Chapter 51

The friend is lazy to speak.
The feather stood up as if threatening him. He also thinks that he didn't know that he kissed Devon. It was swallowed. He's dead now. He just needs to shut up and forget what he did to Devon.
No one even remembers it. "L!" he calls the distant friend. It stopped but was unable to face further.
"You told me a while ago, that vampires aren't just one mates. You've also told me that not only Devon is your mate but there are many more. Vampires are destined with many creatures around. So don't claim Devon as yours now, dude. She doesn't even know you and already has a lover. Just give up on her, L. " long explanation of it. He didn't know what L's reaction was because it turned away. But he just kept walking again as if Stan hadn't said anything to him.
Stan shook hands with his friend. He just doesn"t want to hurt the friend when it comes to love. He knows that in the first place, L. Devon and Crush love each other.
Stan teleported back to his tent to sleep. He's too tired for today. Then the graffiti on his handsome face increased. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.
Meanwhile, L teleported to Main, to the Healing Building. Where his mate Devon is confined.
And when he went inside of Devon's room, no one's guarding her. And she saw Devon peacefully sleeping. It came over and sat down next to her bed.
He caressed the girl's cold and soft face. Its scattered hairs are set aside. Next, his hair was stroked.
His face expression changed to worried one.
He looked at the girl's wrist and his red string was still there. But it's just weaker.
He"ll admit, Stan"s word hit him. Among his other mates, Devon is the weakest red string. And he won"t let them lose their bond.
He looked at Devon's face. What a breathtaking view.
He will find a solution so that he can have the girl and remove the bond of his other mates with others.
He met those mates of him. Two here in Lund, Two in the world of mortals, and one in the Underwold Pit.
He didn't even know why it had to have five mates. Ah, it's because it's in the law of vampires. But for him, he only wants one.
And he will prove to all his mates that Devon is the one he will present to the parent.
He kissed her forehead then teleported back to camp. He didn't want to leave the girl, but it wasn't the right time for them to face each other. He did not want to confuse the girl with her decision.

Devon Solaire's POV
DAWN
Time check, 3:00 A.M.
"Faster, Devon !!"
"Faster !!!"
"Do the push up, 30 times !!"
"You're slow !! Is that what you learned from them ?!"
"Good! One minute break!"
I sharply inhaled and sat up because of fatigue. I let out a big sigh and turned a blind eye. After I was maconfine in HB was straight training immediately with Papa. My last training.
It's about magic but I'm not really happy with how Papa practices. For me his student, hayst.
"One minute done ?! Warm up again, Devon. Let's get started !!" he shouted again which made me wink. I haven't even had a drink yet? Geez.
I sighed and stood up then started to warm up. We started really early so that there would be no disturbance. He's pertaining to Tita's and Tito. Especially mama, he knows that Papa will make me suffer and I really agree with mama, hayst.
"Get back to your senses, Devon Evo !! Let's start !!"

A few hours later ....
MORNING
Time check, 6:00 A.M.
"Well done !!"
My body collapsed on the grass due to fatigue and pain in my body. Another wound again. Good thing, the healers here are professional and they can even release the scar.
I saw Dad step aside and lie down as well. We're looking at the sky. Clouds are slowly disappearing and the sun shines brightly.
"What did you learn for today?" his introduction. I sighed and didn't bother to look at him.
"Many tactics and such." I answer gently.
"Good"
Silenced build between us.
"Papa ..." I blurted out.
"Mmm?"
"How do you meet Mama?" I curiously asked and looked at him. He shortly glanced at me and look up the sky again. We were in the Moon Forest for training.
"I met your mother on the Moon Forest. Not in up here, but down there. Main was not floating a while ago. She's unconsciously fainted, lying on the grass, beside her was a bunch of growing moon flowers everywhere." his introduction. I was amazed.
"She was thrown up here and abandoned those acting parents of her. And then, I find out that she's also poisoned because her face pale suddenly became pale" I sat down and thought deeply. Did Papa mean that her 'world' pertaining to Mortal World? And those 'acting parents' of mama? How cruel they are.
"That poisoned was different." he added so I turned to Dad.
"Ohh. It was like Mama was the Sleeping Beauty and your the prince who will save her by a kiss.By thinking of that, how romantic" I complimented and giggled.
He immediately patted my forehead. "Yah!" I moaned and teased him then stroked his forehead.
"Tsk! It's not romantic, it's tragic." he corrects which my lips pity.
"She almost died. Fortunately, I took her to the hospital right away. And that's all we started" he said and stood up then shook. It held out its hand so I took it and helped it stand up.
I also shook and stretched. Such a tiring morning. I'm hungry too.
We decided to go back to HB to bathe, eat and treat me again. I still have to pick up Dush.
"Papa, when will the royalties training end?" I asked gently and simply while looking at the road.
"I think, they are done yesterday and now they are going home. They are on the way, why?" my heart pounded at what I heard. They will go home, I will see them, I will see him. I must prepare and surprise him.
"Your smiling, my daughter. Care to share what's on your mind?" I immediately turned to Dad and frowned at him.
"Uhh ... nothing" I calmly answered and give him an assuring smile. But it just stopped walking so I stopped too.
One of its eyebrows was raised and it looked like someone wanted to know. I was swallowed up in no time.
"Your smile differs from the others you used to be. Tell me, Is there someone can make you happy and smiled like that?" my lips parted and my palms suddenly sweated. Papa is keen.

"Do you have a lover or a boyfriend, Devon Evo?"
Hayst. That just kept happening in my mind. I didn't even answer my dad. I am taking a shower and have already been stunned.
"It's okay if you can't tell, it means you're not sure for your feelings"
I just closed my eyes tightly as I felt the water falling on me. Papa's words hit me. I'm not sure about my feelings? Does he mean, I'm not sure about Crush either? Arggh.
The more I think Crush, the more I missed him. I was still wondering what I would surprise him with.
I turned off the shower and wiped my body then wrapped a towel around my hair. I also put on the clothes and went out of the bathroom. I'm here at our dorm.
Mom and I are welcome in their dorm but I resist. It's embarrassing if I add more.
I already wore simple clothes. A gray hoodie jacket and ripped jeans. I also paired figlia shoes.
I combed my hair first and then thought deeply.
What time will they come? I need to take Dush first since I've been treated before.
I first blinower my hair and then tie it, then put on my round mirror and watch as well as my sling bag.
Off to go!
I took the dorm key and turned the crank then opened it. But I didn"t expect who came up with the opposite of it.
My eyes immediately widened. It's been a while since I saw him. I also heard voices inside the building. They have come, he has come.

"Congratulations to all of us !!" Blessary shouted and cheered for everyone. I shouldn't be part of this fun.
They raised their glasses and drank from each other. I just drank mine too.
We are here on the rooftop of the Healing Building. Having fun. Heaven, Courtney, Emerald and Savannah are with me and naki enjoy. Also here are Wyeth, Sin, Scale, Hunter, Rein, Art, Jales, Novel, Hafirsa, Sapphire, Blessary, Shawn and Crush.
I just leaned on the side of the rooftop guide while holding the glass of juice and looking at them.
I sighed.I can see each of them improved a lot. The colors of their hair and eyes changed, even those who hunted spirits became stronger and changed as well. They also seem to have fought back.
Well, even though nothing has changed in me atleast I have learned a lot. I just can't keep up with their fun because the one in front of my dorm earlier is still bothering me. Hey.
I just shook my head and ignored what happened and then turned my attention to my colleagues.
"Hopefully .... we will win the war and we will still be whole. Especially since we have increased by four!" Said Blessary referring to my four comrades
Dush is here too. It turns out that Crush took them to HB. They even set up such an event.
My plan to surprise Crush is gone. He even changed a bit. If you used to greet me, now it's not like that. He just greeted me and then passed. Did I think we were? Why does it seem like I'm the only one who assumes? Crush gave the chick to Blessary when he asked. Then the name was changed.
Blush. That's the chick's new name.

"Cheers !!"
"A penny for your thoughts" I immediately turned to the one next to me and it was Shawn. The time since we talked.
My thoughts deepened because I didn't even notice Shawn approaching.
"W-nothing. I'm just tired" I lied then drank.
"Tsk! Did you meet him? Stan Yeon" he said. I turned to my colleagues. They are eating now and are still laughing and talking.
"It's not him ....." I answered almost in a whisper. He nodded and drank the juice he was holding.
"Why don't you have fun there?" when I change the topic and look at him and sigh.
He looked at me. His famous grin plastered on his lips. "You're sad. I'll feel sorry for you"
"I .... Hayst .... I'm fine"
He placed the glass in teresa's guide and I was surprised when he took my glass and touched both my shoulders. I looked at him with a frown.
"It's hard to fight destiny, Devon" I was even more surprised as he hugged me. It was as if I had been knocked to the ground. It was as if no one was seeing us and not being noticed on the side.
Its embrace was tighter. Shawn's hug, was familiar. I just leaned myself on his chest and responded with a hug.
"Thank you ...." I whispered while bowing my head. I pressed my head even tighter on him and hugged him even tighter. I feel warmed and safe in his arms. I closed my eyes and sighed heavily.
I feel like I want to break down but it's embarrassing if here. We might get noticed or have fun.
I was just hurt by the way Crush treated me. Maybe we"re just innovating with each other. Or maybe it's just me ......
"Take care" I frowned as he whispered coldly and his voice was husky. I even felt it kiss my mound.
Why Shawn acting so different now? I could do nothing but nod and let go of his hug. It also came loose and it seemed like there was no intention to release me.
When I opened my eyes, I saw nothing. Shawn is gone. I rolled my eyes but he was no longer here on the rooftop. The speed he lost?
I took a deep breath and picked up the glass in the guide. He was there too. I smiled. Somehow he eased my mood.
I approached them and sat down next to Rein who was single eating a whole lechon chicken.
"Oh Devy!" he greeted and offered to eat. I stung a little and blew up.
"Nice. You're quiet now ah" he noticed. I took the lechon again and fired.
"Don't you icocongrats me?"
"......"
"Ansama mo" its snout and eat again.
"I'll just greet you when the war is over. You'll see the improvement of a Lunaphile" I said gently and bit the meat again and fired. It looks like it even stopped sucking and looked at me.
"You're right ..." I heard him say. I just nodded and ate some food.
"Devy ..."
"Mmm?"
"Did you dye your hair?" I stopped chewing and looked at him then frowned.
It sucked my hair. "Because your hair is gray. It used to be black, wasn't it?" This question is puzzling. I took a few strands of my hair untied. Basa kasi kanina.
I stared at my hair and she was right. My hair color is ash gray. "How come?" I ask here.
"I should be the one to ask, how come?" its really backward question.
I thought and continued chewing. Could it be because of my training?
"I don't know" I just answered and didn't say the reason. He just nodded and didn't look back. We were eating quietly at a round table when Hafirsa and Heaven sat down with food. Pasta.
"Uyyy .... They're alone" Heaven teased and shuddered. I frowned at him.
"Alone? Shunga, Duo calls us" Rein corrected and glared at Heaven.
"Devon ohh !!" Heaven complained and pout.
"Ampanget you!" Rein was still blocking, Heaven immediately looked at it
"Did you notice Shawn?" Hafirsa was suddenly silent. I immediately looked at him looking around.
"Because he crushed Shawn so he's looking for" Rein re-realtalked so he tasted the nape from Heaven.
"Aray! Why are you stoning, heaven ?!"
"You're too talksh*t" Heaven replied and grinned.
It was as if my tongue receded at the fact that he had been here before.
"Nah. He hasn't come here yet. Something is being taken care of" Crush suddenly replied to our conversation. We looked at each other, I immediately avoided the tin and drank the juice. He pulled up a chair then stood next to me.
Hafirsa was disappointed and just ate. But it's impossible that Shawn didn't come, he hugged me before
"Looks like I saw him, earlier?" I'm not sure.
"Maybe it's just your imagination" Crush replied. I looked at him. "I never imagining"
"Really?" he teased. There are other points.
I narrowed my eyes at him.
"Hey! Your looks!" Rein grabbed my attention so I immediately avoided looking at Crush.
"Not really?" assurance of Hafirsa. Heaven and Rein shook their heads.
"Really?"
"Yes" said Heaven
"Hey !! Did you see Shawn Aaron? !!" Rein shouted at them.
They immediately shook but Sapphire and Novel's evil stare at me could not escape my sight.
The fun of the afternoon is over. It's really good and nothing is being done now.
He told them to go home and Crush and I left because he had something to say.
She smiled and immediately hugged me. I was surprised at what he did. He immediately let go of the hug and took my hand.
"Let's get married, Devy" I was stunned by what he said.
"In the few days we won't meet, I know you'll agree so I decided to keep you" I couldn't paint my face with what he was saying.
"Are you .... crazy?"
It looked at me seriously. "I'm crazy inlove with you, so be mine, officially"
Earlier I was stunned on the ceiling and confused by what was happening. I didn"t answer what Crush said so he would wait for my answer, twice.
What bothers me the most is Shawn and what happened earlier when I opened the door.
Good thing, my colleagues are asleep.
If it wasn't for Shawn I would have hugged earlier. Who isn't, that creature?
I was immediately horrified and the incident seemed to pop into my brain earlier.
** FLASHBACK **
When I opened the door, Crush's face was immediately what I first thought, but it wasn't.
My eyes widened in shock when I saw him again. He's wearing a white plain t-shirt and black jogging pants. He's wearing white shoes. The elegance of this young man is obvious. He's tall and his perfect figures. From head to toe. Its masculine scent lingers in my nose and is mesmerizing.
Its wet white hair messy and obviously just bathing.
His presence shouts danger. His dominance and awra is intimidating. Its red eyes seemed to absorb my soul.
I could not speak immediately and it was as if something was stuck in my throat.
It's ....
It's the white haired guy. What is he doing here? Will it make any money? Or am I really intentional?
"Uhm ...." I can't find my words either. I immediately averted my eyes because I could already feel the weakness of my knee.
Even before my brain processed what was happening, it suddenly pulled me and hugged me.
I was honest and shocked at what he did. My heartbeat got stronger as if it wanted to come out.
I don"t know what to do. I was blanked and carried away in his cold embrace.
Its embrace with me was even tighter. I don"t feel pain the way he hugs me but it makes me feel safe in his arms.
His hugged and scent was familiar. I just can"t remember where and when.
'Can you hug me, too?'
Someone spoke to my mind. Telepathy. It is him?
I don"t know but my hands moved spontaneously and hugged him back. There is a part of me that seems to miss him for some unknown reason. But why?
