Chapter 27

Sebastian is spotted sprinting towards a running Noella.
“Just wait and hear what I want to say”, Sebastian screamed after Noella but Noella did not even turn back to look at him.
“Leave me alone”,She screamed back at him. She was sobbing quietly and her eyes were red in color.
“Invinero!”She muttered quietly and she became invisible. She jumped up and she twisted her body in mid-air and landed on a tree.
“Please Noella”, Sebastian begged. “I know you're there but first hear what I have to say. That guy is not Oliver,his name is Klaus,Klaus Miranda”,He said and that got Noella's attention.
She cleaned her face with the back of her hand and she made herself visible. She jumped down from the tree she was sitting on and she landed on her feet.
With her hands on her waist,she asks in a tiny and hoarse voice.
“Is that not the guy you were talking about in the cave?”She asked and Sebastian nodded his head.
“Yes,he is the one. If my assumptions are right,I think Oliver lost the battle to klaus”,He took a deep breath before proceeding,a saddened expression on his handsome face. “After being able to defeat Oliver, Klaus will be able to create a wormhole and he will switch places with Oliver. Oliver is now trapped in Klaus's realm while Klaus is now Oliver”, Sebastian explained and Noella's face brightened up a little. She was glad that Oliver was not the one who said all those awful words to her.
“What is now the way out?She asked Sebastian.
“The only way out that I know of is if we can find the blood of the boy that Oliver turned”,He replied to her and Noella's face crumbled.
“I don't think that will work. The boy turned by Oliver is with an assassin called…ermmmm…… Kyle”,She said after remembering the name.
“Kyle!”, Sebastian yelled in surprise. “Kyle is an assassin. He is the Soul Assassin. He was trained and turned into an assassin by the Ruler of the Underworld,``The Keeper”, Sebastian said with a frown forming on his face.
“That means they are all in the underworld”,Noella clarified and Sebastian nodded.
“We have to get to the underworld and lucky for us,I have a friend who will love to help us. We're going to Lydia”, Sebastian said and Noella only smiled a little.
“How are we going to get there?”She asked sebastian.
“To get to Lydia, we will have to pass through Valecia. Both kingdoms are neighboring kingdoms, '' Sebastian replied.
“Great. Let's teleport”,She said hastily.
“No we can't. Valecia is surrounded with a shield so if you try to teleport, you'll be erased from existence”, Sebastian answered and Noella shudders in fear.
“Okay. I guess a little walk won't hurt”,Noella uttered.
Sebastian chuckled loudly before talking.
“A little walk you say. Brace yourself because it is going to be a long way”
Sebastian marched forward with Noella trailing behind him.
“Are we going to pass through the desert?'' Noella asked sebastian.
“Yeah”,He replied.
They entered the desert with the sun shining brightly.
They hadn't walked far when they both saw blood soaking the sand and the dead body of some beings.
“What the fuck!”,Noella exclaimed. “Who are those?She asked Sebastian.
“They are called Sand Walkers and whoever killed them is not an ordinary man because these sand walkers are poisonous. One bite from them and you're infected”, Sebastian answered. His eyes are not leaving the dead sand walkers.
They both heard a snarl behind them and they both turned abruptly. Standing in front of them is an army of Sand Walkers and their eyes are filled with vengeance. Fury emitting from their eyes.
“They think we killed their members”, Sebastian uttered in fear.
“Why did you kill our brothers, you humans?'' A Sand walker asked. He seems to be their leader because he is taller than the rest.
“We are not the one. We're just passing by when we saw them. We know nothing about their death”,Noella replied.
“Lier!”,The sand walker yelled, pointing his long bony finger at her. “Attack!!”He screeched and the Sand walkers attacked.
The sand walkers attacked with axes,swords and clubs. They snarled, showing their dangerous and poisonous fangs. One bite from it and you're infected with the illusion virus. Once contacted, you'll be stuck in darkness. And if the cure isn't found in two days,the person will be under the command of the first thing he sees.
Noella transformed into a vampire hunter with her silver blade shining brightly in the hot sun of the desert.
Without hesitation,she attacked the Sand Walkers. Whacking off their heads left and right. She dodged a sword attack meant to chop off her head and she slit the throat of the sand walker.
“Duck!”Sebastain yelled at her and she bent down and rolled to her left. Just then,a big amount of fire went past her and directly to the army of Sand Walker, burning all the sand walkers at once.
“Well that finished the job”, Sebastian said with a smirk on his face.
“Is this what you call finished?'' Noella asked, pointing to Sebastian's back. Sebastian jumped on instinct and the sword of a sand walker slashed the space where Sebastian was.
“Seems like there are more of them,”Sebastain said with a frown.
“Seems like these once are different from the ones we fought before”Noella said,after noticing that this set of sand walkers all have green eyes and they don't have weapons but they have long claws and they have double fangs.
“Yeah. They're the kings sand Walkers”, Sebastian chipped in.
“Let's get em”, Noella said and she removed her blade from the scabbard.
She slashed at them, whacking hundreds of heads at a time.
The Sand Walkers shifted back after witnessing what happened to the sand walkers who attacked Noella.
Noella smirked and Said.
“Who's next”
The sand walkers retreated and Noella smiled, thinking that she had scared off the sand walkers.
”I have a bad idea about this”, Sebastian said with a suspicious look.
“About what?. I scared them off”,Noella replied with a smug smile on her face.
“Sand Walkers don't usually retreat. Whenever they do,they usually have a bigger plan to get their…..”, Sebastian didn't complete his sentence when Noella's scream echoed throughout the desert.
The double fangs of a king sand walker is stuck to her hand. Sebastian sprinted to her and removed the fangs of the sand walker from Noella's hand. He tossed the sand walker away with anger.

Noella's face is turning pale and her eyes are turning white. She has been infected with the venom of the sand walker. The last thing she saw was Sebastian holding her before she blacked out.
