Chapter Fifteen: Altering My fate
I was completely left deep in thought as I began to wonder what really had happened to the Felix ? He wasn't always this strict and I couldn't get any answer.
Behind the walls, I could hear the weeping sounds of Aurora , who was completely hurt. I was no longer in position to do anything and seeing her that way, pained me alot.
"Aurora ? Are you listening?" I asked, but she seemed not to reply as she continued to weep very hard. "Aurora , I know things are messed up at the moment, but I can assure you that I would find a way to get us out of here."
"How do you intend doing that? Huh? Everyone thinks that we committed adultery and I still find it unbelievable that Felix would listen to the advise of that bitch!" Suddenly it clicked. There was only one person, whom Aurora would be suspecting and by all sense of logic, she was the only one who could fabricate such an outrageous story for the world to see.
"It doesn't matter, all we need to do is to stay strong. I know that if I am able to have my way, I will speak with Felix on the matter." He said.
"Felix 's mind is sealed already, there is no way you would talk to him that he would completely listen." A new voice interrupted our conversation.
"Patricia ?" Aurora questioned and I noticed her cloak through the barricade that separated my door from Aurora 's.
"Look Aurora , I am really sorry that you have to go through all this pain. Liam , you have been loyal to the Felix and I know you question how your loyalty has been measured. But the truth is, Felix 's mind has been corrupted." Patricia revealed.
"What are you talking about?" I asked.
"When you both were taken away, Annie was announced as the new Luna of the pack and guess what she did with her power? She ordered for a maid who had counter her allegations against you people to be flogged to death." I stared at Patricia incredulously.
"So Felix really allowed this bitch to play him into her palm." Aurora chipped in with anger beaming on her face.
"Look Patricia , you are our only hope of getting out of here." I needed to get a plan before the whole pack is ruined by this obsessed bitch called Annie .
"I trust you can help me out on something." She stared at me, waiting for me to go ahead with my request. "I need you to go out of the borders of the pack, you would meet an oak tree by your left while heading out of the pack boaders. There is a high chief who lives in a tent there, tell him that Liam is in great danger."
"But I don't think I can get this task done. If I am caught, it will be the end of me. Who knows if I am in Annie 's death list?" Aurora grabbed her friend's hand and face palmed her to look in her direction.
"Patricia , you are the only hoe we have. If you don't do what he asks of you, our Pack would be in shambles before the next full moon. Annie is obsessed with power and will do anything to get hold of such power." Patricia hesitate, but she would eventually nod her head in agreement to the instruction and left afterwards.

Patricia POV
Getting out of the pack was the most complicated task that I have ever carried out my entire life. Seeing that I needed to do it for Aurora 's sake, I knew I needed to be smart about it.
Having passed through the guards at the pack mansion, I was left with the most complicated task; passing through the pack boaders without being caught.
As time went off, I was running out of idea, when I noticed a pack member driving a chariot that was heading out of the pack.
I ran after the chariot, follow every footsteps he would take and making sure that he didn't sight my movement. When the right time would come, I leaped unto the chariots, grabbing the man by the neck and knocking him out.
Quickly I pulled his body into an abandoned hut, pulling off his clothing, I disguised myself and wore a hat to conceal my face. I could only hope my plan worked this time around.
Getting back into the chariot, I moved away as fast as I can. While approaching the boaders, the soldiers raised their hands to stop my horse and while I stopped the creature, my heart began to beam with fear as I anticipated the worst.
"You must be really busy today farm boy.." They all laughed, while I kept mute. "Get going, but don't forget to get us one of your goodies when you return." I sighed in relief as I moved my horse away and finally out of the boaders.
When I got to a safe location, I dropped out of the horse and tied it to a tree. Liam had said an Oak tree was at the center of the road and when I saw it, I knew I was close to my destination.
On arriving at the Oak tree, I noticed the tent that he had spoken about and navigated my way to the tent. For a moment I hesitated, but I would soon calm my nerves down as I knocked on the door.
"Liam must have sent you." I almost yelled as I heard a voice behind me speaking. "I already got winds of the information you are about to deliver. He should have known better I have spies across the pack. You don't need to worry my child, go back and tell Liam that I am going to get him out." He seemed to be in a haste, looking left and right.
"You need to leave in time, the wolf hunters would be here soon and they could kill you if they see you." Bearing that information in mind, I thanked the man, who I still didn't know his name and stepped out of the tent, till I got back to my horse and moved away.
