CHAPTER 13

And I saw her silhouette. I could see her coming out of one of the bookshelves inside the room. I stared at her and I didn't leave my eyes while staring at her until she smiled at me.

"You already found me, Alpha Alec."

"You're inside my territory, how come I can't find you? Do you think i'm dumb and pathetic?" I sparingly answered her. He didn't speak so I continued to speak. "You want to poison me with silver particles? Are you out of your mind?"

She shrugged, "Maybe yes? Maybe no? If you drink that then no one will be able to tell who killed you, right? You also have a bit of a brain, Alpha Alec. I thought your mind was empty right now." she answered while taking a book that was close to her.

I sighed. "What the hell are you doing here though? Don't you know that David is in the hospital now because of what you did? Do you want to kill David because of what he did to you?" I asked her again and I walked to the chair that was just in front of the Ken that is sleeping peacefully, he was still sleeping soundly even though there were other pathetic wolf inside of this room.

I don't know why Felix let this woman in even though she is not welcome to enter here. I'm tired to see this woman honestly.

"Do you think I'll let you go after what you did to David?"

"I didn't do it. You did it to him."

"Coming from you? Really?" I said to her, I took a book that was on the table and opened it. "You made it. Where do you get the silver? Do you know it's a forbidden to import silvers inside of Vinizia City? You're not a rouge right?" I asked her.

"Stop asking me nonsense questions, Alec. You know what's the reason why I did it right? He fucking cheated on me!" She shouted but I shut her mouth after that.

"Someone's sleeping here, you need to keep your mouth shut or else, you can't see another sunrise using your own eyes." I said to her while looking at her eyes.

Ken will be up if she'll be like that.

"Where do you get the silver?"

"I'm not going to tell you where I got that! You and your Gamma are the same!" I glared at her when I saw Ken move.

I know he was starting to be annoyed what's happening on his surroundings. "Then I hope you enjoy how to be in prison, Nina." After I said that Shiena and Felix quickly entered the room, Nina didn't move immediately so it was too late for her to scream.

Shiena managed to cover her mouth before she could scream and wake up the sleeping person in the room where we was. I didn't bother to look at them until they left the room. The surroundings became quiet again, I waited for a minute while sitting on the couch before I decided to stand up. I still need to finish my job for today. I already know what they need to do with that woman.

Nina is one of the citizens of my territory and she's the ex-girlfriend of my Gamma, David. And after what happened to them, Nina disappeared like thin air and then this is the first time I saw her after she went that day. I don't know where she went, where she came from, who is with her now, who help her and where did she get the silver particles.

My head is starting to get hurt because of that woman.

I wonder where ahe got the silver particles that he put in the coffee she gave me. Importing silvers inside of Vinizia City is a forbidden sin, and if some of the pack warriors in different territories inside of Vinizia City saw a citizen importing the silvers, they will be punished for life.

They will suffer in prison for the rest of their lives. Yes, they can heal their own wounds, but that won't last long because they won't have anything to eat or drink inside.

It's a literal torture, enduring the pain without taking any food inside. They're slowly dying.

That's what will happen to Nina now. For me, if she's still alive after five days, then she's strong. But if not, then it's a bye-bye.

I was about to get up from my seat when I noticed a pair of blue eyes looking at me. I stared at him for a second until my eyes softened because he had completely woken up.

"Alpha... Alec?" he whispered to me.

"Yeah. How are you feeling?" I asked him smiling.

He slowly got up from lying on the couch and looked at me with his tired eyes. I felt worried so I stopd up from my seat and approached him.

"Does something hurt you? Do you want me to get you some water?" I asked gently because he immediately touched his own forehead as if he was feeling dizzy.

"D-don't worry Alpha Alec, I-I feel dizzy for a while but I'll be fine," he answered me.

I saw how his eyes closed tightly so my concern for him increased even more. I was about to call a she-wolf to get water for him when he suddenly fell down sitting on the couch holding his forehead.

My eyes widened when I saw that he covered his own mouth, suddenly I saw beads of sweat on his forehead. And my nose wrinkled because of the rotten smell that came across to my nose.

I immediately sharpened my senses, my Alpha instincts are suddenly high but I was shocked when Ken pushed me away and I saw how he ran to the bathroom and my eyes saw his sudden vomiting in the toilet bowl.

I ran to him, I knelt by his side and rubbed his back because he was vomiting one after another. My eyes widened and my forehead suddenly wrinkled because his body began to tremble.

What the hell is happening to him?!

"Ken? What happened? Are you hurt somewhere?" I asked him in a panic but I was even more surprised and filled with questions because he started crying while vomiting!

Fuck!

I immediately mindlinked to Shiena, "Shiena! Come here! Ken needs help! He was vomiting right now! He was trembling and crying! I don't know what to do! Come here right now!" I screamed because I didn't know what to do either!

"Shit! What the hell is happening to you, Ken! Tell me what you need right now!" I shouted asking him but he continued to vomit.

"Please! Tell me!"

"I-I'm so—" my eyes widened. Fuck! I need to do something!

I was about to get up to run to the kitchen to call the she-wolves to help Ken when he suddenly stopped me by holding my left hand, and my eyes widened in shock and fear creep me when I saw his crying face.

"Please... don't leave me here... please..." Fuck!

I immediately hugged him tightly. My jaw tightened when I felt how his body trembled on my arms. Shit! Why is Shiena taking so long!

We sat together on the bathroom tiles, I hugged him in my arms, holding his head tightly. He was shaking in my arms and there was nothing I could do but hold him. I do not know what to do! Fuck this!

"Ken, Ken look at me," I swallowed after I asked him and held his face so he could look at me but he closed his eyes while gripping his hands on my clothes.

"A-alec... please... I can't..."

"What do you mean you can't?! Fuck! Tell me, Ken!"

"Please... the smell..." he suddenly sobbed and buried his face in my chest.

Smell... Smell? I turned around outside and that's when I thought of the foul smell that I sensed earlier. Fuck that woman!

I held Ken on my arms again, and slowly I let him smell my scent. I know it's not okay to let him smell it because he was an Omega, and my Alpha instinct is longing for him. But I have to hold back. Ken is not a fucking thing that I need to use. I swallowed deeply and let him smell my scent that I slowly released, I need to do it, he was fucking trembling!

And I was fucking mad because of Nina!

I don't know what to do anymore.

And then Shiena suddenly entered the room, she was looking for us with the two pack warriors behind her and then she found me on the bathroom door, leaning against it and she saw Ken fall asleep on my chest. I turned to Shiena and I know what she needs to do.

I quickly carried Ken to his room. I gently put him down on the bed, when I was about to separate from him, he suddenly tightened his grip on my clothes. I saw how he sniffed it and buried his face on it.

It was fascinating to watch, and my anger subsided because of that. But when I remember how he vomited, cried, and begged me not to leave him, my anger returned and it was too much.

I swallowed hard and took a deep breath. I quickly took off my clothes and gave it to Ken. And then I glanced at Shiena and she was looking at the man in front of us, peacefully sleeping while sniffing my shirt.

"Where is Nina?" I asked her without emotion on my voice.

"Currently in prison. Felix was with her, torturing the traitor."

"Alright. You need something to do, Shiena. Tell me what happened and report to me as soon as possible."

"Yes, Alpha."

I left the room, my jaw was clenching, my fangs are starting to appear and my eyes are turning light gray. You know how to piss me off for real, you fucking woman.
