Chapter 23
'I'm on my way there.' I read his text which immediately made me smile. He will pick me up and I don't know what to feel. Excited and nervous at the same time. I don't know why.
Less than five minutes later my Dodge Viper parked in front of me. I just breathed. Couldn't his car be so attention-grabbing?
"Hey babe." He greeted me and then he kissed me on the lips, but why is that? Where is the spark? Where are the horses racing inside my heart? Those butterflies in my tummy? Where is it?
"Hey.. why don't you seem to be in the mood?" He asked me. I immediately shook my head and then I smiled with.. force.

Today is Jiro's and I's second anniversary! I can't wait for his surprises! For sure I'll love it like last year.
It's been two weeks since Aria's birthday and I think Jiro and I's relationship is getting better again. When we got home, that evening Jiro invited me to have dinner at his house and I said yes.
Then the next day, he fetched me on the way to my school then he also picked me up and like one night we had dinner together.

The third day, I asked him if he can visit me at home because I don't know that I have an assignment in Algebra and he immediately replied saying yes, he's on the way.
Until yesterday, he's sweet and he never made me feel unloved. I knew it! That Aria is really just her pass time. I'm really Jiro's true love and Aria is just a temptation to him.
I immediately took my phone from the side table of my bed and then dialed his number. Every day, I always text him sweet good morning text but since this is our day, our most special day I will call him.
Its eight am and I am sure that he is already awake. It kept on ringing and I was about to turn it off when he answered it. Wow! I thought that he was still asleep until now, fortunately he answered. I just hope I didn't wake him up.
"Babe." I happily congratulated him but a few seconds passed and still no response. What happened? I thought the phone was already off and was about to check on it..

I looked at my phone, maybe because I dialed the wrong number but that's impossible and I was even more flooded with different emotions when I saw that Jiro's number was the one I called.
I held my chest and swallowed one after another. The corners of my eyes are starting to water.

"Kylie?" Jiro asked me in surprise. On the way that we are in.. I don't even know. I looked at him, he was frowning and he's looking at me too.
"What?" I asked him.
"What 'what'?" He answered me, this time I was the one who frowned. Minutes of silence until he also broke the silence.
"You're not listening Kylie. What's wrong?" He asked me.
"Nothing is wrong." I answered him while shaking my head again. I clenched my hands tightly behind my sling bag and then I looked back at what we were going through.
"Stop looking at me, Jiro. Just concentrate on driving."
Until the car stopped and I looked at the place where we are now. We also traveled a bit far and I didn't expect him to bring me here. Sapphire Legacy.
The biggest hotel here in the North owned by Jiro's parents. He stopped the engine and then he got out of his Dodge Viper, he bowed and then he opened the door for me.
"Why are we here?" I asked him but he only answered with a smile after he gave the valet the keys to his car and then we were greeted by a hotel attendant.
I immediately noticed her gold plate name that was written as my manager and her name. He smiled at me when he caught me looking at him. I shyly nodded to him.
"Let's get going Babe." Jiro told me again. Before I could answer him, he took my hand and then we went to the elevator. He pressed the thirty-nine floor, the last floor which as far as I know is this morning and I can forget that.
But he got my attention by covering both of my cheeks with his big hands and then he brought his face closer to mine. I can smell him, I can smell that cologne that I bought for him.
I looked directly into his eyes that were also looking at me now. He kept raising his Adam's apple until he closed his eyes and I felt his lips on mine. the royal floor of the hotel that covers the entire thirty-nine floor.
"Let's go inside, Babe." He nursed me again right when we were in front of the royal floor and he was about to pull me inside again when I took my hand back if I was holding his hand.
"What's wrong?" He asked me in surprise and then moved around It was just a smack at first when he slowly moved his lips to mine. I didn't close my eyes. I just let him kiss me and didn't kiss him back. Why? Because I feel like when I kiss her, it's like I'm kissing Aria too.
He stopped kissing me and then met my gaze again.
"I love you so much, Babe." Why does it pain me a lot hearing those words from him? Why the pain? I can't even open my mouth and tell him that I love him too
He touched his lips to mine again and then he completely pulled me inside the royal suite. The black sofa immediately appeared to us. He pulled me to it and then he sat down but I remained standing in front of him.

"Kylie." He called me loudly. I glared at him.
"We're dating for two years now! There's nothing wrong about it!" He told me emphatically. I immediately shook my head. I wanted to shout on his face that he can't touch two women's at the same day but I hold back just because my mind keeps on telling me that I can't afford to lose him!
"We're just dating! You said it too Jiro! We're dating and not married! S.ex is only for married couples and we're not yet freakin' married!" I answered him emphatically as if I wanted to shoot myself.
What am I saying that s.ex is only for married couples when I have given myself to Kent many times? Who happens to be his younger brother?
I shook my head again and again and then I completely left his suite.
