Chapter Nineteen

SHAEL
" Where are we heading to? " I asked Nyle sitting in his Scorpio. He was on the driver seat. It was good not to have a babysitter with us.
" London Bridge. " He replied.
It made me smile, I always wanted to go there, I had seen it in many pictures. Finally, I'll see it today with my naked eyes.
" Ready to explore? " He asked with a smile.
" Yes." I smiled.
He ignited the engine and he told me about the surrounding, it's name and story. He talked non stopped. I was glad he wasn't like his father.
He stopped the car in a parking lot. My eyes were wondering to see the bridge, " Where's it? " I asked him excitedly.
" We've to walk there. " he replied.
I got out of his car, " You want something to eat? " he asked.
" No, I've recently had my meal. " I replied, touching my tummy.
He smiled and nodded. I was so excited to see it that I started to cross the road without checking left and right. A red car screeched across me. A hand held my wrist and pulled me back. I watched back surprisingly, It was Nyle holding my hand, " Seriously, Bro will kill me, if you got a little nick. " he gravely said.
" Sorry. " I disappointingly replied.
" Don't, stay by my side. " he said holding my hand tightly.
I must say, both brothers are alike in many matters, especially when it's about family. He said that I'm his family. It made me happy, although I didn't express it to him.
He was holding my hand the whole way, I wasn't scared of being hit by any car or something else. I was enjoying the view around me, tall buildings, shops, crowd. I was beholding all alike. It was as my first time seeing the world with my oculus.
" Can you see the river?" Nyle asked me.
" Where? Where's it? " I eagerly asked.
" There! he pointed out. " he beckoned me to see.
Water was shimmering with the sun's light, " Yeah. " I screamed like a kiddo.
He smiled at me, " Here we reached. " he declared.
I saw it, I jumped in the joy. " I always wanted to see it, Thank you. " I muttered to him.
" Now I see, Why bro is possessive about you. " he said, studying my face.
" I don't know what you are saying. Let me enjoy my view. " I smirked.
" Sure! All yours. " he joked.
There were boats floating on the water. The bridge was next level beauty. I clicked more than a hundred pictures of me and the bridge. I was enjoying every second of this moment. I was shocked when he allowed me to go out with his brother. I don't know if he would allow me or not. Sun was getting down.
" You wanna eat something. " Nyle asked me.
" Yes, if this something will be pure veg. " I smirked
" Yea, Sure beautiful, anything for you. " he flirted.
I laughed at his remark, " You have a girlfriend? Does she know you are with me. I don't wanna trouble you. " I mocked him.
" I have girl friends, not girlfriends. If I would have a girlfriend, I'm damn sure I will still come out with you. You are part of our family. " He smirked.
We went to a restaurant, it was splendid. I must appreciate his taste. it's amazing, I hope here's food will be amazing too.
" Have a seat Shael. " Nyle pulled a chair for me and I took it.
" Thanks. " I said.
He came back with a pure vegetarian burger and a water bottle, which he offered me. He brought himself coffee and a burger, but I couldn't say it was vegetarian. I took the bit from my burger and it was so tasty as I was so hungry after the excitement task. We ate peacefully.
Nyle's phone rang and he excused himself. I rested my chin on my palms. I was enjoying my view.
I heard some fighting noises behind me. A girl was shouting at someone. I didn't turn to look at them, ' it's not my business.' I told me. Then a male voice caught my attention. I knew this voice very well. I turned to see him. I sucked in my breath. My heart started to beat wildly. I forgot my surroundings, my full focus was on him. I couldn't apprehend anything at all. He started walking, holding that girl's hand. I chased them. I quickened my pace. I was ten feet away from him. He reached in a narrow aisle, he pinned her hands on the wall. He smooched and began to get intimate with her.
" Jaz, " his name escaped from my lips in a whisper. I was standing there lifeless.
" Where did you go Shael? I found you everywhere, At least inform me, when you wanna go on your own. " Nyle said in a high tone.
It attracted Jaz, he broke kissing her, and turned toward me. He blanched and I knew his shocking look, as someone had given electric shock to him. He was staring at me with an open mouth and in a horrified way.
" Don't tell me, you're staring at them while kissing and getting intimate. " Nyle whispered into my ear.
" What the hell is your problem? " That girl shouted at me.
Jaz was watching me with the same look without blinking. His figure blurred, my eyes filled with tears. It streamed down from my eyes. I wasn't crying, it was just coming itself.
" We're sorry, didn't mean to disturb you. " Nyle said to them.
He gripped my arm and tried to pull me away. I did my arm free from his hold. I sauntered at them.
" What are you doing? " Nyle confused and asked me.
Jaz took one step toward me. He didn't utter a letter.
" If he wasn't ever in love with me, if he hadn't feelings for me, Why did he spoil so many years of my life? I was crying for him, waiting for him, I left my career and my friends just sake off him. He has been intimidating with girls on the road. I was a timepass for him. " I thought. Whatever he did with me in the name of Love, it raged me.
I raised my hand to brutally slap him across his face, but I halted myself before hitting him on his face.
" It's not me, I can't do it." I thought.
I moved my hand away from his face. I wanted to reverberate my slap's sound in the quiet aisle. But I couldn't spank him. He winced. He wouldn't have expected this from me, neither my being in London, nor this attempt.
" Why did you do this? Who the hell are you? " that girl tried to approach.
I wiped my tears, " Stay the hell out of it and keep your bloody mouth shut, if you don't want to be the next. This time, the spank attempt will be completed. " I said to her annoyingly, I pointed my finger at her.
She frowned and slapped Jazz across his face, " You Bastard! player... motherfucker. " she cursed him and left him alone, he was watching in awe.
She should slap him more and more. How could he do this to me or to any one? I chose the right decision, not waiting for him any more. My tears were running unstoppable.
" Get the hell out of my sight." I sobbingly yell at him. I never raised my voice to talk to him ever in these past years. I was hating myself, I allowed him to hurt me. I knew this, but my heart didn't wanna trust my brain.
He fell his head down and walked away.
I wanted to ask him, Why did he do this to me? It wasn't my right now, I've nothing to do with him. I haven't feelings for him, his betrayal had devoured our love months ago, when he linked himself with other girls a few years ago. I remembered he easily got ready to leave me because of other girls. There are more hidden secrets about him, Which would shatter me. I just didn't want to know. I don't know how many girl's life, he had spoiled with his lies and fake promises.
' Everyone can't get a guy like Guru.'
Nyle placed his hands over my good shoulder, " let's go Shael. " He guided me to the car. I did not know where I was walking. He was guiding my feet. He opened the door for me, I boarded in quietly. I thanked God, Nyle didn't ask me any questions. I was escaping to meet my eyes with him. I was controlling my tears, but it didn't. It was flowing like a fountain itself.
" Bro will kill me. If he saw you crying like this. I'm not capable of taking another brutal punch from him. My nose is still hurting. " Nyle tensed and mocked at the same time.
His words brought me into the reality, Guru's words reverberated in my mind. I didn't want Guru to harm Jazz. I've to be strong. I gulped the water from my bottle. I can't expect Nyle to not tell him the whole episode. Now I was repenting over my action, but not to try to cuff him. Nyle will tell him and Guru will enrage.
" Bro has created a soft corner in his heart for you, so relax. But he can't tolerate um that kisser's shoes. " Nyle pulled me out of my thoughts.
" He is going to yell at me. " I said with disappointment.
" Nahaa, he's never going to yell at you. Believe me. " He assured me.
My phone rang in my lap. I saw the display, it was flashing " Husband " My heart rate started to beat fasten
" Brother? Thank God, he didn't make a call to me. " Nyle relieved and said, glancing at my phone's display.
Should I answer it, I thought. I took a deep breath and hit the answer.
" Are you okay? Why did it take you so much time to answer it ? " He said with worry and didn't allow me to say ' hello' to him.
" I'm fine. " I tried to sound normal.
" I don't believe it. I want you home now or I can find my route to you. " he assured me.
" No, We're on our way home. " I told him and pressed the end button, before he could say further.
" Here you go. " Nyle offered me tissues. I accepted it from his hand.
He drove in silence. We entered through the main iron door and Guru was pacing in aggravation.
" Oh bloody hell. " Nyle said loud to make me flinch. He stopped the car. Guru speeded toward the car, I was going to open the door, but Guru opened it for me and hoisted me up, didn't allow me to say anything.
" I want you in the library after fifteen minutes. " he snapped at Nyle.
My Heart was hammering inside my body. I was scared, what will he do? He brought me to the library, set me down on the table. It took me back to the memory, when the first time, he picked me up and made me sit on the table. He rested his hands on both sides of mine.
" Tissue could not wipe your tears's track properly. " he told me, touching my face under my eyes, wiping it.
I winced, unable to lie more, " I'm..... um, It's not Nyle's fault, please don't reprimand him. " I said in a low voice, ignoring my gaze to meet with him.
" You think badly of me, han? " He asked.
" No " I nodded instantly, " perhaps he will not go with me out, if you'll scold him." I whispered.
" What is the cause of your tears ? " he bluntly asked me.
" Nothing, it's just water, I didn't cry. " I hesitated to lie to him.
" You are not supposed to lie me. " he retorted.
" I'm not, I don't know what is compelling you to deem this? " I challenged him.
" You are my wife. " he smirked.
" Contracted. " I immediately replied to him.
He halted for a second and fisted his hands, " Fake, contracted, let's clear it today. " he snapped.
He walked away from me, pulled a drawer, searched for something. He carried out a file from it, he paced back at me, " Here, take it. " he handed me a file.
It confused me, why is he presenting me a file.
" Open it. " he said to me in a bossy tone.
I raised my eyelids and met my gaze with him, He wasn't looking furious this time.
He bent down, close to me, " Open it love. " he politely said to me, I was feeling his hot breath on my cheeks.
Sammie used this love word for me. But When Guru said it to me, " It reaches to my heart." I felt butterflies in my stomach.
I broke the stare and opened it. It was our contracted file that I signed before the marriage.
" Did you notice something essential? " He asked me.
" I didn't get it. " I said in confusion, moving my eyes from file to his face. I was ignoring to directly look at him.
He sat beside me and said, " Let me explain it to you. " He grabbed the file from my hands and continued, " You signed it, but don't you think, it needs two people's signature to complete the contract." he asked.
I took it from his hands and checked it carefully. His signature was missing. I couldn't understand this. I was staring at him with puzzlement and astonishingly. I was breathing through my mouth.
" He grabbed the file from me and tore it in the pieces and put the paper's pieces in the water filled jug.
He came closer to me that his nose was touching my left cheek, " Neither fake, nor contracted, YOU ARE OFFICIALLY MY WIFE. " He said the words very carefully to clear it to me. " Now, tell me who's the reason for your tears. " he insisted.
" No one. " I shook my head.
He snuffed a huge amount of the air through his lungs, " You can't cover any single thing from me. " he confirmed this.
I lowered my eyes and fixated them on the ground.
He put his fingers beneath my chin, and lifted it upward, " Look at me. " there was order in his voice. " It's time for you to know the truth, reality of me." He removed his hand, and continued, " How much Janney has delivered information to you about us? " he asked pacing in the library.
I sucked in my breath, " ho... how's you know... ow. " I stammered.
He smirked, " You have an idea, who am I? Do you really wanna put that question to me? He paused for a second. " Yes, I'm a wizard. '' He moved his hand slightly and Every stuff in the room was floating in the air. The table levitated taking me with it. I uttered a cry. I inhaled a shaking breath from my mouth. She used a stick to do magic, I didn't find a stick in his hand. When Janney bewitched, after that she had burnt the whole room, including my twitty and I do not know what he will do? I gulped and was feeling my throat getting dry.
" I'm not merely a wizard. I have such powers, that no one can easily get it, it's rare to have such powers. I'm blessed with these powers and have inherited it from my mom's heritage. " He said, but I found him a bit shocked as he was using his powers for the first time.
He lowered his hand and all stuff sank down with it. " It's saying, my future wife will get a share of my powers. That's the main reason Janney wants to marry me. I want a kind-hearted wife for me. I choose you. Your protection is my priority. " He completed it. I was listening to him perplexedly and looking at him blankly.
He took long strides toward me and placed his hands on both sides of my face and turned my face upward so that I could look at him, " Do you hate me? I didn't give you much choice to say me ' no ' this morning, um, about intercourse. I will never harm you, Do you hate me? " He made eye contact with me and humbly demanded for the answer.
" No, I don't hate you. " I instantly insured him.
" Hey, bro. " Nyle said, coming into the room. He stopped at the door when he saw us, " I should come later. " Nyle said.
He removed his hands from my cheeks, " No, I've got my answers. " He said to Nyle, but was looking at me.
He put his hands on my waist and made me stand on the ground. " We'll talk later. " he whispered to me and kissed me near my lips. I felt butterflies dancing in my stomach.
" You'll not scold him. " I asked, shaking the thoughts away.
He smiled and nodded, " No. "
There are many questions flying in my mind, I require answers of them, I can merely hope. " Okay." I responded and went toward our room
