"What did they escape?"
My heart raced and my mind couldn't process what I heard. I almost fell just to get to Theron's room. The staff seemed to part when they saw me.
The only thing I found was the rope that was still used to tie him and the document on the bed. I immediately picked it up.
My gaze remained there.
He signed the documents.
I fell on the bed, I closed my eyes tightly while the midwife of my senses.

"Where's Thander ?!"
"M-ma'am, I also escaped ..."
My ear seems to be throbbing. "Are you kidding me ?! Escaped? How did they escape?"
No one tried to speak.
"How did they escape from you ?! How many of you are guarding! They are the only two. Why did you still escape ?!" I said as I stared at them intently.

"We thought you were inside so we didn't go in."

"How about the other one? I didn't go there so how did he escape?"
"I'm not sure ma'am But it looks like they planned the escape."
"How could they even plan that when I put them in separate rooms?"
They scratched their heads, "I'm sorry ma'am, they look like they're fighting."
"What ??" What kind of fight is this one referring to ?!

"I won't let this pass, I'll tell Denard about it. Get out!"
I dropped the body on the soft bed. I lifted the papers, my gaze fixed on Theron's signature.
"I'll sign the documents if you let me finish."
He signed it ...
He let me get Salvatore Corporations.
I close my eyes tightly. I took a deep breath. I rubbed my palm on my face, condensed milk! Theron's smell remained on the bed! You don't have perfume. But why does he smell like perfume?

I heave a deep sigh.
I looked around. There is nothing broken or anything sharp here so how did the rope come loose?

"It's alright Denard, I will book a flight to Manila tonight."
"Call me and I'll fetch you."

When I arrived at the airport in manila, he met me immediately.
"Aunty?"
"How was the vacation?"
He glared at me. "Why didn't you go on vacation?"

I took out the cellphone and immediately typed. I tried to call Dad but he's not answering his phone.

Until I got home I was restless.
"What's wrong with you Lineah? Earlier foam was circling. I thought you had no sleep?"
"I can't contact Dad, Aunty."
“Maybe it just came in,” she said.
Or he is captured. Damn it ...

I sighed and turned to her.

Tyang won't really stop until he knows why I'm like this.

"I'll call the police because maybe that's what happened to Dad--" I was cut off by a familiar voice.
"What will happen to me?"
"Dad!" I screamed and rushed towards him.
I wrapped my arms around him. I breathed a sigh of relief. Dad is fine and okay.
I thought he was going to disappear ...
I thought Montevero had taken him.
I hugged Dad tighter. I won’t let them get Theron and use him against me.
"What is happening? Just entering, I can already hear your voices."
"Nothing Dad...I just ... I thought you're gone," I said.
"And where am I going? You left here. Did you miss me?"
"Yes Dad." I smiled and hugged him tighter.
"Your son must have missed you because that's what he's thinking ... If I didn't know that, I'd think he did something bad."
