Her jaw drops and looks at Reeves “ Are you going to let her talk to me that way? I was doing no such thing.” she asks. I smirk at Reeves when he looks at me. Candy opens her mouth again. “ You can’t lay a finger on me. Reeves won’t let you. Who do you think you are anyway? Just a nobody in a cheap dress, that's who you are.” She reminds me of the skanks Merigold has to deal with. She thinks Reeves is going to protect her. What a laugh. He has already removed her arm from his and is backing up. “ My Reevesy should just throw you out for making threats that you can’t even act on.” Candy yells, drawing attention of others. She sees this and smirks thinking she is going to humiliate me. Not likely, she is just making things worse for herself. “ Finn, find out where she works.” I say.

“ Go ahead and act high and mighty. You can’t do anything to me. So what if I looked at this guy. I was just wondering what he was doing with a low life like you.” Candy says. Reeves tries to get Candy’s attention. “ Candy you need to stop now,” he whispers. “ Why? I’m just putting her in her place. She can’t talk to me like that. I’m here with you. This is your event, why don’t you just get rid of her. I doubt she has the money to donate anyway. I mean look at her.” Reeves is now shaking. He knows he is a world of shite because of his date. Finn hands me the tablet that has all of Candy’s information on. Candy looks around at the crowd gathered “ Oh, I’m so scared she has a tablet. You just need to leave before you embarrass yourself even more.” Candy says. “ All of these people can see you are making a fool of yourself by acting like you are important.” I look at who she works for and notice it is someone I have worked with many times. She runs a high end catering business and is working tonight's event. I make a motion to Finn. He knows what to do.

As I wait for Candy’s boss to be brought to me I listen to Candy continue to rant. I look at Lug “ I’m sorry about this. But I will make it up to you. We won’t stay much longer after I deal with this.” I told him. “ This part is fun. I like seeing you work. But I can think of a few ways you can make it up to me.” Lug smirks. Another reason why this man is perfect. By now Candy’s boss has been brought to me. She doesn't see me at first “ Candy why are you here? What is going on?” she asks. “ I was invited by Reevesy. And nothing is going on. Just getting rid of some trash. This lady thinks she can come in here and threaten me in front of everyone.” Candy says pointing at me. “ Hello, Karen.” I say. She turns around “ Miss O’Sullivan.” I turn to Candy “ For the record I didn’t threaten. I promised.” Candy huffs “ Sure. Whatever.” I turn to Karen “ I believe she is your employee.” Karen nods “ She is.” “ If you want to keep your business you need to fire her. Now. She has been disrespectful to me and my boyfriend. And openly tried to flirt with him in front of me. And for some reason she is under the impression that it is to insult me at my event. I would also like to know why people think this gala is Mr. Reeves work.”

Karen turns to Candy “ You did what?” “ Please are you really going to believe her?” Candy whines. “ Yes, I am. Candy you are fired. I will mail your last check to you.” Karen says. “ What? You can’t do that.?” Candy screams. “Karen, why are you even listening to her? She is just a nobody with a hired boyfriend.” Candy turns to Reeves “ Do something. Kick her out.” “ I would stop if I were you.” someone shouts at Candy. Candy being the stupid thing she is keeps going. “ Somebody get security.” Candy yells. Yes, please do you are going to need them.
While I wait for security I hear whispers. “ Is that lady stupid?” “ She has lost her mind” “ Reeves needs to stop her.” “ See how cool Miss O’Sullivan is.” “ This is going to be fun to watch.”
I’m enjoying this. I look at Reeves “ Do you plan on letting her dig herself and you deeper or are you going to take care of this?” He just stands there like the fool he is. I go through my tablet checking Reeves and Candy’s information and making adjustments as I see fit.

Security arrives and I smile. Candy doesn’t know this obviously, but these are my men. “ Is there a problem?” Anson asks, looking at me while he does. “ Yes, you need to escort this woman out. This is an invitation only event that my Reevesy is putting on and she is causing a scene.” Candy yells. I can’t believe Reeves still hasn’t stopped her. Anson's eyes go big as saucers when he hears what Candy has to say. “ Good evening Anson. I will need your help in a minute.” Anson nods, “ Of course my lady.” “ What? Will somebody do something?” Candy shouts. “ Since you haven’t noticed, nobody is coming to your rescue. Your Reevesy approached me when we came in. So you know he knows me and knows I’m supposed to be here. But you are too stupid to understand. Allow me to introduce myself. I let her soak that up for a minute while I addressed Reeves `` Since you refused to keep your pet on a leash you have to bear some of the consequences. That multimillion dollar condo development you were hoping to break ground on next week. I just took it. I also sent pictures of tonight to your wife. “ Reeves, do something.” Candy screeches. He looks furious “ Do something? Are you crazy? Do you know what you just cost me? I lost millions, my wife is divorcing me, I’m homeless and all my assets are now frozen. And my father in law is having me investigated for fraud. I could go to jail because you wanted to run your mouth. You got off light.” Reeves shouts. I love it when people get what they deserve. “ But Reevesy, you told me this was your event. How was I supposed to know she was someone important?” Candy cries. I listen to those two bicker for a minute. I got a waiter to come over “ Young man, could I trouble you for a glass of orange juice? Water for my guard, and a beer for my boyfriend.” I asked. He smiles, “ Of course, miss.”

“ You should have figured it out when I talked to her.I only told you that so I could get in your pants you brainless twit. You shouldn't have looked at her boyfriend like he was your next meal. I have Anson escort both of them out. They fight the whole time. “ Shall we get on with our night since the drama is over?” I asked. Lug laughs “ Yes, honey.
