Married

Anna woke up after a few hours of sleep, she had barely shut her eyes, getting nervous about the wedding, she doesn't know how she should feel, happy? Or anxious? Well, happy.  Being married to a billionaire should be something to be happy about, but she doesn't care about his money anyway, she did all this for her father.

Anna checked the time it was 7 am, and the hairs on her skin stood firm as she checked today's date. '' Oh heaven, it's the 26th of August!'' her legs went cold all of a sudden.

As if the noise from downstairs wasn't enough, the door of her room flung open, which startled her a bit. '' Here is the latest bride!'' Kyle screamed as Nora fold out from behind her. '' Oh, my!!!! My sister is getting married'' Nora jumped on her, she didn't expect the height and weight of the jump, and they both landed on the bed abruptly, scattering their hair all over their faces.

Anna laughed out, that free laughter she has always let out whenever she was comfortable around someone, and Nora has been the only one she has been comfortable with. '' Mum, where is dad?'' eyes flew to the door side. ''He is downstairs, do you expect him to join me in the lady's room__ haha. Honey I know you are missing your father, you will see him soon'' Kyle raised Anna's hand to her lips and kissed it. '' This is the joy of seeing your daughter getting married'' liquid gathered in her eyes. 

'' Thank you, mum, for always taking care of us'' yes right! Anna's eyes were already like a stream full of tears. '' I just wish my mom was here to witness me getting married today'' Anna broke down in tears, and Kyle rested her head on her shoulder. '' You are free to cry darling, I'm here for you'' she panted her head, slowly like a baby, yea her baby...

Nora was tight-lipped almost at the verge of tearing up, as she witnessed the emotions between the two of them. '' Okay! We don't have much time, we need to get the bride ready'' Nora screamed allowing them to break out of the hug. She made Anna burst into laughter again '' You silly brat, come hug me'' Anna cursed as she spread her hands to welcome Nora into her tiny model shape.

'' Haha__ that's enough, go and have your bathe'' Kyle said through a wide smile. '' Uhm__ my maid would be here soon, to get the bath prepared'' Anna said. '' An advantage of getting married to a wealthy man__uhm'' Nora coughed as he looked at Anna from the corner of her eyes.

Yula burst into the room with a lot of brown boxes in her hands, pretty sure they were full of diamonds and gold, let's watch out for what it is anyway. '' Can I call you the latest stunning bride for today, please? Instead of saying, young madam? I mean it doesn't fit today's date'' Yula chuckled as she moved to the dressing table.

'' Yula when have you become silly like Nora?'' Anna rolled her eyes in laughter. '' You can call me anything you deem fit Yula, I would love it since they are coming from your heart''

Yula prepared the bath in no time, and Anna didn't take long in her bath, she made it quickly as time was not on their side. Anna sat in front of the mirror having a lot of people dress her up as if she was some Queen, it was the great feeling ever. 

The brown boxes she Yula had brought into the room, were full of diamond jewelry. A brand diamond ring, and golden necklace mixed with diamonds like stones. '' Oh, heaven!!!'' Nora wouldn't stop screaming at everything she sees.

Yula brought out the wedding gown from the Golden designer box that it contained. Someone screamed again '' Oh my God!! This is such a great gown'' it was Nora's voice, the gown was stupendously elegant. '' Nora keep your voice down'' Anna whispered for her to shut her loose mouth. 

'' I didn't expect the gown to be any less beautiful, after all, Lucian Freud was your husband'' she screamed again, this time blocking her hands with her mouth, despite that it was audible enough for everyone in the room to hear.

Anna wore the gown, she sat back in the dressing mirror for her wedding make-up. Lucian had hired an artist to take care of her make-up, they were right on time about Anna took her bath. Yula concluded her task, she moved away for the make-up artist to take over. 

In a few minutes, Anna was turned into a beautiful goddess, using a princess to describe her looks would be underscoring. Her beauty ceased everyone's breathe, including the artist who had just wore the make-up on her face.

'' Oh my God! Lucian's pants gonna be wet tonight!'' Nora screamed. Anna's ear stood when she mentioned wet, she turned about at the both of them, whispering something to themselves.

'' What are you two talking about, Nora and Yula?'' she flickered her eyes at the both of them, they seem to have chuckled on their lips. Yula nudge Nora with her elbow '' Let's show her the gift'' she winked.

'' Gift? Haha__what give have you bought me?'' Both of them were suspicious. Thank goodness the artist was done with the makeup so she had a little time to question these silly girls. '' Uhm__we bought a gift for you Anna'' Nora's jaw tightened, she wanted to laugh but she was holding it, she doesn't want Anna to feel more awkward than she is now.

'' Okay show me!'' Impatient. '' Here is the gift, see for yourself'' the both of them shared a quick eye contact and looked back at Anna. '' Okay, let me take a look.....'' Anna said. '' But before that give me a hint, you both look suspicious, what's going on?'' Anna sounded impatient. '' Anna go ahead and open it already!'' Nora screamed, she still tight her lipped holding in her weird loud laughter.

'' Yuck, revealing pants and bra!!'' Anna screamed in their faces. '' Yes don't you like our gifts, it's the best gift a bride could get'' Nora clapped her hands as she chuckled.

'' Oh, Jezz mom I'm gonna kill this girl'' Nora ran behind Kyle. It was about time they went downstairs, they also assisted her in wearing her shoe, and they took some shots before walking out of the room. To her surprise, the house was more crowded than she expected. If the living room was this crowded then how much was the hall?

'' Wait did Lucian invite the whole citizen?'' Anna widened her eyes. Her eyes scanned for Lucian, she has forgotten he should be in the other room dressing. As if the time was ticking fast, and running at a fast rate, everyone assembled in the hall, the priest was invited and already at the altar waiting for the bride. 

Lucian stood like a gentleman. He wore a black tuxedo suit, the black polished shoe was match the sparkles on his face, and a pinch of gold on the suit, beside the pocket. As usual Lucian's jawline was tight, and his lips were firmly held together, the curve of his face was more than a model face, he was the type any lady would beg to lick his feet.
 
'' Hello, father...'' Anna said through a deep smile, the joy of seeing her father recovered quickly. She took some time studying his look, before she forget her father has been the first handsome man in her life. '' Congrats, my darling'' he placed a fatherly kiss on her forehead. Eyes were already getting swallowed in tears '' Wish your mom was here to celebrate with us'' he said in a croaky voice. 

'' That's fine father, shall we?'' Anna asked as they were about to match to the altar. '' Between, I miss you father and I'm so excited to see you have recovered rapidly'' Anna kissed his hands.

It was about time for the bride to appear in front of the altar, Anna's hands were attached to her father's. They matched slowly as if their steps were being measured as a distance to the altar. Mr Ben brought Anna in front of the altar and then stood aside.

It's about time for the ring exchange. Anna couldn't stop taking her eyes off Lucian, she was happy he had accepted to marry her, then again she was getting married to a wealthy man, something she has never thought of in her entire life, and to top that, she was getting married to the most stunning man she has ever seen in her entire life. She felt life was gradually becoming meaningful a bit, she imagined how Lucian would feel when he realized the truth about his parents. She imagined the joy, the joy of her husband was her happiness as well.

The voice of the priest made her take her eyes off. Lucian stood straight, intimidating Anna with his height. '' Mr Lucian Freud, do you take this lady as your lawfully wedded wife, and you promise to love and cherish her in thick and thin, till death do you part?''

The hall was silent, waiting for Lucian to reply. He slightly coughed as he released his grip from the hard clenched '' I do'' his deep voice echoed in the hall. Anna fixed the ring on his finger after he answered, although her hands were shaking she managed to handle it.

'' Anna Ben, do you take this man as your lawfully wedded husband, and promise to cherish and love him till death do you part?'' 

Anna raised her head and took a glance at Lucian's eyes, then back at the priest. '' Yes I do'' Anna said in her soft voice, Lucian put the ring on her finger. The hall became noisy as they all chorus a word '' Kiss'' kiss your bride! Kiss your bride! Anna's eyes widened. 

Lucian curled his lips into a deep smile, before Anna knew it he grabbed her waist tightly and softly. '' What are you doing Lucian, don't listen to them'' she shut her eyes close, and her hands blocked her lips. It was not a big deal to Lucian, he quickly took her handoff, off and fastened it across his waist, it happened swiftly Lucian placed a hot kiss on her lips. '' Kissing was not a big deal when it comes to achieving my goals'' he said to himself with a deep voice.

Anna was shocked, she couldn't move even after Lucian had let go of her lips, she froze on the spot. 

The wedding was successful, Lucian and Anna are already publicly and lawfully husband and wife, watch out for what happens next as Lucian would officially become a board member of the company that rightly belongs to him, and which is a must to take back.
