She walked in rapid speed to where amirs BMW was parked .he had he's left hand on the steering wheel and he's right hand on he's phone .typing away"sorry I was trying to _..." She tried speaking but he cut her short "no problem ,just get in " he said with a smile on he's face which made ruma ease a little ,she opened the passenger sit at the front and sat down adjusting her gown which was clutching onto the door "use you seat belt ,will you ?" Amir said starting the ignition of the car "i ..I..I...I..don't know how to " she said feeling embarrassed and he just chuckled at how she flapped her eye lashes "OK I'll help you " he said while taking off he's seatbelt .he helped her and she smiled as he buckled it "where are we going to ?" She asked innocently and he answered with he's eyes still on the road "somewhere" he simply said as he took a turn "OK" she said knowing he wouldn't budge ....

"Hey we're here" he said while tapping her shoulder lightly for she was asleep because of how long the drive was "oh" she stated while scratching her eyes .she got down from the BMW holding onto her long gown which was continuously sweeping the cemented ground "for women's?" she read loudly what she saw engrossed on the store which he had brought her "is this a store ?" She asked while staring at the big building before her "yeah " he said as they both walked into the store which was looking sparkly with feminine cloths everywhere "wow" she said to her self as they walked inn "Mr Amir you're here" A tall black Lady walked towards them "yeah " he said turning to ruma who smiled at him "is she the one " the lady asked looking at ruma who looked away shyly "yeah she is ,I want the best Islamic clothing for her please" amir said and ruma looked at him with a shock expression and he chuckled and nodded "come with me please " the Lady said and ruma looked at Amir then the lady then Amir again and he nodded saying she should "Go" he said and she walked towards the lady who led her to a big dressing room where many cloth were already set for her to put on so she did she put on every cloth in there .she protested at times saying the cloths were too tight but the Lady insisted saying She'll look good so she simply agreed for she couldn't put up with the woman continuous protest "wow" the woman exclaimed as ruma came out wearing the yellow gown with purple designs all over "you need to see this " she yelled sticking her head out the door Telling amir to come in and he did "you look good" he simply said with a smirk and she smile at him for he's compliment.
"How much are the cloths" Amir asked the Lady and she responded with a huge amount which left ruma dumbfounded "no no I can't take this ,please ,I have cloths back home she said and Amir rolled he's eyes " I know , but don't you think those cloth are a bit local"amir said and she frowned a bit and Amir simply rolled he's eyes again and she chuckled silently "Thank you " amir said as the Lady passed him he's ATM and he smiled as they picked the bags which had a lot of cloth for ruma and a little for Yasmin who said she wanted some scarfs ......
"Thank you " he said passing some cash to the ladies who helped them with their shopping bags .they both sat in the car and this time ruma put her seat belt on herself for he had showed her earlier and she had learned "thank you " she said to him and he turned to her with a smile "no p" he said and she furrowed her eyebrows which said huh and he chuckled before responding "I mean no problem " he said and she mentally face palmed herself "Amir" she called he's name softly and he turned to her "yeah" he answered her "thanks for everything ,for _.." She said but he cut her short "there's no big deal ,I'm just doing my duty"he simply said looking at he's front for he was driving and her continues bugging was distracting him " duty ?"ruma said questioned him and he turned to her "I brought you here " he said focusing on the road "oh" she simply said knowing he isn't the talkative type when driving

After a while of driving they arrived at a restaurant because Amir said he was hungry and needed to eat "what do you wanna eat " he asked her and she just nodded in the negative meaning she wasn't hungry "get me Noddle and meatball and for the lady get her a burger and a two Chapman" he said and ruma just rolled her eyes inwardly

"You know I like Burger's" ruma blurted out as she took a bite from her burger "hmmmm...you know burgers ? " he said rather surprised "yeah ,when I was six my mum always gets me burgers " she said sadly "they sell burgers in the village? " he asked as he put a meatball in he's mouth "no ,I leaved in the city ,you know " she said and he was dumfounded. "Your parent were killed in the city " he said and regretted he's words "yes , I actually leaved in new York but when they passed away I had to leave new York "she said dropping her burger on the box which it was brought to her with " wow ,I'm sorry "he said wiping he's lips with the wipe " i think we should leave "Amir said because he saw that ruma would breakdown " yes"she said wiping her mouth and they both stood up to leave and Amir paid for their expenses and walked out only to meet ruma standing beside he's car and sulking .she was crying . "rumaina what's wrong " he said as he stood beside her "nothing ,I just remembered some good memories that's all " she said while opening the car and walking .she sat and so did he "ruma its gonna rain " Amir said in other to change the subject "its raining " Amir said at seeing the rain drops get heavier and heavier and ruma just opened the car door and walked out in other to get wet by the rain "ruma you'll get sick " Amir said in other to stop her from getting wet "ruma" he said walking out of the car to where ruma was standing .her hands spread wide .getting soaked by the rain "can you feel it . the pain is washing away . back in the village I always pray for the raining season to arrive. Just so that I can get soaked .wash my pain .yes I do smile but behind my smiling face is a broken heart yawning to be happy . I miss my mum and dad .yes I do have a brother. A twelve years old brother .that's the reason why I smile .feel it ,the pain is washing away .just like the shower flows through your body .the rain flows too .can you feel it ? .this is my own way of becoming happy ." ruma said in one breath as she spread her hands wide for the cool breeze and rain to flow through . "ruma you need to come ,you'll fall sick" Amir said but ruma paid a deaf ear ,she stood there crying silently in the rain "the wind. Its cooling the anger in me . can you feel it" she said to Amir who just walked over to her and dragged her by her arm into the car "Amir " Ruma said while sitting inside the car and Amir on the other hand walked to the other side ,to Sit "you're mad. You know ?" amir said while turning on the ignition "I'm not ,the rain .it helps " she said wiping her tears "tell me ,why are you sad ?" amir asked her and she just looked over to him "I miss my mum and dad " she said while leaning on the window "I know you do ,but hasn't it been ten years " he said and she just frowned "exactly ,ten years without her smile ,he's smile ,her scolding. He's scolding ,I hide a lot of pain in this tinny heart of mine " she said placing her hand on her chest and Amir just pulled over and stopped at the side of the road where no car will pass "you know I also have bad times ,but I don't let them get to me " he said looking at ruma who just sighed "imagine being the cause of someone's death" he said and ruma looked confused "my grandmother ,she was my strength and happiness .yes I grew up in a very wealthy home but yet I had no parental care but my grandmother stood by me " he said with a smile "I had a call saying my grany was sick so I ran home but my car had to stop working so I took a darn cab but he was slow .so I decided to walk on foot but I knew it wouldn't help so I bought a bike immediately from a little boy and rode it home but I was late .she had died ,yes it Was my fault .me." Amir said with a said face but there was no tears "sorry" ruma said placing her Hand on he's hand which was on the Arm rest and he smiled at her as he set up the ignition and hit the road "you see I also has a rough life but I still have to forget ,so do you " Amir said and she nodded "I'll try " she said smiling .......
