End Of One; The Beginning Of Another

My mate: The crazy Alpha who did not know how to show emotions correctly, neither did I. The way his eyes sparkled when he looked at me with such care and adoration. The way he always tried even when I was being hard-headed. He never gave up on me even when I was an ass. He stood by me and made sure no matter what to show me he cared.

I looked down and seeing my hands start glowing a bright blue. I then continued to let the love I had for Lacey, Malcolm, EJ, Emma, Shawn, Dylan, Jake, Cammy, my family, my friends, and for Maverick flow through me. As the power left me and entered them, I was waiting in anticipation. Suddenly, they both gasped taking in the first breath of air. I fell to my knees on top of Maverick holding him tightly. Malcolm scooped up Lacey not wanting to let her go.

“Micaiah babe, I just started breathing again you’re choking me with your hug.” I hurried off him and repeatedly apologized to him and he laughed grabbing me into another bear hug. The others came and joined us and without hesitation we left this place behind and teleported home.

Emma came running out of the house hugging me and then EJ. Maverick looked at me “Babe, I am not complaining but how did you bring us back?” I did not have time to respond when suddenly a bright light appeared. We covered our eyes; the light was blinding as two figures were walking out of the light. “She did it because she is our daughter.” When the light dimmed, and everything cleared there stood my birth parents the god of sun and goddess of the moon.

The others bowed at the Gods before them and their power radiating off of them. All but me because I was their blood. “Please rise,” my mother spoke with such elegance. “I am Helios the god of the sun, this is my mate as you know her Selene, goddess of the moon. Micaiah is our daughter and with our powers flowing through her she was able to bring you back because it was not your time.” We all looked at each other and back to them. “We do not have much time the eclipse is soon over, once it is I can only visit you when the sun lights the earth and Selene can only visit when the Moon light glows.” Helios my father spoke, then my mother. “Malcolm, you fulfilled your prophecy, your true destiny becoming the Lycan I destined you to be.” She smiled at Malcolm who bowed in thanks and appreciation to her.

“Micaiah your prophecy is yet to be complete. It is not over for you; we will need to train you to harness the powers within you.” My mother looked into my eyes with what to me was fear and then I squeezed Maverick’s hand who with his other was rubbing my back to keep me calm. My father then looked and walked before me “Micaiah there is a greater evil out there than that you just faced. It is coming and only you can defeat it.” Maverick squeezed my hand at the threat of something coming to take me from him again. “We will train you, help you, aide you when we can but only you can defeat this evil, and he knows it Micaiah. He is coming for you.”
