Chapter 14 The truth

"You may be willing, but I am not!"
I brushed off the queen's hand and locked eyes with Akhenaten. From the moment I drew out the dagger and started to act, I had no reservations. Furthermore, this was a feudal and enslaved person society.
"You rebellious girl!"
"Do you deserve to be called father?"
Since I was going to lose my dignity, there was no harm in both of us getting hurt. I fiercely vent my anger. Akhenaten violently pushes me away and raises the knife. The queen tightly grabs onto my hand, tears in the corners of her eyes:
"Don't do this. It's all my fault..."
Akhenaten also calms down and closes the knife. What she said next shattered my common sense.
The queen said,
"My poor Ankhesen, you are not his daughter.
"You are...you are...
"My illegitimate daughter."
