Hatched, yet to done
Nimah became suspicious of Nathan, she knew something was not right. Nathan would never allow her to come to the resort where his friends would be, if his intentions were positive. He would have told his mother not to send Nimah.
Thus made Nimah very uncomfortable. For Nathan to agree so easily, he must be definitely up to something, but what could be be up to? It was possible that he wanted to humiliate her in front of everyone by telling them she is his maid.
She could not decline ms. Alicia's request, it would make her look ungrateful. She glanced at a wall clock on her left, it was past seven. She needed more time to think of what to do.
Ms. Alicia walked in, she was still on a apron, which meant she was still cooking. Nimah sighed heavily as her stomach guzzled in fear, thinking of what could happen in the next minutes.
"Nimah, why are you still standing there?"
"Mum, I thought of watering the flowers in the garden today. I can see that you are very busy now." She stepped forward.
"No, Nimah. You should not bother, I thought of baking some rolls for Nathan, it is one of his favorite... Will you come join me?"
Nimah heart raced as she remembered she had to go give food to Nathan. What if he was planning some thing evil against her? She would not be able to bear any harassment on her personality.
"What happened, Nimah? You look worried."
"No mum... Let us go." Nimah feigned a smile as she moved on to the kitchen with ms. Alicia.
~~~~~
Nathan got down from a white cab as it came to a halt in front of a place that seemed like a very huge castle with a board at the front of the top house which read Paddington Villa. It looked really good from outside.
The huge beautiful building hovered proudly behind a big black n' gold iron gate which opened after peals of the alarm bell at the gate. He entered gently, waving at the security men.
As he fully stepped in to the compound, he was confronted by a beautiful garden. Short trimmed grass, rectangular beds of flowers, aromatic leaves, and the air, it was scented by the sweet fragrance of several flowers.
He walked on a looping stone path which lead to a threshold. There stood a white marble fountain and bird cages hung from the roof. Further ahead stood the white building, flanked by several trees and bushes gently swaying to the spring breeze.
A tall blonde man was standing with a strikingly handsome face and physique. His blonde hair cascaded down to his broad shoulders and his eyes were a beautiful forest green.
He smiled as he sighted Nathan approaching him and he drew near to him.
With a handshake and hug, the two exchanged pleasantries, laughing as they teased each other.
"Let's no waste time Jayden. The girl will be on her way very soon." Nathan said, tucking his hand into his hand into his pocket and brought out his phone.
"This is her picture and this is how she's dressed today." He gave him his phone, showing him Nimah's images. He explained how he wanted the kidnap would go and what should happen after the kidnap.
"Can I ask you a question, Nathan?" Jayden ran his eyes over the image on the phone before averting his gaze to Nathan.
"Sure! Go ahead." Nathan shrugged as he placed his hand akimbo to listen to Jayden's question.
"Why do you want me to get this beautiful girl out of your life? Can't you see how beautiful she is? You know you can't compare her beauty with Emily's...."
"Shut up!" Nathan yelled jerking down his hand. The word used to describe Nimah sounded like a threat to him. How could Jayden call her beautiful?
Jayden was surprised to see Nathan angry, he had never seen him that upset before to the extent of shuddering.
"What is wrong Nathan? People are watching."
"I don't care, all I want to do is to get rid of her... I will get her out of my life ." Nathan spoke through gritted teeth.
"I know that you don't seem to like her but why? What has she done wrong?" Jayden asked curiously.
"Do not ask me!" He yelled again. "If you cannot do it because she is beautiful then its fine, some one else will definitely do if." Nathan frowned.
"It is not like that, I was only amazed. It's okay, give the concluding details, let me get to work."
"That is what you should have said from the beginning, instead of complimenting her. Anyways, let me give a call to mom to confirm if she has left or not." Nathan took his phone from Jayden. and dialed his mother's number.
"Hello mum."
"Hey Nathan! How are you doing?"
"Mum! I am really famished now. Isn't she coming already?" Nathan asked making his voice sound like he was impatient.
"I am very sorry Nathan, the preparation of the food took longer than I expected. She will be on her way right now, please be patient."
"Alright Mummy, I will be expecting her. And yes! There is a traffic jam at the Silverstein road, you should tell her to take the second route through calvers, okay mum?"
"Sure, she will be there soon." She said and he hung up.
"Very good! As soon as that girl live our house, she will never return no matter what." Nathan grinned.
"What's your next plan, Nathan." Jayden asked, looking into his eyes.
"Everything is going as per my plan. Nimah won't be taking the shortest route which is the Silverstein road, she will have to follow Calver road." He smirked.
"What do you think you are doing? Calver road won't allow me do anything, it is always crowdy, you know?"
"Yes, I do! But Boulder close isn't, is it?"
"What are you trying to say?" Jayden became more curious as he was finding it difficult to understand him.
"The cab she will be taking will have to drop her at the Greenwood's street ." Nathan gesticulated as she spoke. "Nimah will have to trek from Boulder street and that is when you will do your job." He explained.
"You have a very selfless plan. I love it." Jayden nodded.
*********
"Nimah, have you packed the tiffin boxes?" Alicia queried as Nimah came out of the kitchen.
"Yes mum! I will get going as soon as the cab man arrives." Nimah said and sat. Her thoughts drifted back to Nathan. Her heart skipped.
She didn't know what was going to happen to her in the next minutes. She could hear him when he was speaking with his mother, he sounded extremely desperate. Nimah knew she was not safe, but how could she say this to Alicia.
Piimm!
The honk of a cab could be heard from outside the house. Nimah looked out, it was the cab ms. Alicia ordered. Nimah's fear returned and the rate in which her heart beat increased, she was sweating and shuddering.
"Nimah, the cab man is here... Please go quickly, Nathan must be very hungry." Alicia said and Nimah proceeded towards the door.
"Mum, I want to tell you something." Joe ran down the stair case as Kristen ran after him.
"What is it my dear? What happened?"
"It is Kristen... I guess he teamed up with brother to do something bad..."
"What are you trying to say, Joe? Who did something bad and what did Kristen do?"
"Mum, you do not to listen Joe. He is about to tell you lies." She screamed and frowned, trying to stop Joe from speaking.
"You should not be rough with your brother, Kristen. Let him talk." Alicia warned.
"Mum, you know that Kristen usually behave like this when she has done something bad." He stepped forward. "Kristen took some one's picture to brother, and I think Nathan wants to use that picture for something bad."
Nimah froze as she heard Joe, Kristen had came to her for picture some minutes ago. Could it be her picture? Her eyes widened.
"Stop it Joe, don't say such a thing. If Nathan was here, you know what he would have done to you. Get back to your room and not talk about this anymore."
"Mum, I am telling you the truth... Nathan and Kristen are conspiring against some body and Kristen is acting like a pawn." Joe pressed but no one responded.
Nimah stepped out of the house, and got in to the car. Her mind wandering uncomfortably.
"Straight to Greenwood street, before Young Smith's Bakery." She ordered and the driver drive off.
"Nimah is going out of my life forever!!!"
