Chapter 59

One by one I fired the arrow until it was exhausted all around him.
"Kyaahhh !!" it was too late when someone suddenly sailed up to me and ran away. I let go of my weapon and removed the hoodie of my cloak.
"It's you!" annoyed its salt and released a fire ball.I immediately held its hand tightly.
"What gin--"
What he was going to say was cut short when he became an ice statue. I pushed its statue so it broke and sat down then shook myself and took the weapon.
There are only a few opponents and Tito Klaus and Tita Desseri are consuming them.
I ran towards Papa who was turning around and talking to the one in the gold cloak, I wondered what his role was, I saw him twice in the dining hall and now here.
"Dad," I approach. They turned their attention to me.
"My dear." Dad said immediately and hugged me. I was surprised at first but also reacted and smiled.
"Groar !!" we immediately let go when we heard Fenrir's growl. He's showing his white and sharp teeth to Tita Desse and Tito Klaus who are alert.
"Fenrir," I called him. He looked at me, I motioned for him to come over and he followed.
"Is he your pet?" Dad asked behind me. It's probably wrinkled on the forehead.
When I got close, I immediately stroked its feathers. Only now have I noticed that Fenrir is up to human height.
"He's my friend, Pa." I answered and looked at him.
"You look close, ah?" Tito Klaus asked. I kissed him.
"Where's your mother, Devon?" Dad asked immediately.
"She left--" I immediately interrupted what I was about to say realizing everything. Starting to explode, when I get here, geez! It was only a trick!
"Fenrir, let's go!" I immediately said and got on, it ran right away. I even heard them call my name but I didn't pay attention to it.
When I got to the forest I was relieved and overjoyed to see my mom with CRUSH.
I would have called his name but I was surprised by what he suddenly did.
She covered Mama's nose with a handkerchief until she fainted. Four familiar lunaphiles appeared to me. Blessary, Sapphire, Rein, and Savannah. Rein picked up my mom and Sapphire made a portal.
They entered there and the two surrendered. Crush and Blessary.
They talked until Blessary wrapped her hand around Crush and kissed him. He replied and it even touched his waist.
Then he entered the portal and the portal disappeared immediately.
I've done nothing but to watched and let everything happened.
My mind went blank. I was stunned by what I saw.
My feet seemed to have a mind of their own and I went down to Fenrir then went to where they flirted before.
Is my presenced ignored to them? Or did they just not see me?
I sighed, deeply. And slowly closed my eyes.
Fenrir whispered softly. Probably don't know what he's trying to say.
I felt numb. I can't cry now. I feel mixed emotions but I don't know what to prioritize.
My feelings? Or my Mama?
I need to prioratize Mama, first.
My tears doesn't deserved them.
I opened my eyes but all I could see was darkness. And then I realized, I was blindfolded again.
Someone hugged me tightly. His scent was familiar to me so I really knew who is it.
I rested myself on his chest and closed my eyes. As my tears starts flowing down my cheeks.
"M-mate ..." my voice broke down. He hugged me even more and kissed my buttocks.
"D-Did I deserve this? Is t-this my karma?" I rattle the question and sniff.
He's listening.
"D-Do you know where broken hearts go?" I tried to broke a joke but it didn't work. I'm still crying, my heart was shattered into pieces.
"B-Because it really hurts ...... I was f-fooled. B-by the people surround me."
"I feel like, I am dying inside. I can't handle this so much pain."
Flashback: Extra
(Devon and Savannah's open forum; a flashback)
"Devon?"
"Hmmm?"
"Why is there a red spot on your neck? It looks like a big mosquito has bitten you"
I rolled my eyes at what he said.
"Ah, yes. I was bitten by a big mosquito while I was waiting for food to open." I ride and sneeze.
"You said 'Big mosquito', you mean only one mosquito did that?" he asked with mixed doubts.
"Y-yes. I let that mosquito bit me. Apart from being hungry, the mosquito was also hungry so I let it go." I'm still sorry.
It looked at me in disbelief. "I didn't know you cared about mosquitoes. Weird." he replied and closed the book he was reading.
"Be honest," I looked at him again and nodded.
"Huh?"
"You are not a careless lunaphile as far as I know, instead of ignoring 'that mosquito thingy' you will be slapped that to death. I know the difference between a mosquito bite and a lunaphile bite, Devon." its serious utterance. She caught me.
"And what are you pointing to?"
"Don't play innocent, Devon. I know you know what's on your neck." she said, trying to confess me out. I smirked at her.
"You've hitted the first sentence, Traitor." I mocked. She just scoffed at me and rolled her eyes.
But the marealize's eyes stopped and gradually widened what I had said earlier.
"W-What?"
"You. A traitor. At first, I thought you're just a busy lunaphile, but I doubted you at the Moon Festival and even more doubted Emerald's statement that you would give Heaven in exchange for Spirit Evo's help in MA " I explained. It was silent and the lips were still parted. She didn't expect that to come out of my mouth.
"Are you--"
"Don't play innocent, Savannah." I repeated on her words. "I'm late."
His lips moved as if he had more to say but he chose to remain silent and take a deep breath.
"I am. I'm a traitor" he confessed. I stared at him. She just confessed honestly.
I'm also expecting that she will deny it. But, no. She just did!
It settled down and looked at me seriously. "I'm one of the traitor, you're right. But I have my reasons why I joined on the other side." its response.
My eyes twinkled and I estimated what he was saying.
"I don't joined to our enemies side because of power, fame or any st-pid things that will benefit me. They threatened me, Devon." further explanation of it. I cringed my forehead.
"Threatened?"
She nodded and heaved a sigh. "Threatening is one of their options to gather informations. At first, they sent me notes, I thought its was just a prank or joke so I ignored it. And then, they've started to send me notes written with my secrets. When I did not agree to their request to spy on the Heal Building. They will use my weakness and secrets to control me. " her voice broke down, her tears are falling on her cheeks as she begin to sobs.
"I didn't want to be a traitor in the first place." she continued.
"Why are you saying this to me?"
She wiped away her tears then sniffed.
"Help me get out of her hands, Devon."

(Devon and Leader Lunox plan: a flashback)
"Then prove it." he challenged me to cry.
"First of first, I want to hear from you that you trust me and my plan."
It stared at me for a few seconds and checked my face to see if I was joking or not.
And then, he sighed in defeat and slowly nod. "I trust you."
I held my breath and smiled at him sparingly. "Good to know. Now, we will talk about the plan."
It leaned on teresa's guide and looked at me seriously. "What's the plan, Gievho--"
"Devon."
"Err-- Right. So what's the plan?"
"You need to fall and your kingdom, Leader Lunox." I calmly said. The cold breezes blew between us. His eyes became cold as Ice as he stared at me blankly.
"Forget the trust. Bye." my eyes widened at what he said.
He turned around and was about to take a step but I kicked my foot to freeze both of his feet.
"You don't understand. Let me explain you. Clearly." I asked. Even with my back turned I feel it doubts whether I will listen or not.
I removed the icing on his feet then sighed. He remained silent and not facing me. It's time to speak.
"She's playing games with you, Leader Lunox. It's rounding your head through the M.A. -branded death threats you receive. We need to act according to her plan." I explained. It turned to me and folded.
"So, I need to fall down and let 'her' ruin everything?" he repeated. I immediately nodded.
"Besides, you should be a hostage too. Not only you but everyone here at M.A. He's chasing your crown. I don't think he'll touch you when he sees nothing important in you." I still reply.
"My crown is priceless and valuable. God Zeus wore this crown on his decades."
"If that's the case, my plan will be work." I said in assuring one.
"And what's the next move when we become captives?" he asked.
"Then act genuine. I'm sure she will reveal herself and tell her plans. That's the villains do. Someone will be left here in the Main to be your supposed savior, and then, that's when the real war will begin." my end. Leader Lunox smirked.
"In summary, we will trick that villain and arrest her."
"Excellent, Leader Lunox! You've got the point of my plan!" I commented.
He grinned and stared at me, frowning at me, but I just ignored him.
"The villain had a spy inside the Main. Someone had to pretend to be with them.
"How?"
"We need all the councilors to act except Councilor Alpha Uno. When the councilors get the inside of the enemy, they can spy on their fort within these few days. We will demolish their fort and them." I explain more.
"How about the Academy?"
He asked again. I took a deep breath before speaking. "We will let it fall, too. We will lose to them first. And get the real motive. And the signal that we will fight will be when your acting saviors arrive."
"Noted." he said and let's get organized. "I will tell your creative plan to them." it added.
"One more thing, Leader Lunox." I'm holding back from turning around properly.
Just look at it. "Please don't tell everyone the plan. Please tell me the plan you think is trustworthy." please. He just nodded and continued walking but stopped.
"Do you encounter the rainbow haired girl?" he asked as he turned around and frowned at me. "Yes."
"Her name is Celestia. She said she's the elemental spirit, one of the major spirits. She begged infront of me to help her and her companions. What do you think?"
My eyes were in total of shocked. That's why she's kinda familiar when I saw her face. I saw her on the book I've had read.
"The answer must come from you, Leader. By the way, can you give this to my father" I said after I composed myself in shocked. And gave the paper — which I should have given a long time ago. That's an important information about the villain. He took it. How can a major spirit need help from Leader Lunox?
"Then my answer is 'you'."
"I beg your pardon?" I seemed deaf to his answer. Why me? All of a sudden?
"I know you can help them, lady. I have many burdens to carry so I had to passed it on you. Bye." He then left me disbelief and dumbfounded.
Little did Leader Lunox know that I have to guard Kia and Julliet that requested from my two tita's. And then now, hayst.
I closed my eyes and feel the cold breezes of wind.

My spirit awoke to a voice that bothered me again. I slowly opened my eyes and was still a bit sore at first. I was greeted by the dim light coming from the small chandellier.
I blinked and wondered why I was asleep and lying down now.
I saw him, with my mama. With my so-called 'friends', and then, they've kissed. Kidnapped mama and they vanished with the help of portal. I cried. Mate was there and hugged me. I passed out.
I sighed deeply in frustration. I think maybe that's just part of the plan, that they just did that. But not.
It was true. They are the traitors.
Wait, where's Fenrir?
I got up and sat down then examined the rest of the room. It's not mine.
I got up and left the room. Open my office. Though, it's not like that office because it has a mini living room, bedroom for one, mini kitchen and dining room. But there is no door. I stared at the large mirror that saw the outside where it was dark. I walked over there and looked at the view.
A wide and dark sea welcomed me down there, a bit smoky too. I don't have a transparent star or moon. The clouds are dark, too. It looks like rain.
The headmaster office is nowhere to be found so what place is this?
I turned to the left and saw the Newborns school. The other Moon Academy. It still looks the same, ruined and broken.
I sighed as I roamed my eyes around. It's 7:03 in the evening when I saw the wall clock ticking. My eyes went to Hm's table.
My foot spontaneously walked there and took the varnished rectangular wood, I read what was written there.
'Luther Cleasby'
Headmaster
I have a guess who this Luther is. Maybe, the one that wore a gold cloak? It's possible, right? Kase everyone knows that the Headmaster is mysterious. Maybe, he is.
I just stared until my stomach hurt. I approached the mini dining room and there was a sticky note with a letter on it.
I picked it up and read.
'Hello, sweetie! Eat your lunch first. Then follow us to the Underworld Pit, okay? Don't worry, Fenrir ate a lot and he knows wher UP is. You have also clothes on the paperbag where you'd slept. Take care! '
I sighed. That's explain why I am alone here. They were already there. I guess the fight war was already started. I opened the tray and the cooked rice and chicken curry opened up to me.
I ate and then washed the dishes. I went back to the room where I was lying and there was a black paperbag there. I took that inside the bathroom and started doing my routine.
Minutes passed when I and everyone were done. I'm ready to leave and to reach the ongoing war. I hope the rain won't fall on our way.
Wearing a white turtle neck with long sleeve and above the knee, a pair of white doll shoes and my gold cloak. My hair has turned white and I have done a braided crown style.
I went out of the room and looked at the clock first. 7:57 P.M.
I'm ready. But where do I go out?
My question on my mind immediately answer when the different but unique door popped infront of me. It is covered with vines and has small flowers.
This must be the entrance and exit of this mysterious office. I grabbed the doorknob and turned it then opened it. My mouth watered when I saw the forest beyond it.
I immediately went in there and the very cold air came out to me. I closed the door and walked around.
The place was kinda fami-ah! In the middle of the Moon Forest. Behind the Heal Building. I looked back at the door I had come out of but it was gone. As in, nothing.
But I saw Fenrir, sleeping. I smiled and approached him. I gently caressed his fur that make him softly moaned.
Gradually it opened its eyes and stared at me.
"How are you, buddy?" I calmly asked. He just rubbed his head to me which made me still smile. Atleast, Fenrir can make me smile despite the pains and aches I'm feeling right now.
"Are you ready?" I gently asked. It stood up and shook then stretched and moaned.
He's ready.
It went down a bit so I immediately got on board. No more having fun hours.
I waved my hand and made an Ice Rope then tied it to his two horns. I put on the hoodie of my cloak first so that I could be invisible. I clung to the leash and took a deep breath.
"Fenrir, let's go to the Underworld Pit" I gently command. It growled loudly then ran fast.
I closed my eyes and teleported with Fenrir. We're on our way down.
Fenrir lands safely and hums loudly. It ran faster. I don't where Underworld Pit is, but I trust Fenrir.
We entered the Moon Forest and passed the very thick smoke that protected half of it. Nothing bad happened to us there. Maybe because Fenrir was know the forest?
I remembered here, when we took the ingredients for the Strength Potion but something tragic happened. We entered half the forest and the skulls and skeletal bones unfolded before me.
I was suddenly nervous when we entered. It must be the cave. I don't know, because the surroundings are dark, I don't have much transparency. I only trust Fenrir and his senses.
If I'm not mistaken, this is the cave we used to rest in? And here I also met Fenrir. What's most bothering me is, where were my fellow healers when I came back? All I remember is that I smelled something and then lost consciousness.
The cave we entered went deeper until we came out of a strange place.
I can't figure out exactly what place it is. It was creepy, plain and smoky.
Is this the Underworld Pit?
