Now back to that seat and let the doctor finish with your examination."I touch her chin and hold it in place to look into her green eyes. They look like a fresh green lawn. "Can you see if the baby is a girl or a boy?"I ask after the doctor examines the pup sizes and the internal organs as well. Luckily everything is good and it is healthy. Only one question in my head is if it is a boy or a girl I need to get ready to arrive in my pack.

"Sure, Alpha. Let's look between the baby's legs. Luckily the baby spread its legs. It is a boy. Here it is the little p*enis between his legs. Congratulations to you baby boy, Alpha. Only twenty one weeks left if my calculation is right."The doctor answers and I feel proud of myself. I will be a dad of a boy. He is my future and for my pack also. Dario pats my shoulder to congratulate me. After the examination was done the doctor printed some photos of the baby and handled both of us. She also writes the results of the tests and handles us. She gives the date of Chloe's next appointment and some receipts for pregnancy vitamins. Afterward, we say goodbye. I reach out for Chloe's hand while we leave the building. I want to tell her everything that is on my mind which is still a mess after the happy news. Dario follows us a little behind.

"Chloe, please let me talk to you."I beg for her, when she looks at me.

"What do you want to talk about? I will keep the baby and when it is born I will hand him to his daddy."She spats and puts her hand on her belly to try to protect our baby.

"That is good, but I need more."Her eyes widen from the shock that how can I be so insatiable?

"What more do you want from me? Isn't it enough for you?"She rolls her eyes before starting to speak up.

"Sorry, but no. I want you to come in my pack and live there."

"Are you out of your mind? I am not gonna live with you. I have a boyfriend and my own life."She starts to fight with me. She pulls away and slips out of my hold on her hand. I like her this way better. Her scent becomes stronger when she argues or gets angry and I really like it.

"I will give you 24 hours to say goodbye to whoever you want and quit your job. After I will pick you up and you come to my pack."I try to speak with her calmly but it is not easy when her eyes burn with the fire from the anger against me.

"Even if you're an Alpha or whatever they called you I don't need to follow your order. I am not a toy that you can play with. I am a human being and I don't need to get more hurt than I already had in the past."She says while crossing her arms in front of her chest and looking deep into my eyes. If it was someone else that one would have already been beaten or punished by now.

"I do not like to repeat myself, Chloe. You have to do this. If my enemies find out that you carry my son, then you both will be in danger. I can only guarantee your safety while by my side in my pack territory. Only until you give birth."I try to convince her to see clearly. I don't want the past to replay again. I can't survive another heartbreak after what happened four years ago. The wound is still so deep and I still feel the pain every time I think about it. "I have your phone number and I will text you the details."She can't find the right words so I speak first.

"Thanks. Fine, I won't be intimate with anybody. Now you won. Can I leave now?"She turns and looks after her car in the parking lot.

"Fine for me, but don't forget. You only have 24 hours."I warn her. She quickly leaves and we do the same. So many thoughts and questions in my head, while Dario rides us back to the pack. I can't announce my son yet, because I don't trust anybody except Dario, not even in my own pack. I need to arrange some stuff for my son also before it born into this world.
