Chapter 39
My lips moved against his slowly and passionately. If sex was good, than this was heaven. I could sense every emotion in the kiss and I could feel his heartbeat beneath my palm that was placed on his neck. Finn's hands were on my ass as per usual. He was defiantly an ass man but that didn't mean my boobs didn't get their fair share of love.
My whole body tensed in fear and Finn jumped in his seat as a familiar voice shouted, "What the fuck is happening?!" Sam exclaimed and opened Finn's car door, allowing me to awkwardly climb off of Finn's lap, that I was previously straddling.
Finn got out of his car after me and shut the front door while pulling his sunglasses down over his eyes. We both moved passed Sam to grab out backpacks and gear from the trunk, ignoring him completely.
"So you're just going to ignore me?" Sam said and gestured out with his hands.
"I'm pretty sure it's obvious what's going on." I replied while slinging my bag over my shoulder and shutting the white trunk of the Range Rover.
"Are you two just fucking or are you guys actually dating? Because if you're dating I might go drown myself. I don't think I can handle being the fifth wheel in the group." Sam said teasingly but there was a hint of seriousness in his tone.
"You might want to find a deep bucket; they work better." Finn replied with a smirk.
"Great." Sam muttered. "Is this what I missed out on this weekend?"
A smile suddenly took its place on my face as well as Finn's. "No. If you were here Saturday than you might know that your two best friends are going-"
"-to the fucking Olympics!" Finn interrupted excitedly. This was one of the few times I had ever seen him so animated; in a good way.
I didn't even get to see Sam's reaction because he pulled the both of us into a bone crushing hug stronger than Al's. I didn't think that was possible but Sam's workouts must really be doing a number on his arms. "Congratulations you luckily SOBs! Did you tell Coach?" He asked after letting us go.
"Not yet. We'll tell him right before practice, unless he figured it out on his own." Finn replied. "Oh and Sam?" He said before leaving me for the men's locker room with Sam.
"Yeah?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Don't tell anyone about this." Finn gestured between the two of us. "We're keeping it a secret until our college confirmations come in."
"Makes sense. Don't think it will last, but I can respect the plan." Sam replied. I rolled my eyes and Finn punched his arm before the three of us separated for the morning.
...
"No, you should have seen them Saturday night. They disappeared for twenty minutes and lets just say I'm pretty sure she got it good." Chris gossiped with Sam and Al the at lunch table as I approached.
"I'm 90 percent sure I heard them when I walked by the bathroom, unless someone else was screaming Finn's name but I highly doubt that because they're attached at the hip. Let me tell you, from what I heard it sounded like they're already kinky as shit." Al responded and I blushed even though they couldn't see me yet. I didn't think I was that loud but I wouldn't argue with her other point. I fucking loved when Finn bossed me around in the bedroom. Granted I had my moments of control but they were sparse.
I pulled out my chair and took a seat at the table. "What exactly are we talking about?" I asked with a raised eyebrow. I was hoping they were going to know they got caught but none of them made such inclination.
"Just talking about you and your kinky sex life." Sam replied
I rolled my eyes but Al jumped in and whispered in my ear. "Eyes open, sweetheart." My eyes went huge and Chris laughed at my expression as well as Al who snickered in my ear. She wouldn't ruin it for me, though. It was still sexy as fuck when Finn did things like that. Just imagining his voice made me feel hot and heavy.
"Have I mentioned that I hate all of you?" I replied with a clipped tone.
"Nope, never." Finn replied from behind me and took his usual seat across the table. Without knowing it he made me blush and feel slightly awkward after what Al just said. I must have hid it well enough because he didn't seem to notice and that was saying something. He might as well have bionic eyes. "So what are we talking about?"
I responded before anyone else could in an attempt to save myself from more mortification. "Only how nosy our friends are."
"Yes, now can we get back to our gossip? Okay good." Sam said before turning to look past me, at Al. "So. How many times do you think they've fucked?"
"We're right here." Finn muttered while opening a plastic container with a salad in it. Al glossed over his statement and continued to talk about us in front of our faces.
"I'd say at least twice," not wrong, "maybe a blowjob or something among those lines." Also true.
"Why am I friends with you guys?" I questioned out loud.
"Because we're your best options." Chris pointed out while eating his sandwich. Again, he wasn't wrong. I need new friends. "How many orgasms do you think we're talking?"
My eyes widened and Finn's eyes crinkled when he winked at me. That bastard is supposed to be on my side and here he is taunting me. My lips set in a mocking frown as I glared at him. "Well someone's not going to be getting anymore if he doesn't keep his friends in check ." I taunted.
All three of them "oooh'ed" like elementary kids and Finn smirked even more. "Babe we both know it doesn't work that way. It's the other way around."
I balled a napkin and threw it at him just like I had a few months ago at that Chinese restaurant. Finn laughed and deflected it perfectly. On my left Sam groaned and thudded his head on the table. "You guys even ruin making fun of yourselves. It's disgustingly cute and I hate it. God, I need a girlfriend."
All three of them "oooh'ed" like elementary kids and Finn smirked even more. "Babe we both know it doesn't work that way. It's the other way around."
"You better not start dating Sydney again or else I'm jumping off a cliff." Finn muttered while aggressively staring his food. I rolled my eyes and took a bite of my chicken.
"What's wrong with Sydney?" I questioned with a raised eyebrow.
"Don't get me started." Chris groaned in unison with my boyfriend.
"She was ball bunny that just wanted to fuck. I'm sorry but I refuse to watch two people make out on the table I'm trying to eat at." Finn replied curtly while glaring at Sam. I couldn't help but laugh out loud.
"He's right. They were practically fucking every chance they got." Al muttered. If she was saying something than it must have been bad.
"How long did you guys go out for?" I asked while Sam pretended to ignore Finn when he muttered 'too long'.
"Six months. But I mean, I suppose they're right. We basically just had sex. I don't even think I knew her favorite color or her middle name."
"Well those are oddly specific things." I pointed out. "You can know someone without knowing every trivial thing. I'm sure you know other stuff like her favorite restaurant or band. Her hobbies, likes and dislikes." I didn't know Finn's middle name but his favorite color was blue like mine. But that didn't necessarily matter because we knew each other as people not just facts that anyone could know about anyone.
Sam looked to contemplate it for a moment before responding. "Nope. Like I said, we just fucked."
Finn rolled his eyes again and chimed in with his opinion once more. "Trust me, we know. I think all three of us walked in on that at least once." There's the asshole I know and love. Can't please everyone I suppose.
"That will not be happening." Finn cut in while Al laughed. The look Finn sent me made me want to bite my lip but I refrained. His eyes were so intense and it was intoxicating. He had this unique ability to see through me and see exactly what I was feeling and thinking. To some extent, I believe that I could do the same with him. That I could glance at him and know precisely what was going through his mind.
The different looks he gave me like 'save me', 'I want to take you right here', 'I'm bored', 'I appreciate you', 'I want to punch him', and so on. I had learned the face that meant he wanted to bury is fist in someone's face long before we started dating. More than once had he gotten aggressive with people who said things to or about me or even Al. Finn was protective of his friends and that made me happy. Don't get me wrong, he never just started fights, but he used a little force when it was appropriate. If I'm being honest it was a total turn on. But the thing that got me the most, was the reassuring looks he sent me. Whenever I was panicked or when I woke up in a cold sweat or tears, Finn was always there and knew just what to say.
Griffin Riley was stealing my heart already.
I snapped back to reality when a hand snapped in front of my face. I flinched away and blinked my eyes a few times.
"Good. You've returned from LaLa land. If you two are going to zone out while gazing longingly into each others eyes every time we hang out then I'm going to have to find myself a new groups to hang out with." Sam said.
"Leave them alone." Chris scolded him to my surprise. "They're in the honeymoon phase. Let them be happy."
Finn got up from his seat and slung his bag over his shoulder before throwing away his empty salad container. I finished my chicken and gave him a raised eyebrow. "Come on babe. Let's get out of here. We got twenty minutes." He didn't have to tell me twice. I threw out my stuff and eagerly got out of the plastic chair.
"Someone's about to get fucked." Al said not so quietly but we ignored her. The two of us exited the senior lounge while keeping a distance between us. It wasn't unusual for us to spend time together around other people so we just had to make it seem like we were platonic.
When we were out of sight Finn took my hand and practically dragged my to my 'private' locker room that only I had the key to while I laughed. The automatic lights turned on as the two of of smiled at each other. I leaned against the metal wall of lockers and put my arms around his neck. His hand cupped my face as he brought face closer. "You're so beautiful when you blush."
And just like a clich茅 book, I blushed even more when he pointed it out. My face grew warm and Finn laughed sexily. "You're so damn perfect, Sylvia." He murmured.
"Someone's in a sentimental mood today." I leased.
"Well if you make me bottle it up all day then it's bound to all come out in a rush later on. Besides, it's not sentimental if it's true."
"While I think you are incredibly handsome and sexy. I can barely think straight when you give me that look."
"What look?" He raised a teasing eyebrow and did that thing with his eyes again. The exact thing I was talking about.
"You're an idiot." I laughed and placed my forehead against his.
And just like a clich茅 book, I blushed even more when he pointed it out. My face grew warm and Finn laughed sexily. "You're so damn perfect, Sylvia." He murmured.
"But I'm your idiot." He replied and kissed me.
I was falling in love with Griffin Riley.
