The church is adorned, so splendidly with red and white roses, extending its more heavenly phenomenon, why not, after all, it's ' God's home '
Then, I looked at myself, I am wearing a beautiful prom laced gown while walking to the aisle of the church, gripping the flower bouquet so tightly nervously, fearing that I will fall soon because everyone knows about my clumsiness
But all my nervousness has gone with the flash of an eye, when; I saw the groom smiling with so much love and esteem towards me, admiring me
I smiled at him. My elder brother Elvin is looking so happy, why not after all it's his wedding today with Charlotte, Lucifer's best friend Charlotte.
Yes, my brother is going to marry Charlotte today I don't know when they both fall in love, but yes, many good things happen in these one year
Elvin opened his own company in the business world and guess what, now he is a billionaire, as his newly opened business face immediate success, now my elder brother is also a successful billionaire
I glanced at the bride walking before me, Charlotte is looking so beautiful in a white ivory re-embroidered lace gown which is backless she is looking so stunningly beautiful her long brown hair is opened and decorated with floral clips making her hair looking so, alluring the most beautiful brides ever met in my whole life, she asked me to be her bridesmaid and I can't deny her
We move towards Altar where Elvin is standing; he extends his hand to Charlotte helping her to reach, after she stands beside him, he whispers something in her ear making her cheeks turn in Scarlet red with a blush; I smiled, looking at my brother and my soon-to-be sister-in-law.
I noticed Elvin's tie, I immediately fixed it accordingly, he smiled looking at me, and kissed my forehead
"How can I be so lucky to have a little sister like you," he said, looking at me admiringly
"Can I say the same for my elder brother??" I said with pride, making him smile he keep his hand over my head
I stand beside him, while Charlotte and him standing facing each other as they started their wedding vows
After their ' I do's ' when the priest asked to kiss the bride,
Elvin kissed Charlotte, gently and softly
Now, they are husband and wife, Charlotte is my sister-in-law now, but she is more like an elder sister to me, Mrs.Reynolds comes happily and hugged them both
Now, we all come to Hotel, where their wedding reception is held
I excused myself as now it's couple dance round to revere their marriage
I am waiting for you Lucifer; I am sure you will come soon for me; I don't know why but my heart is constantly beating since morning that something will happen today with me
I caught all unmarried young girls gather around the hall so frantically as now, the bride will throw her flower bouquet
But, I don't have any stake in taking part in that
I remain sitting on the bar counter drinking wine, but I saw my phone, there on that chair which is in at the separate side of the hall, I immediately rose and go towards it, but I felt something is coming in my direction in the air, I catch that thing while devoting my eyes so hard in fear that it will hit me
Finally, I cleared my eyes and noticed I hold that flower bouquet of Charlotte
I peeked up and spotted, Charlotte is looking so happy having me with that bouquet while Elvin have an amused expression and Mrs.Reynolds is looking so impressed looking at me, I heard the cheer of other guests, all are cheering up for me
"So, this means you are next to be married," Elisha said while coming towards me with Xander, she is looking so beautiful in her pink prom gown and Xander is wearing a black three piece tuxedo, I happily hugged her then Xander, I looked at the baby bump of Elisha, she is four months pregnant, she and Xander already married and now expecting their first child, I am so happy for my friend Xander
"Hmm, so Damais are getting married next," Charlotte said while hugging me
But, I have nothing to say in this, how can I be married next, when Lucifer is not here
"Oh, come-on; no one will tease my little sister anymore now, I won't tolerate," Elvin said while coming towards us and I hugged him
"I love you, bro," I said to him while kissing his cheeks
He smiled and kisses my forehead
After the wedding banquet, Elvin and Chaorlette went straight to the airport for their honeymoon.
I come to my apartment and changed my prom gown into a comfortable oversized shirt with pajamas shorts
I switch on the TV, and I saw the first news on headline
Billionaire Lucifer Kingston successfully cracked another deal in Greece, which is worth more than 100 billion. He is on the way to be on the top of the list of the richest people on earth. Currently, he is in the second position on the list. I couldn't help but feel so proud. To my Lucifer he has been through a lot since childhood like me, I just want him to be happy I want nothing more than that.
I instantly took the paper and smiled seeing Lucifer's picture there with news about these business deals I quickly pulled out that page of the newspaper and ran towards my bedroom and opened my wardrobe, and pulled out that box, and opened it, there are so many front pages of magazines and newspapers of previous one year five months, they are pictures of Lucifer, I always keep them handled in this box, whenever; I felt down or upset; I see them, my heart filled with immense happiness just by looking at his pictures.
I put that newspaper page where his picture is, and hugged that box so tightly to my chest, I again opened that box and pulled out one of his pictures, in that he is wearing a maroon expensive tuxedo looking like the fresh model just comes from magazines
"You know, I am so happy for you Lucifer just be happy, okay, your happiness means the world to me," I said looking into his picture and hugged his pic, to my chest I felt a tear coming out from my eyes, but I quickly wiped it away
Lucifer won't be happy if he knows I cried.
I come towards that dresser where I kept the calendar; I cross today's date in it. Today's day also passed since Lucifer left for Greece. I always cross each passing day in the calendar, for the past one year five months waiting for him.
but I know you will come, this love in my heart for you is my strength Lucifer this love I have for you is the reason, I am still alive or I would have died that day when your private flight departures away from New York

"Good morning Damaris" My assistant Caroline greeted me and I smiled at her and entered my office
I checked my reflection in the large glass window of my office, I am wearing a white shirt with a pink suit jacket above it with pants

He is a very handsome man, he has dark brown hair with hazel eyes, wearing a grey Armani tuxedo he is looking in his late twenties, the same age as Lucifer. Mr.Asher Anderson is the CEO of the world's most successful and renowned software company but still, the software that comes under Lucifer's Knight Empires is the main lead in the business world.
Why do I have to bring Lucifer in everything, but what can I do in this, I love him, not even a second in my life is gone without thinking about him

"Well, hello to beautiful young lady," Asher said smiling charmingly to me,damn his voice is so angelic
I smiled and greeted him back
"Your articles about our brand and last week charity gala of Anderson Industries is very impressive, I am so happy with it " he confessed making me smile
It feels so great when your work gets appreciated
"Your events and Charity funds are of needy ones and you are doing very generous work by making donations, how can I not work for it " I confessed to him
" So, how come you are here," I asked him

"But he is in Greece since last year," he asked me bit confused
I glanced at him, "yes, but he will come here to New York soon" I murmured, I don't know why I said suddenly this but my heart is feeling that he will soon come here for me
Honestly, I felt very bad for Asher, he is a very good and kind-hearted man, but I am only of Lucifer, I am in this world only for him, I am living for him, for his happiness
"It's okay," Asher said I can see a bit of dismay in his hazel eyes
"But, I would love to have you as my friend," I asked him cheerfully
He smiled and nodded "Lucifer is a very lucky man, he has you " he confessed and, I smiled proudly
"Done" I finished my other assignment and called Caroline
"My work is done here, I am going, you are also dismissed for today," I told her and she smiled gladly at me
I come out from the building of my workplace and sat in my car, my Ferrari
I bought this car from my first own salary; I felt so proud of myself that; I am independent now, I am not depending on anyone for my expenses.
I started my car and drove towards the kid's toy store, tomorrow is beth's birthday, and I planned a surprise party for her in an orphanage, her heart surgery was finally successful, and now she won't have any problem as medicines healed her disorder in her heart, completely I have to buy toys for kids in the the the orphanage.
