A Little Liquor And Suspected
Master Ramirez Lewis, sits tiredly in his chamber round his table while feeling his hands on the flame of the table fire with Petrova Theodore discussing what had just happened.
" Stefan has finally opened his gate of energy." He said downcasted.
"Yes, he was even willing to end his life, I could not just sit back and watch. I guess he knew that we would never just let him kill himself. He probably poisoned himself knowing he will get saved." Old Reyes said faintly, coughing out as well. His health was affected by the so much energy he had just extracted to save Stefan.
"Are you Okay?" Petrova said showing concern.
" Opening Stefan's gate of energy and healing him has probably caused me ten years worth of energy."
"So you not only open his gate of energy, but you also have him extra energy." Petrova was shocked at his actions.
" What good will it be for an old man to keep his gate of energy locked up?. He was poisoned, so I gave him soon energy to speed up his recovery"
"Once Stefan recovers fully, you must retrieve it no matter what." Petrova said screaming, he seemed not so happy about this.
" Is that really necessary now that his gate of energy is opened? He is at least 20 years behind when it comes to knowing spells. Even if he decides to start training now, he will at least have to be 60 years of age to do anything impressive." Old Reyes said jokingly.
" That was the fate he was given, we must protect that." Petrova was so serious about his decision that he refused to make a joke of it too.
" If that's what you wish, then I will retrieve it. You know what? I am so exhausted,I need a break.
Bring me some wine." Old Reyes stretched his left hand out as though to collect the wine from Petrova.
As Petrova attempted to stand up he immediately stopped on hearing 'wine'.
"Wine? I mean… he chuckled. Why would there be a wine in the chambers of a practitioner?
" I saw it, I saw it hidden in your room. Come on. The wine you drink when you get lonely." Old Reyes teased him.
"I am not lonely." Oooh just how the almighty Petrova cannot stand being teased. It seemed as though their serious conversation had turned to teasing prey.
"My gosh". Old Reyes shrinks.
"I merely… gosh, I have a headache. It is because of… what is it called again? Right. Insomnia, I have very bad insomnia. I merely take it for that." Petrova feigned ignorance.
"Loneliness prevents you from falling asleep. You should have gotten married when you were young. You're still not over Isabella? Is that why you're lonely? Old Reyes teased him some more while laughing as well. He went closer to where he stood facing the wall. He quickly scooped to where the wine bottle was hidden and took it only to feel it empty.
" It's empty, you finished it." Old Reyes screamed.
" What? That can not be, what in the world…" he collected the bottle and tried to confirm his shock.
"I guess you were unbelievably lonely then."
" I only had a glass everytime I could not sleep."
However, Petrova being dumbstruck by the lack of wine is certain who could have done that and runs off in search of him.

Lo and behold Trevor and Morgan had glasses in front of them, as Trevor took the last sip of his glass content he smiled in satisfaction.
"This is the wine that my uncle hides in his room. It tastes quite nice. Anyway, Stefan's life-long dream has finally come to pass, so let's celebrate that." Trevor poured in some more wines into his cup.
" That girl, Cressida… he recently brought her from the brothel right? Morgan had become very suspicious about Cressida as her behavior has been anything but normal.
" She risked her life for him even though they only just met, it's strange."
" Stefan saved her from having to become a gisaeng. She hated it so much that she pretended to be blind." Trevor stated. "Have some more drinks."
"Blind?" Morgan was more interested in the conversation now. Whereas, Trevor in his usual carefree mind just wanted to drink some more.
"Yes, according to Liza she was blind when she came but could see just when she left. The wine tasted great." He giggled.
" She easily deceives people. She lied about being blind and even said she poisoned Stefan. She did not speak even though she was tortured." Morgan said thoughtfully.
" There's more to her than meets the eyes. On the outside, she looks just cute and naive.
"She seems to be hiding something."
Trevor proceeds to pour some more drinks into his cup but it seems finished in the wine bottle.
" What? You finished it… Your uncle is on his way here, I guess you're doomed. " Morgan quickly emptied his glass, turned it over and ran off on seeing Petrova from afar as he searched for Trevor.
" I did not drink any." He said finally.
Trevor pleaded with him to wait for him but he refused.
Petrova catches up with him while he tries to escape. On reaching him, Trevor in his comic way took his uncle on a temple run around the dining room till he could make his way out of the Chambers.
