62 - Bruises

He was silent at what his youngest sister Marlota had said. It was too early for him to hit them and as an older brother, he was the one who should understand. He was not raised rude when it comes to family.

They quietly ate four. He finished them first and he left them at home without washing the dishes or even putting them away. Marie just sighed and followed the clutter of them.

His Mother also ignored him when he came down, he just ate and then, also left the house. All that was left was his Father, who was still sound asleep in the living room.

He just tried to relieve himself and decided to go to town to find a Bank. He'll just see if g how much more money is left.

He was on a motorbike and the town was far away. When he saw what he was looking for, he immediately went inside and chineck how much money he had.

His shoulder fell when he saw that it was only 35 thousand. It was a small amount for his family but he would not give that money, he would use the money to make a small stall and sell.

“Oh, you are really handsome Fidel! The white one! ” A teller giggled.

He turned around and looked at what the woman Fidel was saying. His eyes widened when he saw Fidel. It turned its back on him but he knew we were the elegant young man.

"Fidel?"

It automatically turned to him and its eyes lit up when it saw him. "Marie!" He greeted her with a hug.

He was surprised by what Fidel did but just laughed. They are no longer in Japan to supply it. "How are you?"

“I want to ask that. I thought we would go home together. I just found out from Judith that a man named Magnar took you. I'm sorry, I found out later that that naughty Gheron hit you! ” anas it when released from her embrace.

He just smiled at the young man. “Let’s not talk about Gheron anymore. I admitted he was my karma but that was over. Most importantly, I’m home here with us. ”

"If anything, you're right." It shrugged. “Maybe I can invite you for snacks? Not because I like you, ah. I'm really relieved for you, Marie, as if we've known each other for a long time. I used to tattoo you but the truth is, my blood is close to yours. Weird ‘no? I want to be your friend! True friend." It laughed at the last thing said.

Laughed too. He was also close to Fidel ever since but because what he wanted then was just a job so he always supplanted him and pushed him away because he thought he just wanted to visit him.

“Yes, all right. Just free me, ah? ”

“Naman! You are strong in ‘kin. You look like a brother, even though we have very different habits. ” It laughed again.

He was just shaken by Fidel's awkwardness. He was happy with the young man even though he wanted to hit his head once. After a while, Fidel and I went to the store together where there were people selling various kinds of food.

"I missed eating here," Fidel said and invited him to sit down.

Fidel and I sat side by side in an elongated wooden chair when the saleswoman spoke and was happy to see the young man.

“Is that really you, Fidel? You are so handsome as a child and you are white! ” thrilled promise of the old saleswoman. “And your brother is with you too. Good!" The saleswoman smiled and handed them Fidel's order.

“Oh Aling Tina, Marie is not my sister. He is my friend and co -worker in Japan. ”

“Is that so?” not believing its promise. “Are you fooling me, Fidel? Put that face away. ”

Fidel quickly followed the old man's words. "So close?"

“You two look alike! You're siblings. Don't fool me Fidel. I am old but alas, my eyes are clear. Oh hey, I’ll give you ‘em your order. Don't pay, I'm really happy to see you with your missing brother. I never really forgot your story back then that you were looking for ‘your missing brother.”

Fidel laughed wildly next to him. "Just ignore what Aling Tina said, Marie," the young man whispered to her.

He just nodded and smiled at the young man. The old man's eyes may be blurred. Only now have they been mistaken for the young man's brother. But the first to tell him that they looked like the man was Judith. He even teased him before that Fidel might be his soul mate.

For a while, they happily talked to the man. It was antics when you were young and a woman wanted to get married. He even invited her to go to his wedding but the problem was that he was not going to get married yet.

Fidel didn't stay with them long, he still had to go home. But before that, she went to the grocery store and the young man accompanied her. Only then did she realize that it wasn't bad with the young man. Enjoy it like Judith and lots of stories like Magnar.

He still wanted to take him but someone called him so he was forced to go ahead of him and they took two different routes. She returned home around noon and was just right to cook. The house is quiet. He also did not have his Father who had been fast asleep in the living room when he left.

She quietly cooked lunch but what she cooked was only cold, no one came home so she just cleaned the whole house. He does general cleaning. He first faced his room bed that was just clean because it was piled up with various ng his brothers.

"Marie Cris!"

He shuddered when he heard his father's call. He went down quickly. He saw the drunken father and Aling Bebang's daughter with him.

“Have you cooked yet? I'm hungry. Feed my girl and me. ”

He did not answer. He just looked up at the woman with him. He loved to speak but he restrained himself. One of his Father's dislikes was to question its policies. He is not allowed to speak or ask questions.

“Marie Cris! Are you listening?"

“Opo‘ Pa. ” He quietly went to the kitchen and heated the cooked dish. From his seat he heard the conversation of his Father and his mistress whom he wanted to slap hard.

"Is he your son out of the country?"

"Son?" Laugh at it. “I’m not that kid! Don’t ask me too many questions. Just ride me and make me happy and maybe I'll give you more money presh pram Japan. ”

He was stunned by what he heard. He suddenly looked in the direction where his father and his daughter were happily hanging out. The first time he heard her say he was not a child. It was as if his heart was pounding. Impossible! But at least he wasn't used to it. Ever since he grew up, he didn't really think of her as a child.

He grew up always wearing a belt around his body from his cruel hand. He grew up always with bruises and fear of the Father so until now, he carries a great fear for it.
