Chapter 56

Ailee

“ You engaged me in a fight that you couldn’t possibly win. Not only did you bore me but you wasted my time.” I told her before I punched her in the nose. I turned to Finn and snapped my fingers twice. He knew what the signal meant so he went over to my bag. “ And you still haven’t learned your place. So now you have to be punished in true O’Sullivan fashion. Since you aren’t afraid of us this should be a cakewalk for you.” I stand up making sure to put more pressure on her hands.

I get off of her then reach down, grab her by her hair and yank her to her feet. She turns to the guys and whispers “ Help me. Please.” I yank her to me so I can whisper in her ear “ No one can help you now.” When she sees that not a soul is going step forward including the other skanks that have come to watch she starts to whimper. Please like tears are going to stop me. I see Finn has the items I need I shove to the floor on her stomach. Before she can get up I press my foot to her neck.

I lean down and yank her head back by grabbing a hand full of hair at the scalp. “ You know if I put some more pressure I could paralyze you for life. If I pull your head back more I could break your neck. But then you would be dead and never learn your lesson so I won’t be doing that.” I hear a sigh of relief. It won’t last long. I use one of my claws and cut her shirt off of her. “ In my world if you cross one of us you get branded so everyone will know how stupid you are. It also lets others know you are an enemy of us.” I said. Finn hands me my battery powered soldering iron already warmed up.

I move her arms to her side and kneel on them to keep her from moving too much. I don’t want to get hit while she is thrashing. I press the iron to her shoulder and as slow as drag it across her until I have made an S. All you can hear are her screams. The smell of burnt flesh is in the air. I punch the back of her neck “ Hush ye gob. No one wants to hear you.” I know she won’t stop so I rip her shirt the rest of the way off her body and stuff it in her mouth. I go back to work on the brand I’m putting on her. I draw a crown on top of the S. That shows she crossed me personally. I do have a branding iron that I normally use but I want to get my point across that you don’t feck with me and mine. To finish it off I draw three thick lines through the S. Anyone who sees it will know the meaning and if they are smart they will not go near her.

Once I’m done I put the iron down. Before I get up off her I take one clawed hand and the other I grab her hair. With two quick swipes I cut her long hair to the base of her neck. I stand up but before I move I stomp both sides of her rib cage. Enough to break several ribs but not puncture her lungs. I calmly walk over to my bag and take my gloves off putting them away. Without turning around I ask “ Cousin do you have someone who can dispose of this or do you want my guys to do it?” “ I’ll get it taken care of.” Viper said. I just nod as I stow my gear. It is time for me to come back to Ailee and I need to start now. But I have one more thing to do.

I turn to the other skanks who have watched what I did with horror in their eyes. “ Let this be a lesson. Lug is my ol’e man. Off limits. If I find out you break the rules or touch a claimed man you will get worse than she did. Am I clear? I can make satin look like an angel. Don’t cross me. This is my family as well as yours. I will protect it at any cost. Now get lost.”
They all run like I set their arses on fire. Once they are gone I close my eyes and take a deep breath. I need to calm down. I just hope my night with Lug can be salvaged.

“ Ailee?” I hear Ace call out. I can’t answer him yet so I hold up my hand to give me a minute. I feel strong arms wrap around my waist and I’m pulled into a hard chest. I breathe in the smell of leather, lemon, and cedar. Lug. I calmed down faster being in his arms. After a minute of standing there I wrap my arms around his neck leaning further into him. “ Is our date ruined?” I asked. I feel him kiss the top of my head “ No, honey. Nothing is going to mess up my plans. When you are ready go upstairs to my room to shower and change. I’ll be waiting,”he said. That makes me feel better.

“ Is Ace spooked? I didn’t want him to see that side yet. I wanted to give him plenty of warning. I just couldn’t stop myself this time.” I told him. “ I’ll talk to him. But I don’t think he is spooked. I swear I saw some pride with a bit of surprise in his eyes.” Lug said. I lift my head and ask “ And you?” He doesn’t speak, just leans down and kisses me while grinding his pelvis into me. I can feel his thick rod poking me. When he pulls back “ Does that feel like I’m bothered by it?” I shake my head. “ Good. Callen has your bag so you can change. Do you think you are ready?” I take a few more breaths then tell him “ Yes, I’m coming back now.” “ That’s my girl. Head up. Take as long as you need.” I pull away and get my clothes bag. Even after all of that, Lug is still by my side. I swear I would be lost without him. I’m definitely asking him to move in with me. Tonight. I don’t want to spend any away from him.
