Elijah

"What's wrong with that face dude?" Joseph ask me. Me and him just having our breakfast together now. I sighed and stop eating then take a sip on my coffee.

"Rebecca called me last night," I tell him.

"Rebecca? Who's that?"

"The one that I slept with when Alexa caught me cheated on her at the hotel three years ago and also She's my one night stand a few months before I met Alexa," I explain. Rebecca is the woman who I slept with, three years ago when Alexa and her best friend caught me red-handed. I also have some 'relationship' with her for a few weeks before I met Georgia.

"Oh, that woman. I remembered now. Well blocked her number then." I look at him disbelief because I expect another answer from him. "What? Did I do said anything wrong?" He said and eat his food.

"You know if Alexa knows about this, she might think that I'm not serious to be with her again. She might think that I just playing with her heart again." I said.

"Oh, that's why your face like an old man just now." He laughed. "Well just be honest with her then. It's better for her to hear from your mouth other than that woman mouth or maybe the internet. It's not that hard to tell her right? Besides, you're not planning to get back with that whore. Right?" I shake my head no. Of course, I would never be with Rebecca ever again. "Then, what are you scared of? She will understand and also try to make that Rebecca stop from calling or texting you. You're rich and have power just do anything to make that woman stop all that." He said.

"I think that the best way. I should tell Alexa first then the second I will make that woman stop from a call and text me." I said and Joseph nodded his head in agreement.

"Hey, baby!!" My office door barge open and show Rebecca with her tight dress and face like a cake. I used to like that face but now it's all turn out to be super ugly. I don't her in my life anymore I only want Alexa and that's it.

"I'm sorry Mr. Perkins I try to stop her but she still wants to see you." My secretary said.

"It's okay you can continue your work." With that, she left me with Rebecca alone in my office. "What do you want more? Money?" I ask her and she walks to me and slips her hand to my chest. I push her hand and step a few steps back from her.

"I want you, baby. It's been a few months since... you know what I mean right?" She asks and I scoff.

"Just find another man to fill your needs woman because I don't do all that shit anymore. So, get out of my office and don't ever dare to come back here." I said and look outside the big glass window in my office.

"Baby, I know you want me. Last time we didn't even do anything because you have to go and settled some work but now, you're free why don't we just do it in here? Hmmm?" I really want to slap this woman now but I didn't hit a woman. My parents never taught me to hit a woman.

"We're over, Rebecca. Can't you understand?" Then she smashes her lips to mine. I am shocked by her sudden moves but then I feel myself kissing her back. I pull her closer to me and then I realize that I kiss a woman who I don't want in my life anymore. I quickly push her away and she looks at me.

"Babe, what wrong?"

"I want you to stop all this. I don't want you anymore. Go find another man." I'm trying to be patient with her but she comes close to me and try to kiss me again.

"What the heck? I told you to stop! Get out now."

"But - "

"I. Said. Get. The. Fuck. Out!" She seems shocked by my sudden outburst. "Get out! NOW!" She huff and walk to the door.

"I will do anything to make you regret what you did to me today. I will make sure no one can get you if I can't and that time, you have no one except me to accept you." She said and walk away. I take the small vase on my table and throw it on the floor. It's scattered into small pieces and Fill the floor.

Just then, Joseph comes into my office. "Dude? What's wrong? and who's that chick?" He asks me.

"Find someone to kill that woman now." That's all I said to him.

"Woah chill. Kill who? And why you look so stressful? Tell me"

"That woman really doesn't know who is she playing with and what can I do to her life."

"Wait, what did she do?" He takes a sit on the sofa and looks at me.

"She asks me to have sex with her here and she even tries to threaten me to make my life miserable ." Joseph laughed. "Did I said something funny?" I ask.

"No no it's just, that woman is funny. Who is she think she is? Threatening you? That's ridiculous." He replies and laughs again.

"But what if she tries to make a false statement about me and her? And Alexa see it? My life will be really miserable. I am trying really hard to get Alexa back and if she said something to Alexa, Alexa will hate me forever and maybe I can't even meet my children anymore." I explain.

"Well, you have to go and kill that woman now than before she can do all those things." I walk and then sit on the sofa too. We talked about it for a few minutes and start to talk about work.

Rebecca

"Ughh it's so frustrating!" I said and throw my handbag on the couch as soon as I get into my house. "What should I do to make him mine again?" I ask myself and then an idea comes to my mind. "If you don't want me, that's mean you sure have another woman. So, why don't we play a little game here and see if your beloved girl still wants you or not." I said and chuckle. I take out my phone from my handbag and dial someone who can help me with my plan.

"Hello. Why you call me?"

"Well, I want you to help me with something. Can you?" I ask my helper.

"What kind of thing?"

"Well, you know Elijah Perkins right? So, I want you to find out who is the woman that with him now and tell me about it as soon as possible." I said.

"That's easy. I will let you know about it the first thing in the morning tomorrow." I smile evilly.

"Good," I said and I hang up the phone.

The next morning.

I groan when my phone ring early in the morning. I answer it but my eyes still closed and ready to sleep again. "I got the information about what you asked me to do yesterday." My eyes light up when I heard that.

"Really? Okay, tell me who it is?" I sit up straight and smiling.

"It's his ex-wife, Alexa Johnson. She lives in Los Angeles with their children. They already get together now and they seem will get back together soon. I saw a few pictures of them and they even went to Italy together. She's now a fashion designer and I can tell she's quite famous that's why I can get the information easily."

"I will transfer your payment later in your account. You did A really good job. I will call you if I need anything else." I hang up the phone.

His ex-wife? Well, Elijah, that happiness will come to the end after I send our pictures together to her. And let's see if she still want to be with you or not. We'll see later.

I'm in a good mood today cause I talked to Alexa last night. I really miss her but I'm so busy with my new project now so I can't go to Los Angeles and meet her and the twins. I'm smiling alone when I remembered about our upcoming vacation. Can't wait for it. Even though Alexa is cold towards me, I'm still happy as long as she talks to me and answers my phone call.

The day just passed so fast and now, it's already 5:30 p.m... I stand up from my chair and just put the paper in one place and make my table look neat. Just then, my phone light up. I furrowed my eyebrows and take a look who it is. Private number? I open it and my eyes widen when I see the photos of me and Rebecca kissing, slept together, and get into a hotel three years ago and one photo from a few months before I met Alexa. There's like eight photos in total and Suddenly my blood boils in anger.

I called Alexa but she didn't answer it. My heart beat so fast and also the anger still there. Why is she didn't answer the damn phone... "Alexa please answer it," I mumble to myself.

A few moments later she picks up the phone makes me feel so relieved. "What do you want more?." She said in cold tone. Oh no...

"Alexa, listen to me. I can explain what is going on." I said hoping she will listen to my explanation.

"What explanation? Elijah, I know you and I also know that you won't change. Your behavior is not going to change, ever. I already expect all this stuff. So have a nice life of yours."

"Ale-" she hung up the phone without even let me talk. Alexa didn't want to meet me anymore and now, I'm really doomed. I need to explain all this as soon as possible to her.

Who the hell behind all this?

Rebecca...

My blood boiling and I thin if I see Rebecca, I will kill her on the spot. This woman ruin my chances to get Alexa. She doesn't how hard for me to get Alexa talk to me and meet me.
