"Tell me what do we do now?" I said to sufy who stood behind me. "dance" sufy said with great sarcasm in his tone.

"I am serious sufy, there's no time" I said to sufy And he rolled his eyes.

"your dad told us to wait here so that's what we are gonna do" sufy said.

"No we can't" I said "we need to save her before new year right?, well time is not on our side" I added and he nodded.

"alright we'll save her but you need to follow my lead" he said and I muttered a yeah.

"Come, make sure your body does not make contact with any object" he said and I Gave him a nod as I followed his lead to where he directed me to.

He led me into a room that had nothing in it, no door, not even a single object in sight "where are we?, is this a joke?" I asked and he sighed.

"You talk too much, Are you ready to see Something extraordinary?" He asked in a whisper and I nodded. "Come" he added and I walked slowly towards him and we both walked towards where a statue was placed.

"What is that?" I asked as soon as we both stood in front of the statue which was an X.

"Are you ready?" He asked instead and I nodded.

"Hold my hand" he said and I gave him a questionable look before holding unto his hand.

"In one, two, three, Go" with that said by sufy who pushed the statue I found my self vanishing into thin air and appearing in a place which looked strange and scary.

"S...s...sufyan" I hugged him immediately I saw the place which I stood. "Where is this place?" I asked.

"Calm down, its a place in PHU that can only be gotten to through that statue. I guess you underestimated the benj brothers" he said and I nodded.

"How will my dad find us now?" I asked and he sighed.

"He will find us" Sufy said and I furrowed my brows.

"Didn't You say this place can only be gotten to through black magic?" I asked and he nodded.

"When making some research, I found out that your dad knows about the benj brothers through saafa's dad who happened to be his best friend, your dad is ISD right?" He said and i nodded unknowingly.

"Yeah that's his initials, Ibrahim suraj Danbaba" I said and he gave me a nod.

"Heza promise me you'll run whenever I ask you to" Sufy said.

"Why?, what will happen?" I asked.

"I can't tell you. I just want you to know that I can never leave without you" he cupped my cheeks.

"Huh?" I furrowed my brows.

"Just make sure you run if I ask you to" he said and I nodded and he smiled at me affectionately.

"Let's go" he said and we both began walking. "Why are they allot of trees?" I asked.

"I told you, it's an extraordinary place. Trust me I was also as terrified as you when I was brought here at 4 years old" he said.

"Wow you've been in this for so long" I said and he nodded.

"Shuh!" He placed his hand on my lips.

"Over there is where saafa and the others are being held" he said and I nodded. He pointed at a direction which looked like a river, this was one scary place indeed.

"What do we do?" I whispered.

"To stop the sacrifice. We'll have to break the golden calabash which the bloods of people who were previously sacrificed are filed with" he said.

"And where is the golden calabash?" I asked.

"It's on Tariqs neck!" He said.

"I don't grab, on his neck?" I asked.

"Yeah, right now is not time for conversations. Let's go in and create a distraction and I know just what that will be" He said.

"What?" I asked and I found myself being thrown into a room where a bunch of people dressed in black stood.

"You stupid girl!" I felt Sufy Grabbing my hand roughly. "I found her snooping Arround here" he said.

"What is all..." Before he could complete his statements his eyes landed on me.

"Leave my sister alone" Tariq said with anger emitting in his voice.

"Your sister?" Sufy asked. He was indeed a great actor.

"Let her go, kamal take my sister from him before he hurts her" with that said by Tariq, kamal immediately came into view and grabbed my hand.

"They were right" I found myself saying while slapping kamal In the process.

"You all betrayed me" I couldn't believe my eyes. My own brother is a cultist. I know I had pretended to believe in other to see if they weren't lying and they truly weren't.

"You, I'm disappointed" I said while walking slowly towards my brother. I felt my heart pounding in pain. My own brother is a cultist.

"Heza..." Sufy held my hand but I shut him a deadly glare and he immediately let go of my hand.

"You are a monster" I landed a tight slap on Tariqs face and it hit him by suprise.

"Why did you kill him!?" I yelled.

"Because he killed mum, I avenged her death" he said which earned him another hot slap from me.

"You are a fool!. How could you take maters into your hand, why did you join all this?!" I yelled. Everyone in the room stood put, watching the great show before their eyes. It was indeed a show to record.

"That's none of your business, and as for you sufyan. You've broken a rule and you shall pay for it with your life" Tariq said in a venomous tone. This man before my eyes wasn't my brother. He is a monster.

"Kamal hold her" he yelled at kamal who immediately cut hold of me while pointing a gun to my head.

"If you move I'll shoot saafa" he glanced over at a direction which I also trailed my eyes to. I saw saafa and some other people tied up. Saafa looked at me with great hope in her eyes with tears cascading down.

"I'll save you don't worry!" I yelled and saafa nodded.

"Trojan kill Sufy now" Tariq ordered and a man holding an AK forty seven Gun stood before Sufy.

"Do you think I am scared of death?" Sufy said to Tariq.

"I am not at all, infact death is a way for me to escape this horrible world. Shoot me now" Sufy ordered.

"Don't worry I'll Make your death is slow and painful I promise" Tariq said. I couldn't let that happen of course so immediately hit Kamal on the guts and grabbed his gun that fell.

"And I'll kill you before that happens"I pointed the gun at the Trojan.

"Heza you are being childish. Drop the gun" Tariq said.

"You know what, its me I should shoot. Tariq break the calabash on you neck now or else I'll shoot myself"
