Chapter 47

After breakfast, Denard was forced to leave because the company needed him again. He hadn't even been able to rest for a long time so he left again.
In the afternoon, I checked my emails. I made sure I got and read the ones sent to me.
Dad also called several times but did not answer. I'm not ready to ask this yet. Even though I already have an answer ready, I don't want to answer first.
I knew he would suspect me especially and the two Monteveros were missing at the same time as I was leaving our mansion.
Even Carolina and Aunty didn't stop calling.
I made sure that the two siblings, who were now in different rooms, were also fed. Thander's room was downstairs while Theron's room was not far from mine on the second floor.
My day passed quickly until nightfall. Exhausted, I was not able to have dinner. When the morning came, Denard still couldn't come home, so I took care of him first.
I told Fred and his staff what they had to do all day because I was leaving to buy what I needed.
After grocery shopping, I had coffee at a coffee shop not far from the mall. While having coffee, the news on TV caught my attention.
The Monteveros are currently looking for Theron and Thander. Rivie burst into tears as the reporter's statement took her. All right, their Mother Theron is with him, it even beats their Mother.
I sighed.
They hired the best investigators in the country. Surely they will immediately see where the two are. I need to hurry to sign them.
With that I left the coffee shop.

"Did they sign the papers?"
"Thander did," I said while playing with the pen.
"And Theron?"
"I'll bring this to him later."
I rested my head in the swivel chair. I'm in the office of the mansion. When I got back earlier, I just mumbled. It just came out to sign it to Thander.
"Bring Fred with you when you talk to him. Later that idiot will hurt you," Denard said on the other line.
"Okay..." I said then swallowed the sense.
That was all I could answer with him. Even though I wanted to refuse, I just let it go.
"What's wrong? We have great news! Thander signed it... But why do you sound sad?"
"I told him I'll free him after and he agreed easily."
"So? That's a normal thing to do. He doesn't have a choice," he said.
"There seems to be something wrong ..."
"You're just thinking too much, Lineah."
"Maybe..." I said then half the wine.
"By the way, I need to go. Take care okay? Bring Fred you."
“Take care,” I said.
I can't understand myself. Thander seemed to agree quickly to what I wanted, he didn't even ask me anything after I told him my condition.
My eyes remained on the papers.
Will Theron sign this?
I sighed. Whatever!
I stood up from the chair and rushed toward his room.
I took a deep breath before opening the door.
Theron and I met eye to eye. He seemed to know I was going to see him. His hands and feet are still tied. But it looks like the clothes she is wearing are new.
"Boyfriend's gone huh? So are you here?"
My eyebrow raised.
"Don't act so jealous, Theron. We both know you just used me. You did this to me too. In fact, I'm even kinder to you." I said then finally entered.
"You're no different, Lineah. You made the same mistakes we did."
"Did you know that Theron was wrong?" I laughed bitterly.
"I knew it after you left ---"
"No! You left me!" I shouted, "You left me like a toy! This line is scratched but it's true ... When you finished playing with me, you threw me away."
I took a deep breath and forced myself to calm down.
"It's not what you think--" I cut him off.
"You don't fucking care about what I think Theron," I said then threw the papers in front of him. "Sign the papers now."
He looked down there. In just a few seconds we thought we were right again.
"I'll sign the papers but not in this way, Lineah. There's another way. We can work this out--"
"Fine! If you don't want to sign, don't! Letse!" he said I then took the papers.
I walked out his room.
Letse! I knew it! He will use the past to not sign the paperwork. You won't be fooled again Theron ... No matter how many times you say no, I will do everything just to get me back.
I have failed to sign papers with him for three days. I've been drinking for two nights, just like today.
Denard never came here again because the problem with the company was not over.
I sighed.
I glanced at the papers on the table. I close my eyes after sipping the wine.
I don't want to add to Denard's problem. Theron had to sign it.
I picked up the document on the table and headed to Theron's room.
I didn't bother to knock on the door. I went straight into his room.
My eyebrow raised when our eyes met.
Isn't this one asleep yet?
It's midnight. Anyway ... he'd better be awake so he can sign this document. It's hard if I wake him up.
His eyes are sleepy and he seems so tired.
He looked down at the papers I was holding.
"I'm not gonna sign it," he said.
I rolled my eyes and said, "I know."
"Then why are you still standing there?"
"Why did you leave me Theron?"
His forehead furrowed but he didn't seem surprised by my question.
I sat next to it without taking my eyes off him.
"Answer me Theron..." I said while caressing her smooth and soft cheek.
I looked down at his chest. Until now I can still feel the elegance of his hard pressure on my chest or sometimes on my back.
I just realized myself caressing that.
"Hmmm..."
I sighed and rested my head on his shoulders.
Doesn’t he need it? He was sitting and leaning his back against the headboard of the bed. His hand was still tied behind his back.
I gazed at him. My eyes are heavy, must be because of the wine.
I sighed as I stared at his gorgeous face. Even though his eyes are deep and his hair is messy, he is still very handsome.
"Handsome monster..." I murmured.
Monster in bed...
"Are you drunk?" he asked.
I nodded and said, "And horny."
I looked down at its lip. I didn't waste another second.
I tossed the document I was holding to the side.
I claimed his lips while straddling on his lap. He responds with a slow and deep kiss.
I glance at the documents scattered on the floor as we kiss.
Maybe the company can wait …
