him in a way and guys like us can't stick to one girl, and if he ever and i mean ever dares to do what he did to you last week again, i swear he will be dead meat." Parker is like my big brother but that's the thing whenever it comes to boys Ash and Parker are the same,

"Trust me Park, i don't fall for players." i explained, but it didn't look liked he believed me,

"Em, every time someone says that it does happen, just please do it for your own sake. You will end up hurt. Ash and me might just have to move in since he probably won't leave you alone" he told me in a serious tone,

Oh hell no, they are not moving in with me, they are the biggest pigs. There rooms are messy as and i'm sure their sinks are still filled with dishes from the last few weeks, yuck.

"HELL NO, i can handle myself." i assured him and he raised his brow,

"Really?" he asked and he obviously thought the opposite

"Just drive" i told him and he did,

Soon later we were in the school's car park and there standing by the door with his group was Dylan, best part was that the convertible roof was off and everyone was looking at us, to top it off Parker was hot from a girl's pov, but he's like a brother to me so i never have thoughts like that put in my mind,

Parker leaned in and kissed my cheek while whispering "Play along," and i did, he leaned in and gave me a gentle kiss, it lasted for about 10-15 seconds and we broke apart. To be honest his lips felt good on mine,

"Bye babe," kissing his cheek and giving him a quick hug before getting out of the car, "see you this afternoon," i told him with a wave and he waved back and drove off,

I turned around only to notice whoever was outside was looking at me and i had a small smile playing at my lips and i'm sure my cheeks were bright pink, i looked towards our group to see Av giving me a small thumbs up while Jace was smirking along with Hunter, Aiden and Cory, and Phebs well she was standing there fish braiding her hair not paying attention to what was happening, i looked towards the person i was dreading to see, but i did and his face was fuming.

I walked up to the group, waving in the process,

"Hey guys," i said and Jace gave me a side hug, i was closest to him out of the whole group but i still have to get to know everyone else,

"Hey Em, you have one sexy ass boyfriend," Ava winked and i giggled, she was also in on the plan,

"and only mine!!" i smiled, flicking my eyes to Dylan and noticed the veins sticking out of his head in pure anger,

"Wait where is he?" asked a confused Phebs and we giggled,

"Sorry you missed him," and she pouted,

"Haha, Em does he have sexy mates?" she questioned and in fact he did, he had Marvin,

"Yes, he does actually although Parker is the only one for me." i told them although it was a lie, me and Parker is a no no, but this will be over soon,

"So his name's Parker," Dylan stated through gritted teeth,

"Dylan, are you ok? You don't seem like yourself," i told him,

"Actually, i'm not we still have to talk... Alone." he said though gritted teeth,

Riiiiinnnnnngggggg

"Can't right now, got to go to my locker then to class. Later guys," i said waving and walking off only to have his hand wrap round my wrist,

"Seriously Emilia, you need to stop avoiding me. That talk is going to happen," he said through gritted teeth and i raised my brow, really thinks he can control me, think again,

"Not with that attitude." i said and ripped my hand out of his grip and walked off, gotta love high school.
