Secret Room

Lucian dawdled for Anna to disappear from his sight, he wonder who was that friend she was going to meet. '' Let's go Zero'' he said to the driver, driving the car back home, as he narrowed his eyes.

'' Hey, where are you now. I'm waiting for you at the restaurant'' Cassy texted with a big smirk on her face as her brow curved. '' You are so foolish Anna, you can't imagine the kind of trap you've gotten into'' she grinned, locking the pad of her phone.

'' Taxi. Please where is Stardust restaurant?'' Anna asked. '' It's 2km away from here'' '' Please take me there I will pay the bill'' Anna hopped in.

Anna reached the restaurant in no time, her heart began to race when the day was getting dark, and it was gradually becoming cold. She didn't know it was this far, but why would Cassy choose a place this far? What happened to the restaurants nearby? She said she resides in blue heart city right?

She gazes at the bistro's name, it looks more like a penthouse building structure, the entrance door was made of glass it was transparent, and the sparking gold light was enough to blind her eyes temporarily.

'' Hey, I'm right over here. Was it hard locating me??'' Cassy smiled waving her hands at Anna who seem to be lost in the restaurant.

'' Hey, thank Goodness'' Anna sighed. '' This place is far, why have you chosen to meet her?'' Innocent Anna smiled at her. '' Well I came to visit a friend and I would be spending some days here, I thought you needed the pictures urgently, that is why I had to call you'' Cassy explain such beautiful lies.

'' Oh that's so kind of you'' Anna kissed her cheek, which caused Cassy to roll her eyes at the other side, feeling irritated from her gut.

Anna sat on the black divan, the cold weather coming out the door was enough to make her lips shiver. '' You said you have the photos, can I see them already'' Anna's face glowed brightly like a beautiful hibiscus flower, or a morning glory flower would describe that perfectly.

Cassy twisted her lips as she hurled out the pictures from her bag. '' Here her Lucians parent's pictures'' she said, putting them on her palms. '' Wow...'' she rubbed the faces on the pictures, tears gathering in her eyes. '' Lucy is really beautiful, if goddess does exist she is one, she sparks like a diamond, her blonde hair matches her skin, her eyes were jade emerald tiny orbs, she was spotless. '' Does such beauty still exists?'' Anna mumbled under her cold breath.

'' She is beautiful isn't she?'' Cassy asked. '' Beautiful? Elegant? Adorable? These words doesn't  describe her beauty Cassy, this no explains why Lucian was that charming'' she said. Cassy swallowed dryly as she clenches her fist underneath the table, when Anna rated him as charming, hard feelings crept up her jaw, heaven knows what she has up her sleeve.

Anna wiped her tears. '' I have to go now, thank you for this, you have helped me a lot by doing this'' Anna swiftly stood up from the couch, as the weather was going darker. '' So soon? Won't you like to have coffee with me?'' Cassy asked.

'' I would have loved to, but I'm so sorry Lucian should be worried about me by now'' she said. '' Worried about you? You are such a fool'' she scoffed within her.

Anna hurried out of the restaurant, but she turned back the moment she heard her name. '' Anna wait, I have something that would find important to you'' Cassy screamed out.

Anna's jet black hair flung against her face, as she twisted backwards. '' What is that please?'' her eyes dilated. '' Secret room...'' she spat out.

"Secret room?" her eyes expanded within the socket. '' Yes, you heard right, a secret room. You will see more of Lucian's parents' photos'' Cassy closed the distance between them, as the sound of her heels made more noise. '' Where is this secret room Cassy, and how did you know about this?'' Anna's hands went cold.

'' The same house you live in. Haha, I am Lucian's best friend remember? So I should know about it''

'' Tell me about it, I will like to know'' Anna persuaded with the tone of her voice. '' Do you still want to reject the coffee? Your teeth are shivering'' Cassy stepped back a bit. '' Huh? My teeth?'' Anna didn't realise that, she had to feel it with her cold stiff hands. 

'' Oh, my'' she frowned. '' So coffee? I promise it won't take much of your time'' Cassy said. '' Ok__that would do'' Anna nodded. Cassy hold a hot black coffee in her palm, she sipped little by little as the conversation went on. 

'' Don't think I'm doing you a favour Anna, I'm gradually digging your grave''  Cassy smirked and took another sip of the coffee. Cassy told Anna about a secret room at the mansion, which people barely knew. 

'' Go home now Anna, I would see you at your wedding tomorrow. I wish you a happy marriage life honey'' she kissed her cheek. '' You are a blessing Cassy, thanks so much for this information___'' 

'' Where are you___?'' A cold message popped up on her phone. '' Lucian?'' she mumbled. '' Bye Cassy I have to go now. And also, you can invite your friend to our wedding tomorrow, I will love to treat you as a special guest'' Anna smiled.

She ran out as she replied to the text quickly. '' The exact place I alighted'' she lied, she stopped a taxi to take her back instantly.

'' I'm coming to get you, can't you see the day is very dark now?'' She could perceive he was worried from the message. '' I'm sorry Lucian, I didn't Intend to stay this late. I just missed my friend a lot, we got engrossed in the conversation and lost track of the time'' Anna texted back, as she was in the cab.

'' Uhm__ Miss ain't you the wife of the only heir to Yul's group?'' The driver has been staring at her from the front mirror.  '' Uhm__ yes'' Anna said with her pale lips. 

'' Wow__ I'm so privileged can I take a picture with you please, I saw you on the TV you are such a beauty....gosh'' the driver screamed. 

Anna's cheek flushed. '' Yeah I don't mind'' Anna said. The driver used a hand to bring out his phone from his pocket, didn't know he was losing control of the steering wheel. '' Ahh! Watch out!'' Anna screamed after a shot. '' Drive carefully or you will kill us both''  Anna said.

'' I'm sorry madam, I'm just so excited to see you in real life'' he smiled.
