The doctor is applying ointment on my wounds, and Vidor, that Bus driver man who help me his name is Vidor is standing near the door of the medical room
"It's done now, Here this is prescription of medicines and elements please take these from the chemist of Hospital below the fourth floor, and these are free of cost " He informed me but I am staring at the wall in front of me absently
Noticing this Vidor quickly comes towards us and took that slip from the doctor "Thank you, sir." He told him
And put his hand over my shoulder "Let's go, Damaris," He said to me but I didn't focus on his or the doctor's voices
"Damaris" He spoke a little loudly catching my attention
"Hmm" I lostly looked at him
"Come let's go, " He told me and I nodded
to him
We come out from hospital after taking my medicines prescribed by Doctor
I looked at him " Thank you for helping me, but I must go now" I told him and turned away to go but his voice stops me
"Where will you go," he asked me worriedly
"You don't need to worry about it," I told him and started walking on the road
He runs behind me and started walking with me, and this annoyed me, I stop abruptly and looked at him with a frustrated expression
"What is your damm problem, leave me alone" I hissed to him
He shook his head with a smile, like a kid
"Let's eat first," He asked me and I shook my head but my stomach growled and I closed my eyes embarrassed
"Come on, " He told me while walking forward and turned around to look at me gesturing me to come with him
"But I don't have money to pay for food," I told him honestly
He sighed and comes towards me "It's a treat from my side," He told me and I frown
"Today I left my annoying bus driving job because I found another job in a very good place," He told me smiling at me

"I got a job as personal driver of Mr. Reynolds, he is a millionaire, he is

they are very popular and he lives here in Washington DC with his family, he has a son, and his wife, actually my wife works there in his mansion as a maid and we live in the servant quarter of their mansion

"So, what will you do now," He asked me
"I don't know", I sighed defeated in my inner war
But I am not going back to New York now, not yet, there is Lucifer, Dylan, Adelina, and many peoples, which I don't wanna face least, for now, practically it is also not possible because I don't have money so how can I go back to new york, my mind is in a complete mess, I badly need some time in Isolation

I raised my eyebrows questioning to him
"You can stay in servant quarter of their mansion, with us, my wife Nasya is so lovely and friendly she will love you to have with us ", he told me smiling cheerfully
"But, will owners will allow in in their mansion, I mean I don't have any ID card or legal document, will they allow to live there without any legal document," I asked him unsure
He thinks for some time then spoke " I will see that, I think you need a shower and Some clothes" he told me softly and I looked down at myself my dress is still in the dirt, and the doctor clean up my wounds but that doesn't mean that I don't need a shower, I need it very badly so I nodded to him
We come given One of the most beautiful mansions, I have seen but Lucifer's mansion is more beautiful and bigger than this but this mansion is good also
We entered the backward area where the servant quarter is located
"How many workers are here, "I asked Vidor
"Not much, only my wife and two more maids and two drivers and one butler only," to said to me
Then, Vidor led me towards a way of room there and he opened the door of the room, there I saw a woman, she seems the same age as mine
She has blonde hair and green eyes, she is wearing a white simple blouse with blue jeans, and is arranging a bedsheet.
"Honey, I am home," Vidor said to her
Just she saw Vidor, as she turned around she exclaimed happily and quickly runs towards him and hugged him so tightly, she is good looking, beautiful women
By looking at them, I smiled as memories of Mine and lucifer comes into my heart, that day when he kissed my forehead, my first kiss in his car
"Honey, who is she," that woman asked Vidor
Vidor looked at me and smiled "She is Damaris, my good friend she just comes here to Washington DC and Damaris, meet Nasya, my wife" Vidor introduced us
She smiled and comes towards me but frown when she saw my state "What happened to you " she asked worried eyeing my dirty clothes and bruised elbows with head
With Uneasiness, I looked at Vidor, he sensed my uneasiness that I don't wanna talk about it he quickly nodded and interrupt us
"Honey, let her take shower she needs it then we will talk about this after," he told her
She nodded and handed me some cloths
"Wear this, "she told me and I thanked her
After the shower, I get dressed, in the clothes she give me, it's black sweatpants and a simple full sleeves grey shirt, it is comfortable
I come out of the bathroom and noticed them, then I noticed a woman she have brown hair and wearing an expensive gown, Standing there she seems in her mid-fifties when she noticed my presence she turned around and looked at me, I shifted uncomfortably, her gaze feels like she is judging me
"So, she is your cousin sister," she asked Vidor
And Vidor nodded to her, I frowned looking at Vidor, when I become someone's cousin, I didn't remember
I don't even know who is my father
Vidor signaled me not to say anything stupid
"Damaris she is Mrs. Reynolds," Vidor introduced me to her, I smiled at her but she didn't smile back just nodded coldly
So she is Mrs.Reynolds wife of Mr. Reynolds
"But I can't allow this girl to live here, I didn't open charity home here," Mrs. Reynolds said to Vidor sharply
I frowned at her words "First, my name is Damaris, and second I am not a charity case, I can work in mansion whatever you will ask me to do," I told her, honestly I am so tired of this all, first I need sleep very badly then only my mind will work properly, and about going back to New York, facing lucifer, I am not ready I need some time alone from Lucifer, Dylan, Adelina, and everyone, and for that this is a right place no one knows me so, I can compose my myself
"Fine, you will be the helper and will do multiple works like a dusting of the mansion, help cook for preparing food and serving food in dining whatever I will order you to do so" she stated to me and I nodded to her
"Mam, let her take rest for today she will join from tomorrow," Vidor requested to her but she shook her head in decline
"She will live here from today so she has to pay it by working in the mansion," Mrs.Reynolds said to Vidor and looked at me smugly
"But mam......" Before Vidor can say, I quickly interrupted them
"Of course I will start from today"
I also don't like taking favors from anyone, and I don't like this Mrs.Reynolds
Anyway, so there is no way I will take any favors from her, I will work here until I will calm my mind and am mentally ready to go back and face Lucifer again
