Unraveling The Truth
I waited nervously outside the gate, my heart racing with anticipation. Stormy had left me here, telling me to wait while she joined the others on their mission. But as I waited, I couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off.
Suddenly, I heard footsteps approaching. I turned to see Falcon's guards surrounding me. "Ari, you're coming with us," one of them growled.
I tried to run, but they were too quick. They dragged me back to the mansion, throwing me into the dungeon. Falcon was waiting for me, his eyes blazing with anger.
"You foolish girl," he spat. "I should have known you would try to escape!"He barked.
He orders at his guards, who took me to the torture room. I lay on the cold floor, Falcon's whip cracking down on me again and again.
"Ahhhh!" I screamed in agony, but he just laughed.
"You'll never escape me," he sneered.
"You're mine, forever."
Meanwhile, Stormy and the others were completing their mission. They snuck into the target's house, avoiding guards and traps. Finally, they reached the final room, where they found the money.
"Yes!" Stormy exclaimed, holding up the prize. "We did it!"
But Stormy's mind was already on the next step - eliminating me.
When they got back to the clan, the news of my capture was all over the blogs. Stormy's eyes narrowed as she read the posts. Her plan had been foiled, and now I was in Falcon's clutches.
"I'll take care of her," Stormy muttered to herself. "She'll pay for ruining my plan."
Genny tried to warn her, but Stormy wouldn't listen. She was determined to eliminate me, no matter what.
Lina, on the other hand, was worried about me. She wanted to warn me to stay away from Stormy, but it was too late. I had already been caught.
Lina went back to the gym, telling her friends about my capture. They were all shocked, but Lina knew she had to act fast.
Stormy started planning how to kill me, but unknown to her, someone else knew about her plan. And they were not going to let her get away with it.
After Falcon finished punishing me, he left me unconscious on the floor. He didn't care if I lived or died, as long as I learned my lesson.
"Take her back to her suites," he ordered Lina.
"Let her recover."
"Yes, boss," Lina nodded, helping me back to my room. She knew my life was on the line, and she had to save me.
Meanwhile, Falcon went back to his office, only to find Venom waiting for him.
"What are you doing here?" Falcon asked, surprised.
Venom ignored his question, his eyes blazing with anger. "Why didn't you tell me that the girl you've been treating like a slave, is soon going to be your wife?"
Falcon was taken aback. How did Venom know? And what did he want?
"I don't know what you're talking about," Falcon lied.
Venom sneered. "Don't play dumb, Falcon. I know all about your plans. And I'm not going to let you get away with it."
Falcon couldn't help but stare at him with confusion.
‘Why did he care so much about Ari' he thought but decided to let it slide.
“ I'm sorry I didn't tell you, because l thought you wouldn't be interested in my life affair with a woman” Falcon said after getting hold of himself, and when Venom heard this his anger slowly subsided, replaced by a determined look on his face.
"Let's talk, Falcon. We need to handle this situation together."
Falcon nodded, relieved that Venom was willing to listen. They sat down, discussing the events that had transpired. Venom revealed that he had been watching me from the shadows after he had come to Falcon's office the last time, and he knew I wasn't the mastermind behind the escape plan.
"I think someone else is manipulating her," Venom said.
"Someone who wants to see her fall, Falcon."
Falcon's eyes narrowed. He had suspected as much. But who could it be?
The next day, Falcon visited me in my room. I was still unconscious, my body bruised and battered. Falcon felt a pang of regret for punishing me so harshly. He realized that he had been too quick to judge me.
As he gazed at my pale face, Falcon wondered who had influenced me. I didn't know the mansion's layout, and I couldn't have planned the escape alone.
He made a mental note to find the person responsible and deal with them accordingly.
Just as Falcon was about to leave my room, a knock on the door interrupted him. It was one of his guards.
"Sir, there's someone here to see you."
Falcon raised an eyebrow. "Who is it?"
The guard hesitated. "It's...it's Xavier, sir. She says she has information about Stormy's plan
Falcon's eyes widened in surprise. Xavier was the last person he expected to see. What did she know about Stormy's plan?
"Send her in," Falcon ordered, his curiosity piqued.
As the guard left, Falcon couldn't help but wonder what Xavier would reveal. Was she the one who had been manipulating me? Or did she have information that could bring down Stormy once and for all?
The door opened, and Xavier walked in, a determined look on her face. Her eyes locked onto Falcon's, her voice steady and calm.
"Boss, I know what Stormy is planning, and I'm here to tell you everything."
Falcon's eyes narrowed, his mind racing with possibilities. "What is it, Xavier? What does Stormy plan?"
Xavier took a deep breath, her words spilling out in a rush.
"She's going to kill Ari...on your wedding day."
Falcon's eyes widened in shock, his heart racing with horror.
"What? No, that can't be. Why would Stormy do such a thing?"
Xavier's expression was grim.
"Because she wants to be your wife, Falcon. And she'll stop at nothing to eliminate the competition."
Falcon's face twisted in anger and disgust. He couldn't believe Stormy would stoop so low. He had to act fast to protect me and prevent a tragedy from unfolding.
"Thank you, Xavier," Falcon said, his voice firm. "I'll take care of Stormy. You're safe now."
Xavier nodded, a hint of a smile on her face. "I knew I could count on you, Boss."
As Xavier left, Falcon couldn't help but feel a sense of determination. He would protect me at all costs.
