Find The Truth First!

Anna hopped into the car, fiddling with her fingers, staring into the foyer of the mansion, as she seemed a wee bit relieved. She hopes her plan works, she desperately needs to know what Alisa needs to show him.

'' Are you okay young madam?'' Yula asked, she traced her vision and noticed she has been staring into the mansion while sitting in the car. '' Y_yes__ no_not Yula'' She stuttered. 

'' You could be confined in me, can you share with me what is wrong?'' Yula's smile was blissful like the morning sparking butterflies in the green flourish garden. 

'' Yula, Lucian told me Alisa has something to show him, and I'm afraid she would continue to deceive him, I need to make Lucian see the truth, but how can I when I don't even know what happens to his parents yet? I need us to finish our discussion Yula'' She exhaled as though she had a rod pressing her chest.

'' Do you need me to stay and watch what she is up to?'' Yula asked. '' I don't know, but I had fixed a camera at the place they usually meet, I hope it goes well.'' Aria frowned.

'' If you are not certain, I could stay back. And make everything go as planned'' Yula politely said. '' But you would be fine on your right?'' Yula asked. '' This question is meant to be for you Yula, I will surely be fine, I have the driver and a guard with me. I just hope you don't get threatened by that witch again'' Anna frowned.

'' I won't let myself get caught''  Yula rubs her sweaty palm smoothly. '' Good, I have to go now. It would be better if I come back sooner'' Anna said goodbye, and Yula hurried out of the car. 

'' Let's go please'' Anna said to the driver, a guard sat in front of the car, while she sat at the back alone.

The season of winter has been telling on the Texas region, the roads and forests are engulfed with snow. Anna heard the crunching sounds of the snow beneath the tyre of the car, she pierced through the window, glaring at a house covered with snow as well. 

A broad smile wriggled onto her face when she recognized the mansion. The first person on her mind was to hug Nora tightly, she has so much missed her childhood friend and sister, and can't wait to get all the gist she had kept waiting for her visit.

Snow crunched under her feet and quickly soaked her flimsy slippers. '' Dad! Guess who is here?!'' Nora screamed like a 15-year-old  girl, she forgets she had just reached her 20s, she leapt on Anna, she spotted a tight and long peck on her cheek, plastering her lipstick against Anna's face.

She felt sticky on her cheek, rubbed a hand on it she saw the colour of the lips stick, pink was Nora's favourite colour. She recalled how they would always dress up and wear makeup when going out together. Nora would go to her workplace, while she goes to her rehearsal, they were in a combined building, popularly known as TWIN TIER.

Anna was always on light make-up, and would always go for a slight blue colour of lipstick on her. Nora would tease her '' Yo man! Are you tryna oppress me cause I don't have blue eyes?'' Anna would chuckle on a low key and say. '' Go beg your creator for blue eyes!''

'' Haha__ take that as my welcome present'' Nora grinned and winked at Anna as she saw the lipstick she has glued to Anna's face. '' Yo! When would you stop behaving like a child!'' Anna screamed and laughed at her funny face.

'' I miss you! You can never Imagine___ Your creator hasn't given you the ability to imagine to that extent yet'' Anna stick out her tongue as she teased with her brain. '' Yo, you had a sharp tongue from your new home, isn't it?'' Nora rolled her eyes.

'' Are you two not gonna come inside?'' Kyle said with a smile widening her lips, dad was crashed on the couch, his eyes shrinking with an excessive smile. He hasn't been able to walk just yet, but from his appearance, she could tell that he was getting better. 

'' My beautiful princess, are you fine?'' Ben smiled, his face was gradually squeezing into layers. Anna and Nora refused to let go of each other's hands, as they strolled into the living room. Anna bent down, kissing dad on his cheek, she had a neutral smile, she was happy to see her family again.

'' Hey, Mom'' Anna smiled briefly at her, peeking her on her cheek. '' I hope you are good darling ?'' She asked, settling down on the couch beside her father.

'' Mom, dad I have been good. I think I have been doing just fine'' she smiled, and threw her eyes back at Nora who was leaning on her shoulder.  '' We are glad to know that Anna'' her mom firmly said. 

'' So what brought you here?'' Nora asked. Anna slapped her hands off the jewellery on her neck as she asked the silly question. '' Seriously Nora? Do you mean I just can't pay a visit to my family?'' she shot at Nora's hazel eyes, with brown pupils that look exactly like a cat's. 

'' Bro, you've been swimming in luxuries, I want this necklace'' she said trailing her hands to Anna's nape. '' You are not getting it Nora'' she rolled her eyes. '' Could you just listen to what I have to say first? Besides I have gist, wouldn't you like to hear?'' Anna derailed her eyes off her necklace, by using the name of gist to lure her.

'' I'm getting married next week, and I came to invite you to come'' Anna said. '' Woah! That's so quick, I mean there is something you are not telling me, Anna! Come on tell me'' she tickles her. '' I won't dare keep them from you, you know that. I'm surely going to gist you'' Anna and Nora behave like cat and rat, and her parents just start chucking in their corners.

'' Congratulation, my love'' Kyle said. '' Thanks, mom'' Anna smiled. 
As soon as she was done with her parents Nora dragged her into their room. Anna's room they had shared before she left, for her husband's house.  '' So come on! Do you want me to get scissors to open those mouths before you start telling me details I need to know!'' Nora dived into the bed, propping up her shoulder on top of of Anna's favourite blue pillow.

'' Haha__ you are so naughty as fuck bro. I think you need to get yourself a man, to wise up'' Anna curled her eyes. '' Yo! You mean you just wised up because you get a man now?'' Nora burst into laughter.

'' So__ so first thing I wanna know is, is he that handsome as it has been rumoured? I heard is the number one handsome man in England'' Nora flipped two fingers in the air as she demonstrated. 

Anna's lips curled up, and she merged her first nails. '' The Rumor is right Nora, he is fine as a god!'' her eyes looks like she screamed, but she didn't, it only widened to demonstrate.

'' Oh mine! Have you guys taken pictures yet, I need to see. You must be so cute together'' Nora giggled. '' No..... We haven't'' the shine in her eyes went dull, the moment she had a flash of Lucian hallucinating that night.

'' Hey bro, what's is wrong, you good?'' She crawled on the bed, pierching behind Anna as she leaned on her back, hugging her neck smoothly. '' I know you, why the sudden change?'' Nora spoke softly.

''Nora, something is going wrong with Lucian and he doesn't know he is been deceived by the woman he trusted so much, more than his very own mother'' Anna's face sank deep in tremor.

'' What is that?  you wanna share with me? Maybe I can give you some advice?'' Nora switched into her serious tone. '' Yes, I think I should tell you about it, even though I can't share it with mom and dad, you are an exception. You are my only sister and who understands me more'' Anna said wrapping her body on Nora's lap.

'' Yes baby, you got it right. Go on I am listening'' Nora caress her hair, as she tucked the ones disturbing her face beside her ears. 

'' Lucian gets heated whenever you mention his parent's name, and I have tried looking around for their pictures but I can't find anyone, I heard he has burnt all of them. He hates them so much to that extent. 

And I think all that he has been told about them is a lie, I need him to know the truth.'' Anna spoke her heart out.  '' I see! Can I compliment you? You are already behaving like a good wife'' she smiled.

'' Nora would you stop being silly?'' Anna slapped her lap. '' Ouch that hurts, you know?'' Nora grumbled. 

'' What do you think I should do Nora? I need to help him, it is affecting his health. And most especially I need to save him from that woman, I wonder what her motive is for deceiving him right from a child?'' Anna narrowed her eyes.

'' You will have to find the truth, and also know the lie he has been told,  before you can help him'' Nora said, Anna felt her warmth breathe on her cheek, coming along with her scent. She missed inhaling them.

'' That's the point, I need to know what the lie is, and the real truth'' Anna said. '' So how can you get them, any clue?'' Nora asked. '' Yes Nora, I have someone who should know what the truth and the lie are. I was having a conservation with her, we are not done yet. I can't wait to find out everything'' Anna stood up, grabbing a glass of water in a mug.

'' You too should act smartly, don't get yourself into trouble you can't get yourselves out okay?'' Nora advised.  '' Hmm__ trouble'' Anna repeated.
