chapter 70
“Mom, they’ve changed.” “They love that girl,” Maria said. “Don’t worry about it, sweetie. Daniel is not a fool to reject my baby. He knows what is good for him. You want to see it? Then hold on. I’m calling Daniel right now to tell her you’re sad. Then watch what he does, “Mrs. Elise said.
She took the phone and dialed Daniel’s number, as she stated. Maria sat glumly on the floor. Daniel took up his phone and answered in a drowsy tone after a time. He answered, “Hello, who is this?”
“Daniel, it’s me, your Elise auntie,” Mrs. Elise said. “Auntie, what’s the matter?” Daniel murmured as he slowly opened his eyes. “Did something happen?” “Nothing, son.” Maria had been sobbing since she came from your house." Mrs. Elise questioned Daniel, “Did you guys fight?”
Daniel’s point of view.
Why is she calling at this time? And maria? So, what exactly did I do to her? She was the one who refused to let me drive her home. Then where is my fault?
So I questioned Mrs. Elise, “Auntie, what’s the matter?” “Where is she?” “She’s here, Daniel,” said Auntie, handing the phone to call Maria.
“Yes,” Maria said after a while. “Maria, why are you crying?” I asked. “ Did I say something improperly? Sheetal just told me that I should also drop you. That’s all.”
Maria remained silent. “Maria, can you please talk to me?” I sighed and requested again.
Maria’s point of view.
I heard Daniel’s voice. I pressed my bottom lip together, afraid of how to answer.
I was listening to his soothing voice. He is concerned about me now, but why didn’t he care when Sheetal pitied me? “Maria, can you please talk to me?” Daniel asked abruptly.
I fixed my gaze on my mother. Mom understood what I wanted as I gazed at her. She walked out of my room with a bright smile on her face. “Daniel, I know Sheetal didn’t mean anything, but I thought she was pitying me,” I said as I closed my door slightly.
I wanted to change the topic, so I attempted to be kind to him. Daniel sighed, and I heard him. “You know what, Maria, you’re still a kid.” Daniel replied over the phone, “You were depressed for a ridiculous reason.”
Maria’s Aside.
No, Daniel, you are mistaken. For me, everything about you isn’t a frivolous concern. I treasure what you have.
I walked up to the balcony and gazed at the moon. “Daniel, sorry about that. I won’t be doing it anymore,” I said.
Daniel chuckled and said to me, “OK, then stop crying and go to sleep.” It’s nearly midnight." “Daniel, can we meet tomorrow?” I asked, moving my attention away from the moon. “ Because we didn’t spend much time after your birthday celebration. ““Okay, we’ll meet Maria,” he responded after a brief pause. Now go to sleep. “I’m very tired.” He hung up the phone as he stated. “But-,” I was about to say to him when he abruptly hung up on me.
I sighed and smiled as I stared at the phone screen. “Daniel, I love you,” I muttered.
Scenario 1: Daniel’s Point of View
I let out a yawn and put my phone to the side. I have no idea what she’s talking about. My Sheetal is considerably better at understanding than she is. I’m able to read the expressions on my Sheetal’s face. While thinking about the incident of the day, I grinned and embraced my pillow closely.
next morning.
Scenario 2.
‘‘blinking eyes.
I cautiously opened my eyes and observed my surroundings in the haze. I was thinking about what happened the night before. That was a hilarious moment. I immediately heard a voice from my left side as I was thinking.
“How are you feeling?”
As I shifted my head to the left, I noticed the doctor. “I’m OK now,” I responded hesitantly.
“Doctor,” I asked once again, “who brought me here?” “Are they all right?” “The person whose life you saved has brought you to the hospital, and yes, they are OK,” stated the doctor.
I gave a modest nod and asked, “Doctor, when may I go from here?” “One week later, but—”just as the doctor was going to say anything, a calming voice interrupted him.
“Are you attempting to leave here once more?”
I turned to the right side as soon as I heard it.
I noticed a young lad with unkempt hair standing in front of me. “Here is your rescuer,” the doctor remarked, smiling. He walked in and asked the doctor, “Doctor, may I speak with her alone?” “Of course,” said the doctor, and he was gone in a flash.
“Are you feeling OK now?” he asked as I heard that boy’s footsteps slowly approaching me.
Farru’s point of view.
I was looking for the doctor, but I found him as I opened the door to the girl’s cabin. I saw they were chatting. And my first impulse was to ask her whether she would try to escape again. She gave me a glance, but I don’t think she recognized me. But whatever it is, it makes no difference to me. I told the doctor to go away and leave us alone.
As the doctor walked away, I approached her and asked, “Are you okay now?” “Yes,” she answered as she stared at me. “Who are you?” she asked.
“That’s not important,” I remarked, “the important thing is how you got there.” “Aren’t you supposed to stay in the hotel?” “Wh-who are you?” she said, frowning her brows when she heard me. “How do you know that?” “What were you doing there?” I asked again, sighing as I stared at her face. “Who granted you permission to leave the hotel?”
Next episode.
“Boss, Obin is no longer alive. “Our strategy worked,” a guard stated as he entered. “It’s excellent news that one troublesome person is dead,” remarked the man, smirking.
That individual has been relegated to the sidelines.
This indicates that she is there. She’s already inside their villa.
